The base game has to have a low RTP due to the fact that the bulk is in the Jackpot. Is/was there not any dubiety about whether the offering of a bet and customer acceptance of that, fell under contract law. I think there's an element of reverse and lose playing into that. I did ask several places about reverse option and they told me it was either A. What people wanted (nonsense) or B.
