      Think the multiple a/c terms are there to cover them but some approach it differently - eg i genuinely forgot i had an old Mr Green a/c, opened a new one up 4 years later and i got a call, after a 1k ish w/d, saying 'you've got two, we've processed the w/d but have just closed the first one down' - no fuss etc. For genuine cases i do have some sympathy for players who get w/ds denied; particularly if the first a/c has no activity, they've been using the 2nd one exclusively and there's no doubling of bonus offers. And, especially if the details are the same, it should be picked up by their systems - if they allowed the bets then they should pay out etc - to keep the deposits and refuse the w/d's also appears to be having your cake and eating it, which doesn't sit that well Folk will have had money denied due to 'malfunctions' being in the t's and c's and, whoops, wait, how did the Betfred case go? I think genuine cases re multiple a/cs would be found for the player, circumstances depending. PS - a court case is going to cost way in excess of a 3k withdrawal.

      Don't need to think too much of what was going on; from being more concerned about the deposits weirdly, through to saying he sent something when it looks like he never etc, looks like he was caught with the proverbial pants down. Also interesting to see how crypto is, per the last AML regulations, firmly brought into the AML arena.

      Might be a good idea giving some airtime to players as well; could provide the contrast to any casino perspectives as well: i'm sure there are some guys in the casino's who are ardent players themselves and share many of the some concerns about maybe where the industry is/has gone as well and where we will be in the next 5 years (Uk - dead - answered my own question) Go see if you can get the head honcho at the UKGC to appear

Or as we call them, gobsh@@es Given she earns x3 more than me, literally, she rolls 2-5 quids most times; she's been SOW'd about 5 times but just closes the accounts. Danger HV is the main one she plays but still plays Immortal at 3-6 quid a spin which, given the HTML5 makeover, is mental.

      I'm not in it either despite reading the rules right eventually and playing the right game Like i said though mate, payment wise, no issues in the house re them: once KYC'd they pay in 2-6hrs based on this houses experience and Mrs got SOW'd but she was lumping 500 quids in on a regular basis so guess it had to come at some point. Obviously others can have diff exp - just mine.

      I'd be very surprised if they did that unless you're doing 2 deposits of 10k (UK wise they are prohibited from doing it, though though places like Casumo and L and L appear to flirt with breaching this) It was actually Mrs P that got SOW'd by them after i checked, but that was after 30k of deposits in a relatively short timeframe. I've probably got around a modest 5-6k in the group as a whole. Suppose you never know; even some of the better sites are wild west when it comes to SOW; Slotsmillion SOW'd me for 700 quid in 12 months and after a 20 quid deposit.       Nah, no SOW from them so signed up which had to involve me selling my scruples (what's left of them) First time i've signed up via affiliate links (i know, shocker) so can you check it's all ok as i tried to test via the 10FS and couldn't see them?

      Yeah, but the SOW applies to all casino's in that property so if you don't comply they suspend all accounts under that group - including any new ones. Have a check and see if it was them If not i'll have a go at it for sure

      I'll have to check as i can't remember if i got a SOW request from from the group and you know what happens when i get those Quite a decent comp tbh with a meaty 1k prize for wagering 10c's? (can't really be better than that to drag folk out of the woodwork surely) Not the biggest fan of Aspire (no point going into it here) but what i would say is that payments wise they've increased tenfold in the group; process now within 6hours, not 72 and visa direct (SOW clarification pending, never had an issue payments wise with them) Plus, there are worse out there: Hello Mr Sumo
