      Aye as Afi said i've went 700 plus often on even BoD, so if you're guaranteed them more or less with 250-350 ish, it's not that bad. Unfortunately, not convinced it will spit out the 1000x plus's that often, but will see.

      Can't remember the number but think i was going 150x-200x down on average before getting it and it was spitting back bonus rounds of 100x so i was a bit meh. Can't remember the spins but think i was doing quids so reckon 250-350 spins

      Is it the norm? In my 10 plus years of casino land I've only been asked for it once - By Casumo. Apart from that, nada. I've heard others getting asked but it appears to be more the case if they suspect something's not right, rather than just std procedure. Personally, i wouldn't send it but i suppose it depends how big the w/d is - if it was relatively large possibly just do it to save all the aggro of getting the cash.

      RG issues are pretty much a regulatory matter so mainly that body, UK/MGA who would deal with it i think .If the RG controls didn't work then u might have a case but in all honesty these RG issues are very rarely in the players favour. The regulatory might tell you to go to the ADR, depends who it is. As for needing to keep a/c open to process w/d? Horse tripe - you can initiate a closure at any point and the a/c should be closed and o/s balances/withdrawals processed, so they're talking nonsense.

      Providing you've not done anything wrong you'll get paid, it's just the jumping through hoops they seem to make some folk do Once you get your cash, close the a/c down and go somewhere decent who'll pay you before you even close the webpage

      They can't withhold money for anything RG related, just close your account after you've been paid, should they choose so. Wait until the complaints been accepted but bare in mind once the complaints processed you'll probably need to stop posting and let it run it's course.

They run checks against the electoral register etc/credit report so there is no reason for them to ask for ID - the fact you were able to gamble is proof enough that they have/or should have verified you - that's the point of electronic verification.

      You have to be pretty bad to get ur licence pulled (albeit re-instated) but Genesis are really poor - history of stalling payments means it's a business practice of theirs.
