      Dum di dum...PO's support is amazing. Nearly a day to respond to their own offer and still nothing. Bar the L&L group, customer support has fell down the well in recent years.

      There's only been one game that i trust to give me a feature going up on bets - I use the term trust lightly, as invariably they're rubbish (but given you do a lower number of spins on those bigger stakes usually, that's kinda to be expected) - that was Immortal Romance. Number of times I've slugged away on Bonanza on quids or below, nothing and then upped and it comes in is quite the thing - no barnstormers though. I said RTP, probably what i meant was bonus frequency. Biggest potential BTG game and probably HV is Queen of Riches - followed by Lil Devil. Bonanza's closer to a medium variance game as the base game runs at near 70% which is pretty massive for a BG.

      I'm just going by what i've heard informally...obviously I don't 'code', or create the unrandom, randomness of slots (controlled randomness) etc. Surely if you can allocate the 96% between free spins, base game, random feature, then you can apply the same to different hit threholds? Just surmising....maybe what we need is a software rep to come on and allow some curious mind to sit in on the making of a game. Except Netent - i'd literally die of boredom and be like 'stop with the pointless graphics at the start of every game, it's eating my RAM'

      Firm believer that Bonanza runs at a higher RTP as you go up the stakes...;-)

      What’s probably as interesting is where the RTP is shaved off... in theory you could take the 3% off the ‘Mega Wins’ of 3000 plus x etc. In that case, such is the rarity of the hits, you may not see an adverse effect in ‘normal play’ Dont know basically; you’d need a software programmer to answer it. Possibly something in the technical specs that the testing labs adhere to.

      There’s little point chasing Casumo up on this mate. As Valdes has said the MGA take their time over this and given the amount and the fact it’s coming up to Xmas I wouldn’t expect anything this side of Xmas. Eg, people have had cases in the U.K. with the Financial Ombudsman for over a year etc Its not quick for sure. I’d say you’ll be well into next year before you hear anything.

      Changing reel strips is one way. As is altering the pay table. You can possibly alter it by making changes to the pool values it pulls from the RNG, but not sure how PNG do it.

      Valdes will know more but whilst there would be nothing to preclude you from complaining here, it'd probably be a waste of time if the highest authority, the Regulator (MGA), rule against you. Casumo have already said to refer to MGA, so i doubt they would run with a ruling from a complaints body like AG if they get MGA ruling in their favour. The only other recourse after MGA saying no would be IMO a court case and that'd be an expensive operation. And highly unlikely unless you're gonna put some serious dosh up front.

      On topic though... How clunky and laggy is the AG platform? Tried it last night and the pragmatic play games had 6 second lags. Came back later and exactly the same. Games Berger on being unplayable. I remember this when I played at Casino luck; one minute fine and then boom. Happened quite often though. So regardless of their ***** bonus rules etc and restricted games, if this is the level of smoothness no ones going to play in order for their terms to be an issue

      I decided to try a test of their withdrawals (Genesis) went though this morning so just under 48 hours... On the plus side, another casino that process back to debit cards within seconds of approval But yeah, whilst I’m easy when I get my cash, 48 hours is way too much Checked my last spin it withdrawal...9 days! ooft
