  1. The base game has to have a low RTP due to the fact that the bulk is in the Jackpot. That's why they're best played for the odd deposit - you're never going to have that many a good session on it if just looking for 'normal profit' Personally, i hate the game. It's a scratchcard but best treated as how you'd play the lottery.
  2. Don't know if anyone plays here but, as a regular there until about 6 months ago, they've completely went off the radar. There are no now deposit /spins offers, the cashback has went up in a puff of smoke and the website is prone to login issues relatively often. Last time it took them 2 weeks to work out why i couldn't login. Once a very player friendly casino who would throw you the odd x10 wagering chip to one that no longer has any enticements to play. I was told that the reason their bonus offers disappeared was cos of an issue with their module. That was 5 months ago I know casinos aren't all about perks but when there are so many, when one that had them disappears, you kinda notice
  3. That'll be V's defence in Court He intimated that's what he wanted me to do. So, do I did.
  4. In the Public Sector there is the SPSO here in Scotland for complaints ....I've had to attend a few. It's relatively amusing to hear some of the complaints I got chastised for giggling when the complainant recanted their story Very unprofessional
  5. I'd give them to 2pm to draft one up (check and see if the inks wet when they send it)
  6. Is/was there not any dubiety about whether the offering of a bet and customer acceptance of that, fell under contract law. You're right - there is a gap - ADR's try and fill that etc but what there isn't is an ombudsman with punitive powers to sanction/enforce. The UKGC have said repeatedly, that they are not such. Basically there is no Financial Conduct Authority equivalent. If i ordered 2 washing machines and only one was delivered or if i bought one, but was charged for two - it would NEVER enter my mind of 'I won't get my money'. Casino's it's a bit more ' Damn, I've won a lot, hope they pay'. That's not right. To be fair, i play only at (again, as far as possible) reputable sites so I'm 99% confident in any withdrawal i make. Court is an option but good luck with that when they're based in Malta etc and the dispute may only be 5k etc. Regulators can help by looking at these pending periods/reversals and start earning their money by placing stringent rules on them. But even if they do...who's gonna enforce it effectively? All made harder by these casinos being offshore as well.....I can nip down to Argos down the street....bit harder to hop and skip over the Mediterranean My first 10k plus win was back in 2006....honestly can't remember thinking/worrying about being paid. So maybe things have got worse
  7. Shame we can't get gambling covered by the Sale of Goods Act, or something similar I like it when they tell me they're happy to be paying me my withdrawal. Really? You're more excited about giving me the money than i am about receiving it
  8. I know...sign of the times when we see people saying ' Yeah that casino is OK...THEY PAY'. Wow...they're good cos they pay me what i won....errr...why, thank you?!
  9. Yeah that's more like it - Bet365 were quite focused at one point but they're so massive you just fade into the background now. Suppose it doesn't mean they're bad, per se Funny how at one point it was all focused on high street brands - in work you'd ask people what bookies they use and they'd rattle off Coral/WH etc. In the UK there was certainly the opinion that non high street = can't trust. Now of course...it's Redbet etc for Sportsbets now. Yesterday I was in a real life bookies for first time in ages for World Cup - i was given a pen and a piece of paper.
  10. I read it as 'we may pay you or we may not' Depends how we feel.
  11. Hope it’s a joint account or I’d be reporting her to the Fuzz for unauthorised access to my accounts and breaching of GDPR ;-)
  12. Eh? Opportunity? Or 7-10 days? If somewhere is giving that timeframe, don’t play there
  13. Mobile version wasn't working but is now. Maybe he did...should get him a second job with dodgy casinos who accept players from the UK with no licence and he can can implement the 'forbidden banner' You've no time for going on the internet - it's marching season over there
  14. First 6 months of year on Casumo - 4k ish or something down. Last month or so 4k-5k up: almost as if it's random. Because that's what it is. Somedays you streak, sometimes you bust. Sometimes you lose for months, sometimes you can't stop withdrawing. Bada Bing, Bada boom. They spend money on advertising? And....? The only thing Casumo do/did wrong with advertising is have quite a few affiliates running roughshod with advertising standards. Sorry, but statistically your facts and figures are meaningless. The numbers involved wouldn't even register on the numbers required to draw a reasonable conclusion - i can quote mine which are CURRENTLY the opposite, someone else theirs and someone else similar to yours. Your post is littered with 'it seems to be'. Again, pure conjecture. It seems to me that MT Securetrade sites have a magical elf who stops me winning on their sites but i couldn't place too much reliance on it. As for playing on Casumo will lead to losses? - with a 4% house edge, play on any casino will lead to losses over time. If your're not lucky on a site stop playing there. No need to drag their name into the mud because it's simply not lucky for you atm.
  15. They don’t actually say... live chat told me 24hrs to approve but it’s not in their ts and cs (bit poor) other than ‘manually approved’
  16. I presume these Netent games have all been in the pipeline for a while so it may be a while until the new CEO etc is able to affect change Soooo boring.
  17. I'll just go to wherever they go then WH are a strange casino. They, and maybe Valdes will attest to this, bad for complaints. They simply show the speak to the hand approach. Which would appear to suggest they don't care that much but then at same time, particularly when i was playing a lot there, really good for random cashdrops/low wagering etc.
  18. I think there's an element of reverse and lose playing into that. I did ask several places about reverse option and they told me it was either A. What people wanted (nonsense) or B. Allowed for approval process. Second bit is nonsense as well because they simply don't need to offer the reverse function to do this. What they don't get is the faster they pay it out the more likely it is to go back in I'm not fussed with processing times as long as no more than 24hrs usually. Good thing with your case is that both casinos are (as far as possible) trustworthy/do the right thing. Particularly Redbet.
  19. Fiver today - casinos need to hire their promo team - it's been constant perks here for months now
  20. What we need is a whistleblower to tell us if they get a % commission for every withdrawal they knockback/every reversal made cos of such
  21. Still a few player focused casinos like Trada (and used to be Casumo, who no longer really bother anymore) but it's getting very faceless. Some casino's seem to treat players openly with contempt. Some simply don't care (Hi Bet365) You've seen less and less investment in customer support - probably farmed out to some place in Tel Aviv to folk who don;t even know what a casino is. Appreciate some of the bonus tax changes have had an impact in some offerings but even places like Slotsmillion, a casino that had no loyalty system but made up for it with offers, have just fell off the edge of the world in terms of perks. My biggest problem isn't necessarily things like AI but it's the type of games. Super High Variance. Now, i like high variance (ish-probably more medium to high) but some of the more recent releases are making slots like lottery tickets. I may as well play a progressive. I still like some of the old MG only casino, where by deposit seems to go further but it's few and far between
  22. Lumped 50 in Trada to give it a go. Not a bonus - the bulk of the RTP must be in the bonus game cos the base game is shocking. Rubbish random feature of re-arranging the reels, wins in the base game struggle to give stake back if you get them. Utter drivel.
  23. Given how good their system controls are supposed to be I honestly don't see the need for so much checking - they should have been verifying who you are etc beforehand so that's not an issue, even if took a bonus they should have inbuilt checks (and even if not) etcetc Agree re Redbet - manual flushing on chat disappeared and they used to be within the hour payers. They've kinda dipped recently - even put their free spin wagering up to 70 X.
  24. Best keep away from white rabbit everyone. BTG will flick the compensatory switch on all slots ;-) I hate the game as well - had one decent win but nothing special. I do like the slow spin for the big win elements on BTGs though. Not that I see it that often :-0
