I'd the same thing with Cherry Casino - they advertised as being a MG casino but then seemed to pull them. As i only played Immortal at time they told me to play others. Said no, you've advertised as having MG etc etc. Ended up getting it back just to be thran. They’ll likely refund deposits. You did break their terms but they failed to have adequate controls to identify underage gambling (even if you were creative with the information on sign up-that’s the whole point of checks and balances). How nice of them to take control of your finances. What are they acting as - Power of Attorney? It's a flawed concept - you could win at another casino and use winnings to play there etc. Ask them why they requested the information - they've used it for Responsible Gambling reasons but, knowing how inept GiG have been in this whole thing, they'll probably have requested it under AML. They should only process your information for the purpose for which requested and as such may not be commensurate with the DPA.
