  1. How Netent make Vikings and DOA and Wild Turkey and Creature... yet trot out this low paying guff will go to the grave with me. Give it a run and it did the normal Netent variance of chipping away until your balance was zero. The two scatter thing is just blurgh, the paytable kinda sucks but worst of all the games boring. Apart from all that, it’s fantastic
  2. I basically got a request from Slotmillions asking for bank statements etc - they, to their credit, said it was for RG purposes. Not AML.
  3. The way in which it should be done should be done as part of the Enhanced Due Diligence Process - basically, if you're asked for it it means that as part of their risk assessment, they've deemed you to fall within the category of being a high risk in terms of potential money laundering (doesn't mean you are, just that they've categorised you as falling in this category) Could be deposit amounts, type of play, various patterns etcetc - each will have their own set of risk indicators. Can be established via a number of ways: - Land/company registers - Past Transactions - Open source - HMRC doc's etc etc Touched upon something - last one.....SOW SHOULD NEVER BE USED FOR RG PURPOSES IF IT'S STATED IT'S FOR AML - NO WAY HOSE. If they want to request this info, for RG, they have to explicitly state - under GDPR, THEY CANNOT, request for SOW/ML and then proceed to use it for RG. If you find them doing this, report them to the ICO. Does the request state it's for RG OR AML? It should really state this.
  4. Having said that, you'd be pretty naive to think that a company is going to let it's internal complaints/compliance team agree to substantial refunds w/o a fight.
  5. Yeah, they work for the casino but as the compliance team they owe a duty of care to work in the best interests of the company. Hence if they re-review and find failings they should be acting on it. It's certainly a lot better to sort any issues out before it gets potentially escalated to other parties outwith their control. It's why most complaints areas have an Ombudsman and companies don't tend to like the complaints being escalated to such. Having said that, Casinos in the UK don't really have one as the UKGC aren't one seemingly - maybe why a lot of casinos chance their arm as they know recourse is limited. Now, compare that to the financial services industry and it's a different kettle o fish
  6. Decided on an xmas slot - PNG, got all reels wilds apart from the first reel, relatively low payout i think for one reel off full board of wilds
  7. Did you contact anyone to say? Glitches happen and pretty sure, if eligible, you could have had it sorted. I'm sure Liam Olle would've assisted.
  8. Not played at LV since they decided to shaft me but they used to be. Then they got big and lost touch IMO with their player base. Slick site, quickish withdrawals, decent CS...they're not bad to be fair; tick many of the good boxes. Used to be a good site for low rollers, but they quickly stopped a lot of their half decent promos.
  9. They are now after buying RBS out of their 50% share. 100% wholly Tesco now.
  10. I've found personally that they're a minimum of 24hours, frequently the 48 hour mark from me. Spinit/Casinocruise employed some o the worst stalling tactics trying to get measly 300 quid withdrawals out. Might have changed now as, obviously, i never went back to them after several goes, but that was my personal experience with them.
  11. https://secure.gamblingcommission.gov.uk/PublicRegister/Search/Detail/39022 Daub had a warning last year on their SR practices so they may still be on their radar Ps - they're a c rap casino group
  12. Donate to charity? I'd be letting the UKGC know about that - it's absurd, void bets and return to player. Casinos have a licence condition to give a % of money to gambling charities so, er, they're making their donation based on a SE refund that should have gone back to the player? Er No.
  13. Only tip for folk is after a run, and possibly losses, on high ish stakes; try and reset your brain by going back to 18c DOA spins etc for while
  14. Minor caveat - after the whole 'you must segregate your core operations from investment arms of the business', Natwest's parent company is actually Natwest Holdings but, for all intents and purposes, still part of the Royal Bank Group.
  15. Well, i suppose strictly speaking (from a governance POV), Natwest etc aren't owned by RBS: rather, RBS, Natwest etc are subsidiaries of the Royal Bank Group Tesco Bank was a 50/50 Joint Venture between RBS and Tesco. But, like most JV's, Tesco bought the RBS shares off them to basically give Tesco's a 100% holding in the bank.
  16. Presumably because reversing withdrawals is a huge source of income. Plus, if you offer various perks such as depo/spin bonus's you may still get people coming back to the casino, despite the pending periods. To be fair to AG - they're a helluva lot better than probably one of the worst offenders - Genesis Casino's.
  17. Oh I forgot... it’s AGs own CS....amongst the poorest around so don’t pay much attention to them
  18. Id I’d hope not; the KYC should carry to the new platform....
  19. To be fair, as I try to be, AGs times look like they’ve improved. Mrs P requested a w/d at 10.30pm and it was processed at 2am ish which is not too shabby. So presumably, as Conor has said, Trada will be along the same lines.
  20. And the public still own RBS.... Let's re-nationalise everything under Labour and party like it's communist Britain 1975
  21. Virtual Casino Group....eek..... Even for RTG casino their payout times (if they pay at all), verge on months. Presumably you're from North America and are limited in where you play? - only cos I can think of no reason to play here unless you are heavily restricted in where you can.
  22. Believe it or not but it's more volatile than Reactoonz - i can see the appeal of it: it hit a 600x when i got to the queen hive and turned it diamonds: one wild didn't join and was one away from another 6/7 diamonds which would have pushed it north of 1500x i think.
  23. RBS are Ulster Bank/Natwest mainly....HBOS are Halifax/TSB etc.....Think they got hold of Natwest in the 90's sometime. Not a very interesting fact but RBS helped form Tesco Bank.
  24. Only joking, Bingo is for all ages now
