  1. I operate under the quid pro quo model. Leads to accusations of being conniving and devious but you are what you are ?
  2. Never heard of one casino, let alone a massive one like Betsson, demanding to see your CCV number so I'd take whoever told you that with a pinch of salt... As for not being able to pre-verify - i agree. There was one casino, and i think it was the BML group, who said i couldn't send my docs in until i was ask. Which is nonsense.
  3. Anyhow, Casinos have been caught many times for rigged games: Who is this then exactly? The Gametech group for example was dealing in pirated games - i know of NO software company, with a decent licence at least, that has been found guilty of selling 'rigged' games to the casinos. larger entities who test through bribes and kickbacks so why not in the billion dollar casino world ? Again, not one whistleblower has come forward and there's no evidence to suggest this has happened. Can it happen? Of course it can - you target a guy with money problems in a testing lab to turn a blind eye, hope that you can then bride his boss and his boss to sign off. But again, nothing. That's a whataboutery argument - you could apply that to literally anything in the world. Local Council agrees to planning permission to build on greenbelt land? Oh, must be the rich developers bribing the town hall officials - that's why we have controls and checks and balances in place. And let's be honest, if you were rigging a game would you not do it in such a way that the punters wouldn't notice? Rather, where you see patterns is part of gamblers fallacy. Maybe years down the line there will be shown to be a global rigging conspiracy but until something tangible is shown I'm playing under the assumption that all games, issued by those reputable software companies and hosted by the same reputable casinos, are legit.
  4. Personally i think you're better with the deposit limit if you want to curb any desires. It's a lot more straight forward. If you're then concerned about getting a big win and then losing it then, other that jump straight into the RG page and then set a 'wager' limit, I'm not sure what else you can do. Or, go straight to withdrawal. Spoke about the issues with net loss limits and there's been other issues: if i have a 100 quid loss limit, am at 90 and then place a bet of 100: this may get accepted because at the point of the bet, you haven't actually lost anything and some casino's will accept. Don't think that's correct but has came up... Just noticed that you mean the loss limit on the specific games, like autoplay? Auch i don't bother with that personally. We only have 100 autospins in the UK - might be different if i was 5000 autospinning and didn't want to go below a certain balance. That one sets the loss from your starting balance so it's straightforward enough. Balance of 200, loss limit of 25, do 100 autospins and no win after no win - you'll come back to a balance of at least 175.
  5. 5 quid free money on casino dot com. Max cash out 5k from free chips there as well - kudo's.
  6. You'd have got a better response if you'd been allocated Elvis as the support agent
  7. I think that legally, they can't....though they should only be holding onto proportionate information: which is a fancy way of saying only 'what they specifically asked for'. I imagine it's normally held for 5/6 years (KYC/Statement of Weath Information) as part of their retention policy and should there be a new SOW/KYC, then the old ones would be sent to the incinerator immediately. Next time ask a casino for: 1. Their Data Protection Policy and Records Management, 2. Their security accreditations such as ISO27k, BSI, details of their last Health Check 3. PCI DSS certificate Only jesting..kinda. But you're right to question how casinos are operating - after all, they're asking for everything. Only reasonable that punters say: well that's fine, but where are you storing it? Some dodgy cloud based server? GDPR has the 'right to be forgotten' - not sure if it could apply here as they could argue that they still need the information for legal purposes - aka adherence to the AML regulations. I'm sure some smart ar@s will try using it though ?
  8. Point A is that they have no right to see that you like to buy frozen crispy pancakes and half price pizza's. If you ever get it again I'd refuse to send it in and let them report it onto your countries version of the National Crime Agency - then then hold the money, investigate and then release. May be cutting your nose off to spite your space but ho hum. This is the start of the SOW now going into the MGA casinos now. 'When you reach certain amounts you get rechecked' - again, if they're basing it on a rigid monetary amount then they're wrong and they need to get a new legal team. This has been happening a few times with RP across the web. What's telling is that normally when there is a complaint and/or their rep gets involved, pending withdrawals are then paid - which would suggest that even they aren't sure on how to apply this. In terms of LV - I'm not sure. Though history would suggest that when Big Company A takes-over Smaller Company B, it never ends that well. The bigger ones tries to impose their culture etc on the other and takes away their 'idiosyncrasies'. Still think that they pretty much operate autonomously for the time being and are probably left to just get on with it. LV now have such a wide portfolio that there's 10 times more the chance that one of them gets it wrong, so you maybe are finding that some of it's spilling into their other properties. Next on the agenda will be credit checking players before you register. Good luck with that, half their player base will be wiped off the map before a balls being kicked. New UKGC rules come out, or are out, can't remember, that is telling companies that they need to be more transparent as to what and when certain checks will be carried out. Hopefully that will smooth some of it over. But, probably not.
  9. Yeah, I don’t know and don’t really see how thats relevant to be honest...
  10. Incidentally, still can’t play here (Rizk, being the good casino that they are, are the only ones who knew what I am talking about re being flagged as SE, so are taking it up with MT whilst I try Gamstop) Can play but they refuse to let me login and upload my documents, instead insisting I email them. Against regulations to let me login apparently (I said let me login and then block me after 2 minutes if you want) but seem happy enough to risk breaching their GDPR ones by emailing. Yeah, makes sense.
  11. Dodgy clip joint....sadly, to be expected. Are they still giving stupid bonus offers to compensate for their payment ineptitude? Seriously, invitation only....Jesus.
  12. Or you could just send me the pictures and I’ll send them on ?
  13. Common practice across casinos - it’s apparently to show you’re the owner of the account. Just make sure to use their upload facility - I wouldn’t send it in email. I say apparently because anyone with some skills and, say a 3D printer, could mock it up ? I’d have thought there are some cardholder not present codes that would stop John Smith making a payment with his card details into Peter Greens casino account and/or some kind of sort code account number look up to show the card is in your name. Maybe not. Some online sites wouldn’t let me pay something using my mates card etc, some do... Anyhow, I digress. How safe? If it’s uploaded via an encrypted portal, they have a good data protection policy and if the number of people who can view it are limited/monitored then yes, it’s a safe as it can be... blank out the CVV number....
  14. Maybe they intend on loosening some of the bolts of the games, to free up bigger wins? Or....Not. Eg. Bonanza v 1 = best Bonanza, v3.3 - not so much? Kinda like an MOT....RTP not on track? Sitting at 120%? Get the games in to we sort that out
  15. Seriously, I've never seen a session like it. ? I felt the urge to use 'compensated' and 'rigged' but opted not to. Anyway, off to try that Queen Tilt game one last time (biggest win 60x, wooohoooo)
  16. It's good when the golds all come in....least it makes you FEEL as if it's gonna be a monster. Albeit it will diddle you with a pitiful 100x on most occasions. Speaking of old favs DOA just went 1200 spins without a bonus - my session ran at 38% ish. The worst I've ever seen on it for a good while now. Might give Reel Steal a punt later.
  17. Difference is this is 5kx, JJ's goes into the 10 of thousands X's... Plus, whilst i'd be having a torrid time on JJ's, I was aware of what it could so - this not so much ? It was on a par with my worst raging rhino sessions (before and after they changed the maths on the new HTML5 version - which in my mind there is no doubt ?)
  18. Might be worthwhile reviewing Stakers - although in another forum they had a real shill i overlooked and been playing here a bit. Withdrawal last night of 1200 (don't worry, it took 500 quid of depos so not that good) processed in minutes, quick verification and a ticket system in support that means you don't need to trawl through your emails etc. Throw quite a few NDP your way as well - though lowish cashout. UKGC Just be VERY careful and read how their bonus's work....
  19. Gave this a go on 200 quid starting balance and 40ps. It was awful. Maybe it does have potential but I'm not sticking around to find out.... Wild Falls is by far one of PNG better releases - have quite a few 250x plus's in it.
  20. Apart from PlayOJO i wouldn't touch any of them. Some of the SON sites don't even tell you BEFORE you deposit and claim a bonus what their restricted games are - you have to go into the game to find out. Apparently the ability to develop said list is beyond them.
  21. Not ND but just had another deposit bonus from Casumo if it didn't hit inbox. Given theirs is a system that i like, it's always worth maxing their offer and going max bet spinning ? Boy, I must be on a bad run there?
  22. 5/10 free spins Sapphire Rooms on Mustang Gold - note; their IT systems are rubbish and i got 5. Won and won't update balance.
  23. Must have happened at least once in 10 billion testing spins ? Edit - if you want 5kx on a PNG, think you're still best with BOD - Casumo apparently had the 5 explorers come in 24 times in November alone - apparently/?
