  1. why would you want AG to help with a dispute when you’ve just submitted one via another forum? Let that run it’s course.
  2. What is it with the word scam constantly banded about these days? Poor bonus conditions like this isn’t a scam if they’re transparent in the ts and cs (I’ve not looked) VIKs has a x2 conversion. Is it a scam? No. Is it poor? Undoubtedly.
  3. I personally don’t use fun mode but can see why some may use it. There was a provider who were found to have their RTP settings at something like 1675% for fun mode for their games, however. People were wondering why the game didn’t play as well in real money ;-) I’m waiting on credit checks being implemented in the UK as part of responsible gambling. Good luck with that.
  4. The only single provider i really play with is Bellfruit for a bash at the Novo's. Though i've just seen they themselves are being re-branded/taken over or whatever. The market must eventually reach saturation point - the number of white label products is astonishing. Nektan have about 250, Progress Play have a huge amount as well.
  5. I’d like a bonus that allows me to contribute to wagering whilst playing with real money and there being no tie in to real money. Whilst non stick bonus’s are good, the fact you win in real money and cash out will often see the bonus forfeited. Unless you had tech issues when depositing and got the bonus given after you withdrew. Noticed a few casinos for the UK have pulled their offers at the moment.
  6. Agree that limited games are not a selling point, hence why I’ll only use it for DOA sessions Not entirely true re unproven record however; from the guys at L and L who have accredited and trustworthy sites across the board - hardly an unknown to the scene... If you insist in using the Skrill Neteller rip off method you’re going to be left with few choices in the coming years :-p Personally? I don’t see why they’ve created this casino. It’s the same as their other sites. Having one in the group probably suffices. Aside from that there’s little enticement. Payout speeds half decent- less than 6 hours for a chunky withdrawal. In summary - decent, nothing special, will see the odd deposit.
  7. I think if I could be guaranteed to win each day for 6 months I’d give up work. Still reckon that some of the old MG games are your best best for a spot of high rolling. Wouldn’t dream of doing it on your thunderkicks or played n money gone providers.
  8. To be ‘fair’ to them, the no Skrill etc is going to become blanket policy across most casinos... It’s just opened, so doubtful it’s closed in the last 12 hours :-p Give them their dues regarding bonus offering - not one restricted game unlike Slotsmillion who basically have gone to town on it - having said that, limited providers so if they excluded any games they’d only have a handful to play. O
  9. Interestingly enough, they allow DOA with bonus money. Full 100%. I went against my advice and registered. Managed a decent w/d after a DOA wildline. Says in the terms you can't have more than one L&L account but think that needs updating. Limited games though - Amatic and Netent only. I'll probably only use when offers to use on DOA etc.
  10. Well i've been sponsoring the BTG's guys' yearly bonus so it's only natural i endorse a new product...
  11. Casino's discretion if they do so, so probably not...Seen very few cases of that happening, mainly deposits back.
  12. You’ll most probably get your deposit back - particularly as it’s 888 (rubbish) and their tussle with the gambling commission.
  13. I had a tenner bonus on Bonanza yesterday and i was having kittens
  14. I was thinking this the other day - Planet Fortune is relatively fun to play but in terms of pays it's rubbish. As for House of Doom - it's like a more rubbish version of Grim Muerto. Certainly not impressed by their most recent releases.
  15. Basically anything that involves you snipping away at the house advantage. Or winning too much. Or, in the case of a Caddell casino, taking advantage of offers that are proactively sent to you. And you use. Weird.
  16. Probably won’t stay for long... Nektan have gone new, as have Bet Victor Casino Heroes have the old one (but not playing there after their haphazard UK reintroduction)
  17. Don't really know if it's worth the while - L&L so trusted brand but seriously, only a 50% SUB? Hardly gets the blood a pumping. If you have a ABC or All Irish account i probably wouldn't go out of my way.
  18. Must have been a decent casino You may not get as fortunate again so just gamble responsibly or not at all tho! :-p Go book a holiday with it - enjoy.
  19. Or meet up and go to the pub - that's more likely. It's not a class action. Before any court proceedings, which is unlikely to ever occur, you'd be best going through the dispute process via the ADR.
  20. Dr Vegas started off so brightly. They were great for low rollers, offering regular offers etc. They also paid quickly as well (relatively speaking) Now? Delayed payments, BS reasons for delays. If this were a construction company you’d be tagging them as having cash flow problems.
  21. No problem - the world is SE can be a messy area. You just need to look at the 888 report to see some of the issues. Let us know what they say.
  22. Added - it's the licensee's duty to take reasonable steps to ensure that etc... etc.... Love the word reasonable - it creates a lovely shade of grey Question - should the casino say, even though the SE period has ended, 'No, you shouldn't be gambling again' Please note that the Commission does not require the licensee to carry out any particular assessment or make any judgement as to whether the previously self-excluded individual should again be permitted access to gambling. Which, given some of the requests in the name of AML/RG being batted around whereby casinos want to be seen (albeit if not self excluded) to be asking 'can you afford this etc?...
  23. Probably yes...taken from the UKGC code of licence (3.5.4) where a customer chooses not to renew, and makes a positive request to begin gambling again, during the 7 year period following the end of their initial self-exclusion, the customer is given one day to cool off before being allowed to access gambling facilities. Contact must be made via phone or in person; re-registering online is not sufficient; I presume when you say GB, you mean UK? There have been occasions when they've not done this before and casinos have refunded etc. I'll not give my personal opinion as, if it's in their licence conditions, they should be abiding by them (regardless of whether the lack of 1 day cool down contributed to your loss ) Note - the UKGC doesn't deal with SE issues on an individual basis so you may need to use the casino's ADR/here/elsewhere.
  24. Well, as a starter for ten, any bottom feeders like Cassava enterprises should never have a rating of A Plus. Not on planet earth or on Earth 2, the parallel universe.
  25. Hate seeing casinos that i used to love slipping away. Started off with Guts who began to play an idiots game regarding re-verification, Cashmio started strongly but then kinda slipped away and now Casumo are creaking for me. You're right about the freebie thing - not saying casino's owe you anything but the good ones will sometimes throw you a bone without asking ( I was 1k down in Betat and got a 100 quid bonus with x10 wagering a few weeks ago). Had the same with casumo - went on and said: your sites battering me, any chance of a wee 100% match offer to see if i can get it back?. Was met with a Leovegas-esque: system says no. Perfectly within their rights but not exactly a great tool for retention.
