  1. Said before a few times but don’t be surprised to see MGA and UKGC casinos turning their back on e wallets completely in the next 12 months: bonus or no bonus. Ecopayz maybe have better fraud controls than the other 2 ? Another possible prediction is SOW hitting MGA casinos with increased frequency in the coming period with regulation changes. Prepare to feel the Uk’s pain ?
  2. Anyone having any issues with MT? Started in January when i went to sign up to Wishmaker. Complete registration, 'User was self excluded'. Stop. No I'm not: accounts held with High Roller, Rizk, Cashmio and many other (in many cases sub standard MT sites) Contacted Wishmaker who said this has been happening with a few people - said they would contact IGC to look into this. Took 4 weeks. Came back and said sorry about that - SE lifted and can now login. Try to. Can't. Ah but now it's the cool off period - for a fictional SE, I don't understand that, but anyway....Still Can't. Now it's due to me not verifying - they then tell me that 'due to UKGC rules I must be KYC'd before i can login. Whoaa....now, I know UKGC rules and AFAIK they have 72 hours to verify me when I register. 72 hours have passed as they (or IGC) have made a horlicks when i signed up. The reason this is an issue now is because.....they want me to EMAIL documents. Well, no. I'm not even going into encryption issues with chat support. Then, i tried to register another MT - more so out of curiosity to see if it's ok (other older MT sites are obviously fine). And again the same thing happens. Mild conclusion is that upon registration they are looking my data up against someone who is SE (now, that leads me to questions over how they're handling data in general) - I've asked them to explain exactly what the issue is - obviously, when they are manually looking at it when i complain they can see it's wrong as they're taking the SE off straightaway. The other issue is that after telling them that i'm not emailing documents, they ignore and tell me 'send them to this address'. Sorry, no. So far both are ignoring me asking why i'm being flagged so I'm probably going to do a Subject Access Request to see for myself.
  3. Never been a fan of EM casinos's (still aren't) but when you look at the promo page, in terms of squeezing the maximum amount of play out of your pound/euro, it looks promising. That quickly changes. Could be worse like Ikibu - 90x and most games restricted or on 50% contributions.
  4. It's very similar to Freaky Vegas who closed their doors basically overnight in what were very odd circumstances......something was amiss with them. Probably jumped before they were pushed ? Red Queen did it right - they had a statement on the site, allowed people time to login and withdraw etc.
  5. They have a very odd business practice, do WHG/Caddell. Their existence is predicated on the 100% offers they used to fire out - given their ***** withdrawal times it's the only reason i would have played there. The started out banning people completely for taking bonus's that THEY offered. I mean, if they didn't want people to use them then why send them out?
  6. Probably already know but with regard to CH i informally boycotted them as they are that miserly they have their PNG slots on the lowest possible RTP setting ?
  7. UK wise we are getting absolutely nothing. I've had 3 or so offers in 6 weeks? Used to be that you'd get 10-20 in some new games when released. 2019 will continue like this. The final nails are being hammered into the golden years of free spins/bonus players. All boxed and ready to ship ?
  8. Yes, word of the grapevine is they are no more. Most be very recent. Things like this don’t happen overnight so concerning if they’ve not communicated this.
  9. Your Codeta username and PW transferred so don't need to register (though i know some people complain about lack of consent apparently in transferring the data) I'd have used the WB if it wasn't for that cap.
  10. Probably already noticed but Codeta accounts moved over to Jetbull - you can get all their welcome bonus's as part of this The 100% offer might be good if you want to High Rolll ish in Dead or Alive cos it's not an excluded game (which is pretty rare) No PNG and the rubbish QF version of Bonanza And a big caveat - the winnings from the bonus are capped at 10X, which is terrible when sites like Slotsmillion don't cap their free spin winnings and this is a deposit related bonus. So, it's a no from me but some may like it.
  11. Approximately 8% or so of the RTP goes to the jackpot's; meaning that the base game runs at circa 88% or so.
  12. Leovegas - why i used to like them: you could take advantage of their 100 deposit, get 200 1 quid spins and make a w/d and still play the FS Another one is Betat i think (though check the reviews for these guys now across several sites as some are asking questions of them....i'll let you make your own mind up) Think Casumo are the same
  13. That's what happens when you win too much ?
  14. And there's the problem....running with presumptions; something you should never have to do when reading t's and c's. 2 casinos used exactly the same phraseology and when i asked them if i could play DOA with the bonus money untouched; one said yes as long as i didn't go in it and one said no. Even better would be something like 'you cannot PLACE BETS with bonus money on these slots' or, if they don't even want you to play restricted games even if the bonus is not touched, 'These games cannot be played when bonus funds are present in the players account, whether the player places bets with them, or not, during the course of play'. PS - if you play at Ikibu, a truly awful casino for bonus players, you'll have about 3 slots to play: their list of restricted games reads like a Bible - they even put Bonanza at 50% towards wagering and 90X the wagering. So, in effect, 180X. Regardless, best check with CS before you spin (but again, why should you need to if the terms are clear. Spoiler - you shouldn't have to :-p)
  15. You must ask each prospective customer to identify his or her physical location at the time of the activity. Some jurisdictions prohibit gaming; if your customer is in one of these locations you must not proceed with the transaction. That's part of the card scheme rules. My knowledge of it's patchy but AFAIK a breach of the card scheme fine is handed down to the acquiring bank who in turn will pass it on to the merchant - or even terminate the relationship. As noted by Sarahhor, there may be scope for organisations like UKGC to link in with the card issuer's - failing that, the casino's may run out of banks prepared to do business with them as they're being fined left right and centre.
  16. Maybe it was resolved by now but most MG/Quickfire were down today - not sure if back on. I only play Bonanza on the previous NYX Platform so it was obviously working OK (Videoslots/Casumo)
  17. Casino's with bad payout times, poor CS - they're never mind casino's Casino's that set out to intentionally defraud players - they're going to the seabed. ?
  18. The issue with chargebacks across banks for this is that you need to show you've purchased goods/services that haven't been delivered. I know some banks are more flexible over this than others - try explaining Casino licensing to a bank ?. The case is stronger, for example, if the casino is withholding winnings from the transaction: then you can link to failure to supply a service. Same for pirated games - showing they let you play illegal/pirated games makes the case strong. I'd have thought taking monies from non UKGC casinos would see the processors in violation of the Scheme rules..... Deposit at a casino, it's not credited and they refuse to repay it - clear cut. The above is a bit more ambiguous. Unfortunately in trying to explain the situation many players twist themselves in knots and can find themselves in trouble by essentially saying 'this is a fraudulent transaction - i never made it' - it's easily done if you feel aggrieved with an operator. As for this 'negative database' that frequently used by casino's (more informally) - such a thing, if it exists, is on the cliff edge of being incompatible with GDPR etc: unless they can link it to intentional fraud I presume holding such data would be a no no. One option as intimated is to look up gambling transactions with UKGC licensing - but i don't know how feasible that would be in practice. Remember as well that CB isn't enshrined in law, it's just the scheme rules- you'd have a better chance with section 75 protection using a credit card in which it's basically the CC company making the transaction.
  19. I've got a seabed reserved for all the casino's I'd fire down there - there's a waiting list ?
  20. Only a wee bit - probably a few inches max..... More Manchester and the Midlands getting whacked a bit. I was back home for a few days and most of the flights there were cancelled.
  21. Hope they're already passed the KYC. Casino Rewards Group again. Not the record though as not in pounds/euro's (Canadian i think)
  22. Or if you're Afi, seconds? Sorry Afi?
  23. Struggle to see the differences between offering Cashback and a Bonus - many will deposit for cashback, many will continue to wager monies if CB is based on wins as well as losses. So don't know how you can really say CB's ok, bonus's aren't. They're still an incentive to deposit at Casino X and not Y. But that's just my opinion. Call me an old fashioned laissiz faire capitalist but it pains me to see a bunch of faceless men/women, having assumed the role of our moral compass, pass various pieces of regulations/rules onto private companies who are simply operating in a supply/demand free market. Take Fixed Odds Betting Terminals - they are most profitable in the more deprived areas of the UK. How to deal with them is to attack the issue of why, in a relatively rich country like the UK (pre-Brexit, we'll be skint after it), we have such areas. Education? Social Barriers? Nope - can fix the issue by capping stakes. Yeah, Ok. BTG's buy feature is allowed, for example, but FOBT's are evil (Guardian's words)? What's the difference? - the UKGC isn't even consistent in their approach. Protecting people? Why do they continue to licence casinos that purposefully encourage people to reverse? - Hello, Casino Rewards Group. Casinos's based in the America's who continue to offer their product to UK Punters? Again, nothing. Probably too much effort - banning bonus offers is easy though with a flick of their quill. My personal view is that casinos are, in the main, fulfilling their(if you want to think of it this way) their end of the 'social contract'. Yet regulators insist on more constraints, more rules based on a proportion of gamblers becoming addicts. Same way some people who drink become alcoholics. Lot comes down to whether you like/agree with the idea of Big Government. I don't. I will contradict myself a tad by saying though that I do think that casinos's can't just operate with no regard for their customers - they're making a lot of money offering a product that is addictive and dangerous (what isn't these days) but banning bonus offers/limiting autospins/max time between spins isn't the way to fulfill that. All the above is irrelevant as it's here to stay. The result is that many people who show self restraint and take responsibility for mistakes (and I've made a few in my time) are worse off. The occasional punter loves a good 200% offer to get a bit of extra play time. Oh, oh - can't have that: some people can't control their impulses so you're not getting one. V makes a great point - let's see how all these pan out in the future. It's a tricky balance and one we'll all never agree on ?
  24. Hoping it heats up in Chicago come the third week in February as due to go there for a week (business, not pleasure but probably will try and zip through it all in two) I did say at the time could I not leave it until Spring as it’s cold ;-), didn’t know it was hitting artic levels . In the U.K. minus 3 brings the country to a standstill (well, not in Scotland but the Southern Softies) so hopefully I’ll not die there - more scared that should that happen I may face an eternity with God going ‘sorry, you passed in the USA: no gambling for you-country restricted’
  25. Maybe a euro a forum post?
