      If that is the case that i am not interested, btw i also get a restricted for this bonus and i am from south africa. Monday i played at Istanbul for 200% and 100 free spins on any netent game. I made the deposit and received the cash and free spins. Now because of their licenses i could only play netent and betsoft games. I wanted to start with wagering on my deposit bonus using netent games but then the 100 free spins popped up. Which means it forced me to play my free spins and added it to the wagering. What upset me most, is i completed the $2000 deposit bonus wager within 3 hours, and because of my huge free spins winnings which display as seperate wager i was forced to wager it as well and ended up busting with $700 left. After i completed my deposit bonus wager, i asked them to cancel my free spins winnings and i would have had about $200 left for $20 deposit, which was a decent profit for me. But they did not want to even when i explained to them i have not touched the free spins winnings yet, so they should be able to deduct it. I was in a foul mood that whole morning. That is when i decided i am done with certain white label casinos. If those specific casinos allowed me to play NextGen and other providers, i would continue to play there.

      Why dont you make a deposit? Unless you claimed too many no deposit bonuses without a deposit in between? RTG casinos , mainly silversands and springbok, i never have problems with them. Money in neteller in 48 hours and i never need to deposit to withdraw,even if i win from no deposit bonus.

      I feel you Coco, and these days there are just more and more hidden agendas behind bonuses that you apparently breach somehow. Casinos are becoming stingy. I think the Max Cashouts and Heavy wagering requirements has picked up a lot since then. What i hate most these days is the fact that you have to make another deposit at certain casinos to withdraw your winnings and also when Bonus funds are not contributing towards points systems/races(those casinos with the adventures style and levels etc).

      Good news and Bad News Good news - Game Selection is great and the look and feel to the new site feels very good. The game payout section is coming along very well. i played a couple of games and the platform was smooth from day 1, i didnt experience any lagging or anything. Bad News - My Days might be numbered at Chance Hill. Due to the new licenses they acquired , i might not be permitted to play there anymore.       I Would like to know the outcome as well. If its legit, ill claim the 400% bonus myself. The fact they called you is very different from how casinos would communicate. I prefer email so i have it in writing. Because whatever they say over the phone would be a your word against their word at a later stage, should anything unfortunate happen. but i am glad you are withdrawing and hope you will receive your money.

      Hello Maggiemay You mentioned you suspended your account, what does it mean at this casino? Close of Account or Self Exclusion?       This game is similar like playing the Book of Ra, i had over 400 spins and couldn't trigger free spins rounds. I know if you get the free spins feature, you can win big with those extended scatter symbol. I played at minimum bet and even tried at $0.20 bet and still cannot trigger the free spins. I lost at least $60 in this game in one session. I will never touch this game again.

      Hi BentFisson I am not sure how things at in land casino works, but if I were you I wouldn't leave at all. They should have someone onsite or on standby in case of emergency. Maybe someone has a better answer for this. Just wait a little longer.
