Check this complaint - http://www.askgamblers.com/casino-complaints/i-don-t-understand-why-my-previous-complaint-was-refused Submitter claims that Mega Casino confiscated his winnings and returned the deposit due to a previous self-exclusion agreement with another brand operating under the same license as Mega Casino... Now, I don't know what would have happened if the player had lost, but hove some reasonable doubts that he was about to be refunded due to the facts stated above. Some people /mostly casino representative/ are seeing such situation as a Win Win for player, but maybe this is not the case after all and in fact it appears to be a Lose Lose situation...Which is definitely not fair in my humble opinion. Luckyloser, I think you could submit a complaint with us or go directly with MGA. If you were under an active self-exclusion agreement with any of the casino operating under one and the same license and you were allowed to register, deposit and play within the same network of casinos at the same time, I think you are owed a refund for all deposits made during this period.
