However, as with everyone else, they could also had their ups and downs, good and bad days, so I guess if they failed to respond on time or solved an issue in a timely manner as expected /based on their own quality of service so far/, you could try to forgive them Sharon and let Guts to make it up for inconvenience caused. After all you are such a sweetheart, I'm pretty sure you gonna be a happy bunny again! By the way, I will do the necessary to inform the Guts representatives for AG about this thread.
