Just wanted to update this since the casino concacted me. They never got my first email I sent them and since the live chat was offline I didnt get in touch with them as fast as I wanted. I sent the mail from their site and in the future I will always send from my own email instead so this wont hqppen. However they answered my second email within hours. The reason my acc was locked was because I logged in from another IP adress. I suspect it might be because I used a flash based browser on my phone also..
My account was opened again after I received the email and support was helpful and nice. My docs was accepted same day and money on bank day after.
