      Had a great start with this '' lagoon creature'' as you probably noticed yourself in this very thread... Encouraged by that, I began to play more and more this addictive slot with bigger bets of course.       To be completely honest, I have some serious troubles remembering when was the last time when a new video slot release from Microgaming grabbed me... Game of Thrones maybe, although at the beginning I thought it was just the next awful new game from them. At least Katerina will be happy with this new release I guess. Don't want to be the bad messenger here, but your chances are close to zero here as you don't have a valid arguments at all. I'm not going to comment the fact whether this particular casino term is fair or not, however it does exist and must be followed no matter what. Obviously, you failed to provide casino with your complete address and that's clear violation of that casino rule. Casino has the justified right to remove your bonus and/or winnings derived from the bonus. Simple as that... Your only claim here could be to get your deposit back. Hope that helps.

First of all, complaining to our live chat won't do the job, simply because our support agents are definitely not experts on sophisticated mathematical models such as RNG used by all gaming software providers for example. What they advised however totally make sense - just try to document somehow your sessions so that you will have enough evidence upon future complaint. Now, regarding your doubts in getting a fair blackjack game. My advice would be to do the following: 1/ Try to determine the name of the gaming provider whose blackjack you are doubting. 2/ Request your complete game log from the casino where you played that blackjack game. 3/ Go to the website of the licensing authority for the relevant casino where you played blackjack and submit a formal complaint. Attach all relevant evidence you got. 4/ State your claims clearly and unambiguously and let them do their job. Once you receive a clear answer and/or decision on behalf that licensing authority, feel free to come here and share it with us.
