  1. Whilst I agree that there is a group of people who see a SE complaint as a way of free rolling invase they lose, there is absolutely no reason why casinos on the same licence can’t detect these people at registration at another. They just choose not to do so - LandL and others do this very well, Every Matrix were awful. Players and casinos should have had their heads knocked together :-) As for SOW - woohoo just got another one from GiG group now. Hardly a high roller. Ticked a few boxes this time so that’s fine ;-) Pretty sure support started going downhill when outsourcing really kicked off. As long as those plonkers at LeoVegas don’t start buying other casinos I’ll be fine.
  2. Managed to hit a 400x in five quid bet the other week but that’s been about it. Kinda gave up on BTG a bit as I’m about 6k plus down on them since January. Luckily play n go and dead or alive have covered it. Queen of Riches is probably one of the highest volatility game I’m played. Literally nothing in the base game. DHV is a better game than Bonanza I reckon but I do prefer Bonanza. Extra Chilli is just a stinker. Hand on heart there’s been a change to Bonanzas bonus offerings. 12 months ago a 500x was relatively common but now it’s neigh on impossible. Even that 2200 win I had played well and it was just above 400 :-)
  3. And if it’s like the UK you’ll still be able to request SE ,I think, at individual casinos For now... wait until the directive comes that if you’ve SE at one it is for all ;-)
  4. The problem is Afi that if you take SE in its truest form it really should be for all accounts, at all casinos in the whole of the universe as it’s basically a player saying ‘rock bottom hit’. But you’re right - I’d a fight with a place years ago who told me they simply didn’t close accounts... Which makes me wonder why some places offer SE for only 7 days...that’s a cool off. Again, problem is that some people in the past have used SE when all they needed was a breather. It’ll be ok - I can’t imagine it being implemented retrospectively anyhow and it’ll be done via a single portal anyhow.
  5. Just checked MGA so not sure what their licensing states....
  6. Not sure what licence they hold but this was mentioned in the Leo Vegas fine in the UK and is part of the UKs rules. Have a read of it to see what it says. Theirs was a failure to implement the 24hr cooling period, this seems to be a lack of speaking to you regarding new opening. My personal views of this ‘safeguard’ are irrelevant but strictly speaking, if it’s UKGc or similar, It would technically be a breach. However...one does need to be wary about free rolling and ye old question of, well it wouldn’t have been a problem had you won ;-). Not a dig personally but people are wiser to SE now and, like casinos scour looking for if ts and cs and broke, players are now looking to see if licensing conditions were broke when they lose. But in summary: you may have a case.
  7. Can you imagine legitimately winning it and then say finding out someone had signed up from the same IP address and you’d not had it approved... the dreaded subject title in the email ‘about your withdrawal’ stating Dear Lucifer, Congratulations on your win but unfortunately... Stuff nightmares are made of. Freddy Kruger waving a UKGC licence in your face
  8. The Bonanza philosophy applies for breakfast; Go Big or Go Home :-p
  9. Like Gamstop, I think it’s a good move. From the timeout functions, to loss limits and now this I don’t really see what else casino operators can do to fulfill their ‘social responsibility’ duties (whatever they are...). Problem gambling will remain, err, a problem. Same way as alcoholism. But now you’re seeing it being seen as the same as alcohol/drugs. Arguably it is a greater destroyer of lives as either of these - it just kills you slower. I can’t see it slowing down the increase of issues but for those who have reached the point of wanting help, it will help. But it’s not a solution - not sure if there is one, slots especially have led to a new breed of issues. Instantaneous hits are completely different to once a week lottery tickets :-) But we’re humans. We can’t ban all things that may lead to some falling foul of their appeals but can offer tools like this to assist those who have reached the bottom. Not sure how coco pop licences will move forward ;-)
  10. I've a bit of a conscious bias against any form of licence granters/regulators: All stemmed from being at a conference in which the regulator, responsible for granting licences to company's who issue waste collection licences, proceeded to tell the people around that 'you must vet these places more!' So when i chimed up from the back to say 'Err isn't that your job as you grant and monitor licence conditions, so these guys place reliance upon your due diligence' I was met with hostility, particularly after my parting comment of 'well, if they can't use what you do, i don't really see the point of you' Point being...such bodies are typically 'advisory' in nature. I'll post their reply - though it may appear a slightly blank response or me being told I'm not a licence holder. Err, yeah thanks for letting me know - i was a bit confused mate Not saying that because you don't have a UKGC licence you're not a respectable casino - take Casino Heroes until they got theirs again. They had more player friendly terms/better casino that probably 90% of those with one (888 and the rest) SOW? Well this is going to be a disaster unless the GC step in. But they won't. Rant over- I'm off for sausages, soda bread, potato bread, toast, bacon and scrambled eggs
  11. Nope, but given you're either employed or affiliated with them, i presume you have lots
  12. Incidentally I’d only imagine them being able to issue any legal action if said places has some form of establishment/assets in the UK. But as that won’t be the case there’s little recourse unless you’ve got the equivalent of a double taxation treaty in place. UKGC seem quite happy to do the headline LeoVegas/888 sanctions. Quite frankly I’m surprised even some of their approved casinos have been given a licence. Some of the terms are vague at best. But they don’t seem to care - pay the fee and on you go. Even once in a while we will dish out a fine to remind people we exist.
  13. I already have, along with another issue that has gone unanswered thus far. It’ll have been reported by others in the past anyhow. I’ll probably get back a vague response along with something that says something like ‘refer to an ADR’ Shame. Only way, I’d imagine if there was a sort of mutual treaty with other licensing jurisdictions.
  14. This is or was standard practice across all Alpha sites. What ‘Emma Yorke’ Is saying is absolute BS. They breach licensing, they breach advertising standards all in targeting UK players. What a shoddy, despicable operator. Also AI was/is linked to Gametech in the past. So you can add pirating Netents to their lovely list. Grrr.
  15. All came from a comp win, cashed out and took to Bonanza for a mini high roll (5's high on Bonanza tbh) Still not even a 500 x
  16. Spidey sense is tingling with this one. OPs been offered help/assistance elsewhere but doesn’t seem to want it. Rather social media\forum it to death. Which is never going to work. Maybe it is valid, maybe not. Either way, better know what they’re doing.
  17. They’ve implied it’s because of ID fraud.
  18. Likely that the bonus's were non-cashable. Will be in their bonus terms, or should be.
  19. If it was the UK that would trigger a statement of wealth request, whereby you'd need to trace your ancestry back to the 17th Century to show not only where your cash came from but you, as a human
  20. Make sure you monitor their casino sign ups - don't want to be told only 1 IP address per household.
  21. My experience of CS is that straight forward questions usually wield inadequate responses :-) If they were SE/Restricted then they shouldn't have been allowed to deposit in the first instance? If you do manage to play don't be caught by their bonus max bets - one euro if Netteller or 10% of bonus awarded (not the normal 5 quid)
  22. I think Afi is getting the site mixed with with Tinder ;-) What about the non binary members :-p
  23. Sped up their processing of withdrawals as well. Had a decent bash at DOA and i think it was less than 24hrs (anything less than that is fine for me, i don't need the money in 8 seconds). But withdrawal fee of 2.50 - again, not massive (Vera John's is a fiver for less than 50) but maybe that should be kicked into the long grass Shows the benefit of wager free as well - their levelling up can throw in some decent rewards at decent stakes - managed to make another w/d from that But that lack of search is a pain - control-F the main page looking for a slot What is this, 2007? What some may not like, like Trada, is there's no quick spin (must be the licensing?)
  24. Like many rogues, they don't care. So many good yins for the OP to choose from , hope he/she/they do a bit of due diligence of where to play. Saves a lot of headaches in the future (though lets not forgot that some excellent casinos can lose their way)
