  1. Their withdrawal times do vary a bit but tbh I don’t care if it’s 10mins or one hour :-p But yeah that clash of the spins is not a perk. If you’re doing OK, the free spins are a minor bonus but they’re giving most of them on 10p stakes. So it’s basically pointless. The Betsafe Group used to pay fast when I didnplay there but that’s about it. Meh. You’d think having not played at casinos in a year they’d send emails etc reminding you of their existence but not even had a peep. Strange. Horses for courses I suppose but I do like a casino that throws me a bone when times are tough. New slots - well Legacy of Egypt’s is decent enough but apart from Vikings (was that eligible- possibly not), few slots caught my attention this past year. Was JJ not there? My new slot of the year would probably be Napoleon - that is pretty much on the ball for a HV game. Brutal but fair.
  2. Though they’ve been chipping away at their rewards system they’re still ahead of most, UK anyway, who give players something back. Quick withdrawals, verification and a massive games selection. Responsive. They are a bit of a victim of their own success as they’ve spoiled players over the years so the slightest dip draws hysterical reactions from some people who should know better Betsson for example are a decent cash only casino but IMO absolutely nothing special. In fact, last time I deposited there was early 2018.
  3. Thought i dreamed that Netent were the best game provider of 2017. Tell that to their shareholders.Least it wasnae Thunderkick To be fair they've released 1 great game - Vikings and 1 decent one - Turn of Fortune. Which is precisely 2 more than MG.
  4. Pfft from me... Went to create account with them....told i was SE.....told them no, as i have accounts with Rizk etc....they're speaking with I Gaming Cloud as think there have been issues with databases or something. That was weeks ago so unless they offer me a 300% bonus the notion to deposit's kinda worn off. So...er...no mission report from me
  5. If David Hasselhoff can be a massive success in Germany, anything's possible.... There is talk of it being regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority in the UK in the future but until they assuage peoples fears over the lack of consumer protection, the wild westness of the unregulation, then who knows... The other side of it is that it's a threat to the Global Bank's domination of financial markets and therefore the 'Establishment' have a vested interest to downplay it - which has some valid points to be fair. Ultimately though, I'm quite lazy and it just seems too much bother for me
  6. I don't see the appeal tbh, for gambling at least. I can withdraw to my debit card on Sky Vegas and it's in my account in seconds - no fee's, no authorisation, no hassle. Blockchain technology - yes Bitcoin - Hmmm. Not sold. We all may need to go Bitcoin in the UK or start exchanging our pounds for the Monopoly mans notes.
  7. *UK watches from afar* Those multipliers resemble my last ten bonanza bonuses so glad we’re exiled ;-)
  8. Have they looked into the IP address/MACcode of when the bets were placed? You'll understand casino's being very wary of such claims (some genuine, hazard a guess most aren't) so they'll probably be performing due diligence You can always try and raise a complaint here but from looking at their history, Betfair are a bit patchy in terms of complaints resolution. But I'd wait to see what they come back with in a reasonable time.
  9. Sadly, if USA, there's not a plethora of casinos out there. Casinomax would pay you faster if you can play there, as would a few others but they are relatively limited in comparison to Europe etc. Any place that starts increasing periods to process would give me alarm bells (Dr Vegas started this and then boom, out of business. Codeta are at it as well and i'd be surprised if they see April-19) Why on earth is a payment processor keeping it for a week? Never heard of that, certainly not here.
  10. Valid points but given the decimation of most casino loyalty schemes probably not as important as it was, say ten years ago. Personally, only really 4 casinos that see my cash: Redbet, Casumo, Videoslots and Novibet. My budget is on average 800-1k per month so I split it four way usually. Decent loyalty systems? Hard to think of any that standout....
  11. Not wild wheel... Probably wild swarm or Viking clash if I wanted a respectable return... Fat rabbit or JJ if I wanted a bigger but riskier amount. But if I’d to choose any slot for picking it’d probably be a Novo. Potential for retriggers on them and the fact they like 1000x plus on a decent day. Not Bonanza. Playing that on 4 quid and getting a bonus is stressful
  12. Pfft...that two quid bonus round on wild wheel was 65x. Rubbish. Gonna withdraw it out of principle alone.
  13. Sounds like a football player... Out of curiosity...if you have a casino that's meant to be licensed by a 'good' regulator and they get complaint, after complaint, referral to MGA, after referral to MGA etc...are there any occasions that their licence is called in, so to speak? Or do the regulators just simply deal with complaint after complaint as and when? I suppose it would take a lot to be stripped of your licence but just wondering if there's ever a review of it that takes place (and complaints being one of the things looked at) Not saying that's RR.
  14. I'd like to see an 'Ask the Casino Rep page' I'm sure we could think of one or two questions
  15. Yep... we seen the start of it a few years ago when things like 32 Red's 100% depo offer became 75%, then 50% and now they offer 25% (some lucky ones get more). I don't remember when it all went a bit wrong but i do remember saying years ago 'auch 200% offer, i got a 300% the week before' Then the 200 became 100...etc etc. Even Videoslots are slashing their perks Increased taxes, UK wise, have basically meant other countries are subsidising a lot of UK punters as well Sweden? Well that's one bonus per account. They're dead and buried Why? Taxes? Operational costs? Market Saturation? Bonus abuse? Probably a mix of all. Some casino may seek to offer cash back instead and other more creative ways of giving something back, who knows.... But yeah, the bonus glory years have gone...though i see Grosvenor are offering a 100% SUB with 5 or 10 x wagering I can live without bonus's...but for people who like a bit of play time, especially in this age of HV slots, it is a blow. What annoys me is casino who are still trying to offer them. If you can't offer decent bonus's...Don't. The effect is that in doing so you'll simply lose people as they'll think 'this is rubbish'. If they came out and said 'listen no more bonus offers BUT...', then i think that's better personally. Take Novibet? I haven't had a bonus since i signed up? But i still play because i get, on average, 50 wager free spins every other week at 40p plus. Not massive but you can bet i withdraw more from them in a year than i do with a weekly reload I think we'll see a lot more races/tournaments/cashback for those casinos wanting to offering players in the future. I actually, sometimes, preferred when it was a sticky bonus in the UK. Why? Because if you got a bit 300% offer you could just take a massive chance with 5 quid spins. 999/1000 you bust but i'd a few where i met 80k wagering by hitting it lucky.
  16. I played JJ, Humpty Dumpty and some PG Wizard game...all awful (though i did meet the 1k wagering to get a free 2 quid bonus round on Wild Wheel tomo) Clash of Vikings was probably the best but two 2 quid bonus rounds were 15x The Wizard one is probably PG's worse IMO.
  17. I know what V's saying - i mean, who wants to play ultra low games This is one of the worst games I've played - The Great Pigsby by Relax gaming. I'd take 500 quid busto's on HV like QOR than this wretched nonsense. This is the highest symbol. Yes, 4X your bet.
  18. Absolutely....I used to take the Calzone offers until one day I looked and went ‘eh, 1000 max withdrawal?’. Then I went hunting on the other MTST sites and went ‘they’re all at it!’ :-p Noticed even with Energy Bet, obviously not MT, they’ve capped their Friday 100 per cent offers to two hundred quid. Coupled with the fact that you can only play ALL the funds on one awful game is casino madness. People will simply, and hopefully, migrate to the ones that don’t. Very very short term viewing.
  19. PS, word of caution - anyone playing at MT - like above, check their terms for their deposit offers. I'm pretty sure most never capped their max bonus wins but it's been creeping in on their sites - Calzone were no max, now 1000 etc. I know bonus's are discretionary etc, don't need to take but that's enough to not make me want to deposit.
  20. Like many, started strong....maybe overstretched cos they went from daily offers to, er, yearly ones? As for Ikibu....again, had a 1.20 4 reel wild desire in my first 50 deposit but quite frankly that's the only good thing with them. 90, yes, 90 wagering for their bonus offers and their list of excluded games with a bonus is the biggest I've seen - told their VIP host Winston he'd be quicker telling me what i CAN play (why they can't be like L AND L casino who even let you play DOA with a bonus - in fact, i think they've no restricted games, is beyond me)
  21. I blame it on the muppets I encounter on a daily basis, must be rubbing off on me
  22. Bog standard, no frills, run of the mill, dull-ish casino that's closing at the end of the month. Accounts going over to Instacasino. They started off OK to be fair but then faded - like a lot MT sites they probably cap their deposit bonus wins at 500 quid or 1k. So no loss. My next guess at the casino culling is Cashmio.
  23. Probably no bonus offerings as they’ve blew their promotion budget sponsoring half of the English Premier League Teams :-p
  24. Following on from V, avoid like the plague - as unethical group of casinos as there is out there.
  25. What will they use what for? MT Secure Trade are pretty clueless in my mind when it comes to SOW (think this is what you're taking about?) Agree with a lot of your post - Ive been fighting with GiG as i honestly don't think they know what they're doing when it comes to this stuff. I asked them were they asking for info for RG purposes or SOW and they couldn't even answer me. I got something from their legal team who must have got their law degree from a university based on Mars. Casino's are attempting to cover themselves - in doing so they are going overboard. They also fail to understand the concept of a risk based approach and their potential breaching of GDPR with some of their info requests. 2 schools of thought on the UKGC's role in it. 1. They should be more specific in their guidance or 2. Adopt a principle based approach which means Casinos decide on their course of action. Problem with 1. is that you can argue one size doesn't fit all and 2. is better as a casino can take a stance on their procedures and stand by them. The problem with 2. is you get casinos adopting completely different approaches. Eg. I've deposited most at Casumo. I've never been SOW'd I've deposited 3k at High Roller - Sow'd. Rizk - Sow'd with even less. In both cases my play is pretty similar as is my deposits. One told me they SOW you when u hit a certain deposit threshold - which is absolute nonsense.
