  1. I should also add that I also signed up and played at their sister site Wildjackpots. Wildjackpots also have the same offer but on Mondays, so I also should have been eligible for this offer next Monday, but I won't even bother asking these scammers, as it's obvious what their response will be. I just really struggle to understand the rationale behind the thinking of these casinos. They could have had a very good and very regular new player at both their sites long term, who just spent a few hundred at their sites in one day, yet they would rather scam the player and throw away the potential of future thousands in business, just to gain a quick few hundred dollars. Absolute idiots in my opinion. I'm seriously considering giving up online play and just sticking to physical casinos, as I have lost faith in this whole business. You can't trust anyone anymore, and just when you think you can, either a term, bonus or technical glitch is used to either rob the players of their winnings or not honor an offer they clearly should be eligible for and earned. ON TOP OF THIS, I JUST CAN'T HANDLE THE BLATANT LIES!! SOME CHAT AGENTS JUST REALLY THINK WE ARE STUPID. JUST BE HONEST, INSTEAD OF MAKING THINGS UP AND EXPECTING US TO BELIEVE IT WHEN ALL THE PHYSICAL EVIDENCE SHOWS YOU ARE SIMPLY MAKING STUFF UP!!!! LOL! I don't remember EVER having all these issues when playing at a real physical casino! To top this all off, I was lied to by Casino Cruise over such a minor issue, and when I asked Betat's CS where the monthly deposit bonus was, I was told I wasn't eligible for it this month. WTF?!! I have always received this offer, and my life time deposits at Betat have been 95% straight deposits, and 5% deposits with bonuses. Now all of a sudden I'm bonus banned or something?! You know something in the world isn't right when even your favorite site starts acting strange. I'm starting to wonder if my argument with Leo Vegas has anything to do with all this, as I honestly have never had an issue before that Leo Vegas problem, now all of a sudden all these issues start happening to me. Makes you wonder doesn't it?
  2. Hi all, Just a warning not to trust this site or their sister site Wildjackpots, and do not play here. I was looking for a new MG site to play at, and had heard GoWild were ok despite some bad reviews at various other sites. I decided to deposit and play, and made the following deposits: -first deposit $40, received 100% bonus -second deposit $100, did not receive a bonus -third deposit $38, did not receive a bonus So I deposited and received some good play time from my sessions, so I was happy despite not being lucky enough to withdraw. So all was well until I tried to redeem their 'Wednesday Deluxe' offer. This offer gives you 70-100 free spins if you have deposited a minimum of $100 during the week prior to that Wednesday. So I contacted live chat to redeem the offer, and was told after a long wait that I was not eligible and could not redeem the free spins because you cannot receive the offer from your first 3 deposits. Her exact words! This is absolute rubbish, and just another scam site making excuses not to give customers what they have paid for. NO WHERE IN THE OFFERS TERMS DOES IT STATE THAT YOUR FIRST 3 DEPOSITS DO NOT COUNT TOWARDS ELIGIBILITY FOR THIS OFFER. The terms only state that the customer has to have wagered and played the welcome bonus, and spent $100 at any time during the week before that Wednesday. ALL THINGS I HAD DONE! The CS agent blatantly lied and made up her own terms to suit. I have taken screen shots of the terms, however I can't post them from my phone, so will try to do so from my pc later. SO PLEASE BE WARNED TO AVOID THESE CASINOS, AS THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR OWN OFFERS AND TERMS, AND WILL BLATANTLY LIE TO AVOID GIVING CUSTOMERS WHAT THEY HAVE EARNED. THIS IS COMMON PRACTICE BY SCAM AND ROGUE SITES, TO MAKE GREAT OFFERS JUST TO GAIN YOUR DEPOSITS, YET THEY NEVER HAVE ANY INTENTION OF HONORING THE OFFERS. I'm just glad I hadn't deposited too much there and discovered this rogue behavior early. I just wanted to warn everyone to stay away so no one else gets scammed. You just can't trust any sites these days. It's getting worse and worse. Thanks for reading.
  3. Hi all, Mr.Smith and Casino Euro (both Betsson group) are giving away no deposit free spins every day this month of June. Different amount of spins on a new slot each day. Yesterday was South Park RC - 3 spins Today was Lights - 5 spins Remember you can claim the spins at both sites. $10 no deposit chip at Hello Casino. I received an email saying this will be waiting in my account in celebration of their relaunch. Problem is, site is currently still down for maintenance with a message saying it will be available again sometime today 2nd June. Looks like they sent the email a little too early, but good offer including 100% deposit bonus. This is a good site with fast withdrawals (I received mine in less than 24hrs to bank card, and they have probably the best wagering in the business at the moment and no wager free spins. Bonus wagering is 25xbonus from last memory. I look forward to seeing the new improvements with the relaunch. Enjoy!
  4. Wow, that's terrible, lol. Thanks for the response. I think I'll stick to my regular sites. It's a nice site, but bonuses you can only use on some Netent slots, and no comp program, means these guys can't compete with the other sites I play at. Maybe good for a DOA run when they offer a deposit match bonus, but that's about it I think. It's a shame, because they do have great potential. All they need to do is remove the bonus slots restrictions and introduce a real comp system and they could rival any top casino.
  5. Hi everyone, I recently signed up and played at Casino Room after reading some good reports about them on this forum. I just have a question. I've made numerous larger deposits without any bonuses, and unfortunately haven't had much luck or got much play time from those deposits. Due to this I'd like to redeem my comp points and have some added play time before I deposit next, but don't know how? In fact, I don't really understand how the comp points work. Can anyone explain please? I currently have over 9,200XP points. Thanks
  6. Saw this on TV the other night, and thought it was a great song and performance. This guy has a flawless voice in my opinion, and I struggled to fault one note during the whole performance. Not bad for an amateur who only decided to perform at the last moment. He was originally just attending to support his sister. His poor sister wasn't very good, then had to watch on as her talented brother nailed it! Enjoy.
  7. Thanks for explaining, and no need to apologize. Don't worry, you didn't insult me, but I could sense you were upset, and was just confused as I didn't think I really said anything to upset you myself. No hard feelings and no harm done. I don't know you either, but I now respect you for taking the time to explain yourself to me, and I thank you. I can assure you I don't work for Guts, lol. They are just the best casino I've ever played at in terms of customer support, so when I saw this thread I thought it was a bit strange to hear Coco kind of got brushed off, so wanted to offer my advice. From my experience, cs haven't always been able to help me either, but I have always received follow up support from either Ben or Tony. I'm sorry to hear you didn't receive the same support. All I can say about that is sometimes when reps are busy they may miss an email or forget to respond later. This has happened to me before with other reps, so I usually give them the benefit of the doubt, and if I don't hear back from them after 48 hours, I then send a follow up email. That's just some friendly advice . Maybe ValDes can ask Ben to come on board as a rep here, because then you can just pm him, and he always responds. Anyway, I wish you and everyone else good luck where ever you choose to play, even if it's not at Guts.
  8. Yes, a comp is a bonus. Katemak, you seem to be taking a bit of an aggressive or annoyed tone towards me, and I'm not sure why? I just gave my opinion of Guts, and offered some advice to everyone that may help when having issues. If you don't like Guts then I respect your opinion, but please don't take out any negativity on me. Thanks.
  9. Hi Luciana, Sorry for the late reply but just noticed your message. I met all these reps during my time at Casinomeister, and they are all verified and trustworthy reps from accredited casinos. I am not an affiliate or ever have been. I probably should be given my player knowledge, but I wouldn't know how or where to start when it comes to affiliate side of things. I still regularly look at the casinomeister forum for amusement, and it is such a negative forum with nearly every thread containing some type of negative talk about another member, a casino, or rep. The reps actually don't contribute to the forum there as much as they use to because of it, and I think they are mostly tired of it. For this reason I honestly think they would like to be involved here at this forum, as everyone here is so nice and friendly, and you really don't see the negativity here that you do at CM.
  10. Hi gemm45, I'm a little confused as you haven't offered very much information. Was the $11 real cash, bonus cash, or a no deposit bonus? Have you already tried to withdraw the $1,000 and had the withdrawal declined? My advice would be to try withdrawing the funds and see what happens. A fairly obvious first step before worrying about hypotheticals. This casino is part of the Casino Rewards group, and personally I would never play there. A simple Google search will bring up a huge number of issues regarding this group. They are known to confiscate winnings based on vague terms across all their casinos. I recommend not playing at ANY casino if you haven't read and understood their terms. Good luck.
  11. Guts is an excellent casino and one of my favorites. They have the best CS in the business, and I have dealt with a lot of bad CS. I took a short break from there recently, due to external reasons, but returned just in time for their birthday celebrations. In the 3 days I have returned, I have deposited $50, received a $20 comp, and 25 free spins. No other casino I have ever played at treat their customers this well. I should mention that I was a long term customer before my short break, and never ever had one complaint. Like most casinos, things can go wrong without them realizing, so if you don't receive an offer you think you should have, Guts are one of the best when it comes to simply asking them about it, and 99% of the time they will give it to you. Coco, what browser were you using? I know many of the new slot releases don't work on Chrome or Explorer, so maybe this could be the problem. Try Mozilla if this is the case. Also remember that cs agents have very little knowledge about anything, so if you ever have a technical issue, I recommend you ask the cs agent to escalate the matter to the tech team. If you have any serious matters ask cs to notify Ben or Tony who are the affiliate and tech managers, and ask that one of them get back to you. If it's a problem they can fix, I can guarantee they will do their genuine best to do so. Unlike many other representatives, these guys actually care about the happiness of their players, so if there's a problem, they will want to help. And always remember to be nice, no matter how frustrating it can be. Being friendly will get you everywhere with cs.
  12. I should add if anyone is wondering, I personally won't play at Adrenaline because of this term, as I see it as a bit of a sneeky term to entrap a player who may have been lucky enough to clear the bonus and get a nice win. I see no other reason why a casino would have a term like this other to get an unfair second chance at grabbing the players winnings. Not ok in my book, so unfortunately I could never play here on moral grounds. Of course that is just my preference.
  13. I'm very rarely wrong, lol. I know this won't apply to many who wouldn't bet over $7.50, but like I mentioned, sometimes if I have a big win I like to go on and test my luck with a few bigger spins, so this warning was for anyone like me who might do the same. If nothing else, this can be a good example for everyone to always check the terms and ask questions before depositing, as it would be a tragedy to have a nice win you can't withdraw. If anyone ever wants me to check any terms for them I am happy to do so, so just ask. I think I mentioned in my very first post in this forum that I am all about fair play and protecting player rights. For that reason you might see me pop up with these threads just to alert everyone, as I know not everyone always reads the terms, especially new players that may not have experience with online sites. Thanks
  14. Here you go. Full transcript and my quotes are in the highlighted text. 15. To any new players, please be warned about leo vegas' unethical practices and malicious customer service. Please be aware of the numerous unresolved complaints against this casino, which you can find here : http://www.askgamblers.com/casino-complaints/leo-vegas-won-t-close-my-account-permanently I was a loyal customer for a long period, and this was the treatment I received the first time I raised a complaint. You are free to make up your own mind, but I would advise everyone to avoid leo vegas and play at a reputable site such as Guts casino, Betat, Next and Luck casinos.
  16. Hi everyone, Firstly, I'm a bit of a 'terms geek' and never play at a casino before checking their terms and asking cs to clarify bonus terms. I know many of you like Adrenaline casino, and because you all speak highly of them, this led me to sign up and try them out. Now I don't want to upset anyone, and I'm definitely not saying the casino is bad or should be avoided, but whilst I was checking out the site, I discovered a term that I didn't like and thought everyone should be warned about. The reason for this is because it is a highly unusual term, and if you aren't aware of it, even experienced players could be caught out by it and have their winnings confiscated. The term refers to playing with any bonus. Whilst a bonus is active you cannot bet more than 25% of the bonus amount, and no higher than $7.50 per bet placed. This term is fine, and not unusual at all, however the key word is 'active'. After chatting with cs, I discovered that a bonus remains active even after you have completed the wagering, and this is where players could be caught out. A bonus only becomes inactive once all funds have been withdrawn after completing wagering attached to the bonus. So if you are like me please be careful. Many times if I have some nice wins and get my balance up to $1,000 or more, I often like to try my luck with a few spins at $10 or more. If you do this at Adrenaline thinking you can because you already completed wagering, then you are wrong and will have all your winnings confiscated. Please be aware of this, as I have never played at a casino where the bonus terms remain active even after you have completed the wagering. This is the only issue I found, and thought it was important to let everyone know. I have the chat transcript just to confirm but cant attach it from my mobile. Happy and safe spinning.
  17. You are all entitled to your own opinions and I respect that. Hopefully you also can respect my opinion regarding Leo Vegas, even though it is not a positive one. The op of course can make up their own mind, but I wouldn't feel right not warning a new player given my experience. I was once a happy and loyal customer at Leo Vegas for a long time too Coco, and I use to always speak highly of them, however I also never had an issue with them until now. In my opinion, a casino should be judged on how well they respond to player issues, because until then it is very easy to just cruise along. The first time I raised an issue with Leo Vegas that incident happened. Sorry but for me that makes them a rogue casino who really couldn't care less about their customers. You obviously haven't had a problem with them yet, and I sincerely hope you never do. I have had issues at many of the other sites I recommended, and the issue has always been resolved, whilst at the same time I was treated respectfully and nicely. Leo Vegas failed on all fronts, hence if I can save a new player from going through what I went through then I have to be true to myself and speak up. My complaint didn't even have to do with money, so imagine how you would be treated if one day you have an issue regarding non payment with Leo Vegas? Stick to the sites that actually care about their customers. You can tell which ones they are, as they won't have unresolved complaints. Good luck.
  18. Bgo casino currently have 100% reload with minimum bet $10 code word: BOSS Before midnight.
  19. To the OP, please stay away from Leo Vegas Casino. They cannot be trusted, and in a recent complaint I filed against them here, they displayed a range of unethical behavior including dishonesty and lies. Much better sites to play at and can be trusted as listed above, so please stick to those sites and stay away from Leo Vegas. They are honestly not worth your time. Good luck.
  20. Hi, I recommend the following: Betat, Casino Luck, casino Next, Betsson and Betsafe casinos (the download apps have more slots, Thrills and Superlenny casinos, Guts casino. These are all excellent and very trustworthy sites, and I play regularly at all of their mobile sites. Winnings are paid fast and the customer service is excellent. Good luck.
  21. Yes ValDes my guess is you're correct. It's always seemed strange to me regarding WMS slots though, as I'm fairly certain Aussies aren't suppose to be allowed to play them at any site, however I always could at a few sites like Casumo and Leo Vegas. On the other hand, I know the Slotsmagic group of casinos do not allow Aussies to play their WMS slots, as well as Guts. The rep from Guts told me some time ago that the reason for this is due to licensing. Casumo must have just realized this now and pulled all the slots from the aussie site recently. I just find it strange as I can still play them at some sites. Hopefully not all the sites catch on, as I'd be disappointed if I can't play them at all now, as I only recently got into them after becoming bored with the other providers after many years. Don't worry about it too much, as I can always just play them at the other sites. Thanks again.
  22. Non of the WMS slots are showing at all on my version of the mobile site. They have all been removed completely. I'm guessing at some point they decided Australian customers can't play them anymore and had them removed. Very strange as I only signed up there originally because I could play them and did so on their mobile platform and pc up until about a week ago when the WMS slots suddenly disappeared.
