So i was playing at BWIN and they have some kinda weird system that the funds gets tied to the game you play.. Anyway i deposited 50 ish and got a 100% match bonus. Played Raging Rhino and had my balance up to 140 playing at 0.40 then it went allitle down and i switched to bruce lee. Betting 0.90 a spin i get the 3 chest for the bonus round but the game freezes.... Im thinking ok, maybe my computers flashplayer fedd upp, so i reload the game it respins the chest and freezes again... Over and over again. I contact support(via phone!! since there is no chat avalible) They have to forward to techical department and since its sunday they tell me i might have to wait. And also they tell me that the bonus round might be lost... WTF? Same thing happened to me at unibet they fixed it in a couple of minutes and the bonus round was triggered when i reopened the game. I took a screenshot of the spin and it shows some kind of ID number for the spin. Im sure WMS can access this and see how much the bonus round would have paid??
