There's an article on the BBC about the CMA telling 3 bookies that punters should be able to cash out when they want and not have to continue playing in order to release winnings. Not specifically about slots but similar - if you get a 10 quid matched bet on horse racing, having to wager that etc. Specifically they reference 'trapping players' money - which is like your sticky bonus.
