Pathetic, is the word that springs to mind - good example as to why Art students, with a PHD in gender fluidity, aren't actually funny. Nor should work in a casino. 

In their heads it probably sounded all quirky and whimsical but to most people reading they'll be thinking: what a shower of tubes.

I think it's not the worst email I've seen. Was is necessary? Probably not. Was it offensive? Also no, so I'd say it's a matter of taste. Sometimes casino emails are so generic that an email like this (if you're reading it in a good mood and it's combined with a good offer) might be actually nice. But I'm guessing that's the way they want to portray the brand- not too serious, playful and that's where a message like this comes in. All in all, not for everyones' taste but doesn't make me feel any certain way either.

You know, I kinda need an explanation as to why someone follows a strict-only vegetable diet. Is it about the animals? Is it about the environment? I can somehow understand it if it is about the animals and the whole animal kingdom and such. But if it is about the environment, I can assure you, that eating only vegetables won't change a thing.

Its mix of religious beliefs, health reasons, environment concerns, animal cruelty and a lot of other factors. Everybody who turns vegetarian or starts following a vegetable only diet has their own reasons. Some get bored of eating meat, some have a lifestyle change, some never ate meat in the first place.

I'm in the dark about a subject/matter of which I'd like to start a topic: e-mailed transcript copy's between the player (you) and the live chat.

I have a bunch of them saved which will give you a broader idea about what kind of player I am for sure...maybe not always like a passive/pacifist but even problem seeking/activist.

It's all about interpretation.

But mainly the transcripts should show what problems are worthy of a player contacting the casino and how they handle it.

Where should I do this and are you guys open for this idea?

You can start a topic that mentions the basic idea of what you intend to do. Before posting the chat transcript you could write a brief summary of what you expect from us plus what you initially think about your experience.

Looks like pragmatic play slots have been banned in India.

@cocopop3011 can you get some details on this? Can you ask any casino representative if they have been informed about the decision. I am getting same reply from all casinos saying clear cache.
