  1. Thanks. The slots use to be on the mobile site I played on, but definitely aren't there now. I'm in Australia, and can play WMS slots at other sites, so strange for Casumo to offer them to us and then remove them if this is what happened. Oh well, seems I'll have to play them elsewhere now which isn't a problem, I just liked that Casumo had them on the mobile site when most other sites don't. Thanks again Awena.
  2. Thanks Awena, I appreciate you checking that for me. I'm guessing that was on the PC site? I must say it's still quite strange that maintenance would take this long though, as it's been roughly a week since I first noticed them missing from the mobile site. It would be good to hear from the rep when these types of issues arise, but I'm guessing he must be on holidays. I'm a firm believer that both mobile and pc customers should be notified of these maintenance periods, but at least it was showing somewhere. Thanks again for the trouble you went to, to check that for me.
  3. Leo Vegas have acted extremely unethically regarding this issue, and should not be trusted. I recommend all players to boycott their site and play elsewhere. They refused to close my account permanently due to the reasons I stated (unhappy with the service I was receiving), and then in what can only be described as a malicious personal attack, they labeled me a problem gambler without any proof what so ever, and permanently excluded my account without my permission. It's important to note here that self exclusion is only available for problem gamblers at their own request, so not only did they disgustingly label me a problem gambler publicly without any evidence, but they then also acted illegally by permanently self excluding my account without my permission. Funny how they didn't think I was a problem gambler when I was spending hundreds or thousands of dollars their per week without ever being offered a bonus of any kind over the 12 months I was a customer there. If they really thought I was a problem gambler, then why did they wait until I complained about the service I received and asked for my account to be closed before they mentioned it? I'll tell you why, because they are fabricated lies invented by them out of spite because a once loyal customer wanted to close his account due to poor service. They are a disgusting organisation run by equally disgusting people who are not only unethical, but have no idea how to treat people with common respect. I won't be taking it further, as I win in the end. They have lost a loyal customer who will know direct his deposits to a much more worthy site like Betat, and their unethical behavior and web of lies is now permanently on the Internet here in the complaints section for everyone to see. As I said before, they treat you nice when there isn't a problem, but as soon as one is raised this is the disgusting way they react. I advise everyone to spend your money at other sites who actually value their customers and treat them like human beings, not animals.
  4. Hi all, Anyone know why Casumo have removed their WMS slots? I haven't had a chance to check if the same has occurred on their PC site, but their mobile site has definitely removed them all. I would have asked their rep Tobias, but didn't bother as he never replied to my last pm a couple weeks ago. One of my pet hates is an unresponsive rep, especially after they tell you to contact them anytime . Anyway, very disappointed to see the WMS slots removed as these are the only reason I'd continue to play at Casumo, and secondly they already had a very limited amount of slots available on their mobile platform. So now there's even less slots which is pointless to play at over other mobile sites that offer hundreds of slots via mobile. Anyone have any info on why this happened? Thanks
  5. Do you play from the same computer/IP address? If so, you may be out of luck, as most casinos have a term against this, even though I personally think it's unfair. Sorry for your partner's troubles.
  6. My lucky tip to improve your luck is to rub your belly with your right hand whilst simultaneously patting the top of your head with your left hand. Continue this process constantly from the moment you wake in the morning, and until you lay to rest in the evening. You may not 'win' anything from using this method, but I can guarantee you will never lose another dollar whilst practicing it.
  7. Hi all, I haven't played at this casino so can't comment on their legitimacy, however, after reading those progressive terms I felt a need to offer you all a friendly warning to be very careful. I have a lot of experience, and this exact term is often used by many rogue casinos, as it basically means they never have to, or will pay you the full progressive jackpot amount. I know many of us may think it doesn't really matter as the chances of one of us hitting a progressive is so unlikely, however the facts are it could happen to anyone at any time, and the last thing you would want to happen is encounter a term like this. Terms like this are also often an indicator that the people running the site aren't very ethical or well funded, meaning future issues with even non progressive winnings may arise if they are hit with a few multiple winning customers at one time. Also remember that progressive jackpot wins are funded and paid by the slot provider and NOT the casino itself, meaning if you win a progressive the provider pays the casino the lump sum amount to be passed on to the customer. THIS MEANS THE CASINO HAS ABSOLUTELY NO REASON TO NOT PAY THE CUSTOMER THE FULL JACKPOT AMOUNT IN ONE LUMP SUM PAYMENT. If a casino has this term, it quite simply means they want to withhold the jackpot amount for their own illegal financial gain, with the intent to NEVER pay the player the full amount they are owed. If a casino is willing to have a term like this, it should make you think what else they are capable of in the future. Here's an example using that term, and you all judge for yourself: Player wins progressive of $3,000,000 (3 million) on Mega Moolah Casino term states you can only be paid $5,000 per month for wins over $50,000. $3mil ÷ $5,000 = 600 (months) 600 ÷ 12 = 50 (years) Yes you read that right my friends, it would take 50 years to receive the full jackpot amount you fairly won!!!!! Now could you imagine that life changing moment you are lucky enough to ever hit a jackpot, only to come across this term from the casino? Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but I'd hate to see this happen to anyone. My advice is to stay clear of this casino, or pressure them to remove that term before playing there. Remember, they would have that $3 million dollars paid to them immediately from the provider. Take care.
  8. "Fear is not real. The only place that fear can exist is in our thoughts of the future. It is a product of our imagination, causing us to fear things that do not at present and may not ever exist. That is near insanity. Do not misunderstand me danger is very real but fear is a choice." -Cypher Raige
  9. They have basically called me a problem gambler, did not give me a straight answer on any questions I asked, and then without my permission they permanently self-excluded my account. Please note that you have to be a 'problem gamblers' to be able to self exclude your account permanently. Please also note that if a problem gambler self excludes themselves from a casino that is run on the same platform as other casinos, then that person is also self excluded for the same period from every one of those other sites. This means not only did they unfairly treat me like a problem gambler when this was never a factor, but they also, without my permission, self excluded me permanently. This means I am now PERMANENTLY excluded from playing at ANY casino that might share the same provider. Would you be upset if someone just did this to you my friend, when all you were asking was to have your account closed permanently due to poor service? It's important to note there is a massive difference between having your account CLOSED and having it SELF EXCLUDED. The rep clearly knew this, and acted maliciously and recklessly.
  10. Hi all, I just got absolutely screwed over by Leo Vegas, and I'm now worried that because of their reckless actions they have now got me banned from playing at other casinos I regularly play at that share the same provider. I need to know if Leo Vegas use the Every Matrix Platform as I couldn't find this information anywhere. I need to know urgently, as if they are I need to contact the other sites and explain what happened in my complaint thread here, and show them that I didn't self exclude myself from Leo Vegas, rather it was Leo Vegas who did this without my express permission. I don't even see how Leo Vegas can legally self exclude someone without their permission based on a gambling problem that never existed! Any help is appreciated, Thanks.
  11. Hi all, I just needed to vent, as I am horrified by what Leo Vegas have just done to me. In what can only be described as a clear personal attack on me, they have unfairly and recklessly labeled me a problem gambler just to suit their own agenda. I can't believe what's just happened. After constant vague and confusing responses from them, they have taken the most unbelievable step in labeling me a problem gambler and self excluding me without my clear consent. This is after I made it very clear to them numerous times that I do not, nor have I ever had a gambling problem, and I have been playing online for 10+ years. I am now terrified that their reckless actions will effect the excellent relationship I have at many other well known casinos I play at, and I think this was Leo Vegas' disgusting plan all along. I am shaking right now how upset I am. I have asked ValDes for his help as I honestly don't know what to do now my character has been defamed publicly. You can read the complaint thread here - http://www.askgamblers.com/casino-complaints/leo-vegas-won-t-close-my-account-permanently And I advise everyone to stay clear of this casino, as it is obvious they don't care less about other human beings, nor the damage their actions can do.
  12. Hi ValDes and Luciana. I have really enjoyed the forum since joining, and think you and the very nice members here have a lot to offer the playing community. For this reason I just wanted to drop some names of some excellent reps I have dealt with in the past, and maybe you could approach their respective casinos and see if they'll join here. These are some of the nicest and most trusted reps and casinos I've had the pleasure to deal with, and they would be an amazing and welcome addition here. Bgo casino - Paul Guts - Ben Thrills and Superlenny - Erik Next and Luck casinos - Eric Betat - Karl These guys bend over backwards for their customers, and the more the forum and members support their casinos, the more they would offer in specials and offers. I also personally give my backing that every casino I mentioned is in the top ten safest and trustworthy sites going around from my experience. Keep up the great work
  13. Can someone please tell me if posts made within a formal complaint thread count towards the 50 posts needed to enter this competition? At the moment Leo Vegas seem to be enjoying an unnecessary long back and forth within my own complaint thread, so thought I'd ask if the frustrating task there may have a silver lining of sorts here, lol.
  14. What an amazing competition! I can't believe how well you treat your members here ValDe, and to offer such expensive gifts blows my mind! I'm seriously angry at myself that I wasted so much time and effort at Casinomeister, when all this time the grass was so much greener over here at Askgamblers. It's like getting a free pass into heaven after wrongly being sent to h-ell due to an admin error, lol. Anyway, it may take me some time to hit 50 posts, but if I make it in time I'll definitely contribute some screen shots and enter the draw. Good luck everyone. Outstanding AG!
  15. Wow, only 9 years old? Not even legal age to be gambling! Lol. Happy birthday, and many more to come. Congratulations to the AG team. Luciana that cake was delicious, thanks!
  16. Interesting to know. Thanks for that info. Can I ask what platform the free spins with auto play were on? Eg. Netent, MG?
  17. Thanks ValDes, very kind of you. NextTimeWin, this quote basically means it's not very nice or commendable to act or think you are better than anyone else, rather it is better to only focus on trying to better yourself and always strive for personal improvement. Hope that explains a little better.
  18. I just wanted to say a big thanks to Phil. I haven't had much to do with him until today, and I must say, if first impressions are anything to go by, Phil looks to a keeper! I asked him via pm if he could add some favorite slots of mine to Betspin, and within minutes I received a response that the following classics were added: Arctic Agents Agent Jane Blonde Adventure Palace Spring Break Now that's what you call fast service! Thanks Phil, you've made lovers of these Classics very happy including me.
  19. I love quotes, so here's one of my favorites: There is nothing noble in being superior to your fellow man; true nobility is being superior to your former self. Ernest Hemingway
  20. Some sites such as Betat have a 'hot' and 'cold' list you can check out to see what slots have the highest and lowest rtp% over a certain 3 hour period. For those who don't understand rtp%, this means the higher the % the better chance you have of winning and thus increasing your profit and extending your play time. The actual size of the wins will depend on each individual slots pay scale which you can check before playing. I recommend using these lists and use them often myself. An added bonus is it also gives you the chance to try many new slots you maybe wouldn't usually play, but when a slots hot and paying, it really doesn't matter if you've never played it before. A personal tip to give you all, my new friends , is if using these hot and cold lists, just remember they can be an awesome tool to build your balance, but they do not guarantee a win, a big win, or a string of consecutive wins. It is still down to random luck, however obviously the higher the rtp% is at any given time, the better your chances become of winning. The best advice I can give you all from personal experience regarding these hot/cold lists is, anything listed as hot with a rtp of 100-149% should still be played consertively, as unless the rtp is about to climb further, this rtp range can still feel little different to the standard rtp for the slot. A listed rtp of 150-170% should see you notice a winning difference pretty much instantly. This means it shouldn't take you long to hit a feature and get some wins on the board. However, don't push it too hard, as again the rtp could be declining and the wins ending. If the wins continue fairly rapidly, this usually means the rtp may still be climbing, but always use your own careful judgement. Remember that most of these lists update every two to three hours, so you can also take a break from a slot if it becomes harder to read, and once the list refreshes you can check again to see if the slot in question has risen or decreased its rtp since you last played it. If it's increased then it could be worth going back to for some more. A rtp of 170%+ is prime to hit immediately, but the same advice above applies. The only difference being, that when I tend to see a rtp at 180% or above, I generally start playing that slot at a higher stake then I would usually in an attempt to hit a nice big win early. Remember there are no guarantees even at the high end of the rtp list, so still play within your means. What I state is just my own experience, and that doesn't mean its fool proof or has worked for me everytime. My advice revolves around how I approach playing and how I improve my chances of RANDOM winnings. RANDOM can also mean there's no guarantee you won't lose. I just offer some advice in the hope it might help others, but please still play responsibly as I won't be held responsible for any losses . Don't be scared to try new slots, and if you get a few nice big wins from a slot I recommend taking a long break from it and not continuing to hit it thinking you'll continue getting those wins in the immediate future. The truth is you won't. Sorry for the long post but I hope it might help a few of you. Good luck.
  21. I play this slot a lot, and our friend NextTimeWin has given the perfect response above. Sorry buddy, but no win on that spin. I wish you better luck next time.
  22. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but I don't think it is possible to play free spins in auto mode anywhere. I have never seen it, and have played free spins at many many different sites. I too would wish they did offer auto mode, and have thought about it often. Especially when trying to spin through 300 free spins or more. One option is to press the spin button twice to stop the reels early. I've heard this doesn't alter the outcome at all, as the outcome is already established from the first press, and the spinning of the reels is essentially a cosmetic effect to build suspense. A lot more boring to do, but will get you through the spins much quicker if that's what you're looking to do. Hope that helps.
