  1. Casino Euro- 10 free spins on Wild Waters or Beaches, and 10 free spins on Mega Fortune Dreams on mobile. Exactly the same offer at Mr.Smith casino also. Great offer for all existing players and no deposit required! Enjoy!
  2. $5 loyalty chip at Betsafe. 10 free spins on Reel Rush at Guts, as well as 25 free spins on Flowers. Enjoy
  3. One of my favorite bands new tracks. I'll share the band's description of what the song is about: 'Turn the lights down friends… We wanted to create a visual for ANCHOR which heightened the sense of this confession / cleansing. We can tend to miss or overlook when people we care about aren’t going too well, as is human nature. This song is about that. Whether it’s a relationship that’s about to end or a life, we need to recognise this so that we do not lose these people. We do not need that darkness – so through our collaboration with the hyper-creative Kris Moyes, we found that in the ANCHOR video we absorb that darkness, apologise and promise to be better. We really hope this helps explain who we are, why we are and where we are going. Take care of each other.' - Birds of Tokyo
  4. Just to let everyone know, I think this was just a poor attempt to get players to log into their site. After wasting a lot of my time, I finally spoke to someone, and was told that if I only received a text message offer, then this was a system error and I am not eligible for anything. I hate when casinos send out false offers and waste players time, so I will never play at this site again. Don't waste your time people.
  5. I also received the text, but had nothing showing in my account. I have sent you a pm Slotsmillion rep, so can you please check into this for me please. Thanks.
  6. A ship in the harbor is safe, but that's not what ships are made for.
  7. Another little tip. It's not much, but if you go to your account profile and verify your phone number, you get 10 free spins on starburst instantly. Not much, but nice little freebie for nothing.
  8. Yeah sorry everyone, I didn't notice the deposit options, as I only use CC there. I'll mention the feedback to Paul. Regarding the tech issues, maybe we can be a little patient with that, as it was a big relaunch with many new providers, so you can expect maybe a few early bugs. They only relaunched the site approximately 24 hours ago. I told Paul he should consider becoming an active rep here because everyone here is so nice and friendly compared to the evil CM, so let's please not make me look like a liar, lol. They may not have all the options available, but like I said they are a site you can trust.
  9. Of course I have to disagree with you. I mostly appear in threads that warn other players of various problems so they can be protected. You're entitled to your opinion though.
  10. Hi all, Not sure if you guys and gals are aware, but BGO casino has just launched its new site. If you are an existing customer and logged in since the start of the month, you'll also have a nice bonus chip waiting for you like I did! I received $25 free, and while it didn't last long for me, I thought it was a very nice gesture. My first impressions are that they have made a great improvement and added many more slots including Playtech and WMS. They have also reinstated DOA!!! One thing I wasn't to happy about was they removed MG slots, but I don't mind too much, as I'm excited to try the Playtech slots which I haven't played much of before. They have also updated the bonus terms so it's much easier to understand, and now have 35x bonus wagering on all slots which is quite good. There are a few excluded slots from bonuses, and sadly one is DOA, but besides this and a couple others like Victory and Ocean Blue, it looks like all other slots count 100%. I played on mobile, and honestly the slots played probably the smoothest I have experienced on mobile before. One issue I did have was the mobile site automatically logged me out a couple times, but this could just be some early teething problems with the relaunch, so no big deal. I have been a customer at BGO for some time now, and as they were predominantly a bingo site before, the slots side of things were a little lacking. So I'm really happy that this relaunch really looks to have catered for the real casino and slot players, and I'm glad for them. I can also vouch that it is a trusted site, and for a long time I have dealt with their rep Paul, who is an absolute gentleman, and will do anything for his customers. I'm going to send him a link to this thread, so hopefully he'll consider joining us here and meeting all you nice members. So if you're already a member at BGO, check your accounts for a nice bonus, and if you haven't joined yet, I highly recommend you give them a try. They have a great welcome bonus too! Enjoy!
  11. Luckyloser you don't have to explain anything to me. Please remember this is a public forum designed for members to offer their thoughts and opinions on any topics posted. You chose to post this issue publicly to seek opinion, and this is what I offered. If you choose to post an issue publicly for debate, please be prepared to accept that other members may have a different opinion or view of things than you do. Accept the good with the bad, and then decide what you wish to listen to. Again, I didn't accuse you of anything, and merely stated my thoughts based on the evidence you were supplying. Good luck. PS. I didn't get banned from Casinomeister, I chose to leave and have my account closed of my own free will. And I can accept your insults, as it's just your opinion.
  12. Sorry Luckyloser, I should have mentioned I have changed my username recently, so I am the member formerly known as ACrowLeftOfTheMurder. http://www.askgamblers.com/forum/topic/4891-fyi-name-change/ Sorry if that caused any confusion.
  13. Luckyloser I actually didn't accuse you of anything, and was only sharing my thoughts on the many obvious similarities. I apologize if you were offended, but I make no apologies for sharing my thoughts and raising these suspicions, as this type of scam has become very popular. A few things that made me raise some questions, is you are obviously aware that you have a big gambling problem, yet you didn't come to this forum asking for help regarding your problem, rather you came here asking for help to reclaim your deposits/winnings. What happens if ValDes helps you reclaim these? Will you bank the funds and seek help? Or will you just lose the funds some where else? I personally think you should be 100% focused on getting help for now, and once fit again, then you can look into perhaps reclaiming funds you think were taken unethically. You will then be in a much clearer frame of mind to reassess the situation, and if eligible for any funds, better prepared to use those funds wisely. At this point in time, trying to recoup any lost funds should be the least of your concerns, however it seems like your only concern. You also raised the previous self exclusion issue regarding Betsafe and whether this was really your girlfriend or not, it shows that you were well aware of this 'sister site' issue, so I am amazed that after that issue, you now wouldn't be hyper vigilante in asking a casino if they have sister site exclusion terms every time you join a new casino. I personally have had some issues regarding terms in the past with casinos, so there is no way in ***** I would ever join another casino unless I make sure these same terms don't exist or are at least well explained, so I don't get burnt again. I'm not saying you are a scammer or a liar, but then again I don't know you from a bar of soap. I just find it astounding that you now wouldn't check these things after the Betsafe issue, which leads me to believe you knew what you were doing. Only an idiot would get stung twice by the same issue in such a short period of time, and judging by the way you articulate yourself on this forum, you don't at all come across like an idiot, or someone who doesn't think before acting. As for the issue at hand, and others like this, this is my opinion: I think casinos have a responsibility to clearer and visibly state this rule in their terms, and players have a responsibility to check for it. I also believe some safeguards have to be established to protect good casinos from what I believe is a growing trend regarding scammers using this 'loophole' as a win/win situation to either be paid any winnings, or refunded any loses. I don't know how this could be implemented, but until something is done, I'm afraid we will continue to see these cases become much more prevalent. Luckyloser, from the information I see here on this forum, you dodged a bullet and got lucky regarding the Betsafe issue, then ignored the chance of this happening again elsewhere. For me this is suspicious, yet I accept that this is only my opinion, and of course you won't like it . For these reasons I think you shouldn't be refunded your losses, and if you are serious about seeking help for your gambling problem, should instead accept it as a lesson learnt and use it as motivation to seek the help you need, which I'm sure many members here are more than happy to help you get, including myself. PS. I do remember you from CM, and also remember that you had a major issue with gambling and losses back then. You need to seriously seek help and stop gambling all together instead of chasing your losses. I mean this in a serious, blunt, and empathetic way, as only once you seek real help, will you see things differently, and realize that all that matters is your own health and well-being. If we as a group help you in any other way, we are all just acting as enablers. I won't comment any further, but sincerely hope you seek the 'real' help you obviously need. Good luck.
  14. Hi everyone, Just an announcement that I have changed my username from ACrowLeftOfTheMurder to DJ SPIN. I did this as I felt my previous username was a bit too long, and felt bad for anyone who had to type it every time they wanted to address me. Hopefully DJ SPIN is much easier for every one. That is all.
  15. Hey luckyloser, This thread made me think of this other thread you started:http://www.askgamblers.com/forum/topic/4828-betsafe-closed-my-account/?do=findComment&comment=58881 I can't help but notice some similarities. There's also some similarities in both these stories with a scammer I remember that got banned from Casinomeister for a scam that involved very similar situations. This person would purposely play at sister sites of casinos they were excluded from for having a gambling problem. They would do this on purpose so if they won and didn't get paid the winnings, they could argue that the site shouldn't have let them play in the first place because they were excluded from the sister site, and should either pay the winnings or refund the deposits. This scam meant that the player could never lose, as they would argue they shouldn't have been allowed to play there in the first place, and demand either the winnings or refund. I remember you saying you were a member at CM once also. I'm sorry, but it's very hard to ignore all the similarities. I sincerely hope you get help for your gambling problem, but I also sincerely hope these are all just uncanny similarities and you are not trying to take advantage of the casinos or the friendly members here that offer to help like ValDes.
  16. Apologize ValDes and Jorge, I didn't mean any disrespect. I have seen a lot of scammers try and take advantage of players in this manner (pretending to be reps), so wanted to draw attention to it to make sure and if need be protect other members and myself. Sorry Jorge, however most reps have some indication in their username that they represent their casino, or introduce themselves on behalf of the casino, and as I couldn't see either of this information I was a little wary. I hope you understand my precautions considering we are members of an anonymous forum, but now ValDes has vouched for you I am happy to trust you.
  17. Who are you? Sorry but I don't just pm my details to some random person on a forum who claims to be from a casino. Please prove you are from Betat. To all other members here, please remember to never give your personal information to anyone on a forum unless the admin or moderators advise it is safe to do so. Many scammers pose as reps from casinos on forums when they see threads that raise concerns. Sorry JorgeBringit, but if you were a legitimate rep you should be proving so before asking for someone's personal information. Be careful everyone.
  18. It's not that I dislike a lot of casinos Coco. I've stated before that I have a strong belief in total transparency, clarity and honesty. Far too many casinos these days are taking advantage of players and confiscating winnings due to vague or hidden terms, or enticing players to deposit only to not honor certain offers used to draw the players to their sites. I don't like to see any honest player being taken advantage of, and regardless of what you or anyone else thinks of me, I won't refrain from calling a casino out if I think they are doing the wrong thing to entrap players. My comments are designed to help others including you from potentially being hurt by the same unfair situation whatever it may be, and to put pressure on the casinos to change if they want players business. You must remember, that it isn't hard at all to have easy to understand offers and terms, and if a casino doesn't have these, then it's not hard to know what their intentions are. There are many good casinos I play at that I have never had an issue with, because they always do the right thing by their players and always play fair. You must remember that online gambling is a multi billion dollar per year industry, and all casinos have an automatic advantage and house edge over the players always. This means there is absolutely no reason for any casino to have unfair or vague terms and bonus conditions. If they do, then they are bordering on criminal activity, as they are ensuring that no player could ever possibly have any chance of winning, and if by some miracle the player does, then they have some vague terms to fall back on and confiscate your winnings. It's not about liking or disliking a casino. It's about calling out the blatant misinterpretation in the industry and forcing change through demanding clarity. If all players band together and force these changes collectively, then slowly you will see the rogue casinos disappear, and the ones serious about player safety change for the better and make the necessary changes to ensure transparency. Sorry if this kind of post upsets you, but if my post helps one other player from falling into the same traps, then I'll happily take any negative comments from anyone .
  19. Thanks for both making those inquiries ladies. I find it strange that you both got a detailed explanation yet I was simply told I'm not eligible. Looks like I just got a lazy CS agent on the day, and I expect better from Betat. Had he explained they had some technical issues I would have happily accepted this, rather to just be told I'm no longer eligible. Thanks for your comments and efforts ladies.
  20. Hey Coco, Definitely no bonus abuse. I often used the monthly 100% bonus, but would always follow this up with numerous straight deposits, often on the same day. I also use to receive the 50 free spins each week, but this was automatically sent out to eligible players. Besides my one lucky run where I did manage a nice withdrawal, I often had very poor sessions under 50-60% rtp, so I also would receive an email stating I had received a comp for some added play time on occasions, but this can't be considered bonus abuse as it is Betat who are crediting it to me for the poor sessions. I also made the monthly wagering on two occasions by memory, but these are usually pretty hard to complete unless you have a really lucky run and can't meet the wagering. As I rarely had lucky runs, I found it hard to claim these often. Besides this I would regularly make multiple deposits each week ranging from $50-$150 each time, regular spending hundreds in a week without any bonuses besides the automatic weekly free spins if I deposited between Tuesday and Thursday. The only sites I might usually only play at with a bonus is sites where I have to play in USD or EUR, and this only because I lose money due to the conversion from AUD and like to have the extra funds to extend my play time. In saying that, I very rarely withdraw unless I make it to $1,000 whether I have a bonus or not, and we all know it's very rare to make it to $1,000 when playing slots. This is why I have made very few withdrawals at any casino, and consider myself a good customer to have as I lose a lot more than I win. I play for the entertainment mainly, so always play until I bust or make it to $1,000. Any seasoned slots player knows which one of those scenarios is more likely to happen 99% of the time. I don't think anyone who plays like this can be considered a bonus abuser in my opinion. Maybe I'm wrong.
  21. I have been a loyal player at Betat for some time now, and have often praised and recommended them on forums like this, but it seems that is now going to all change. It seems Betat no longer care if you are a loyal player, as for some unexplained reason, I was told by their CS that I am no longer eligible for their bonuses. This is even more surprising given I rarely play there with a bonus, and have only ever made one withdrawal there since joining. What's even more surprising is their big campaign and email notifications since the start of the year stating how great and plentiful their bonuses are each month, including a monthly 100% deposit match, 50 free spins each week if you deposit $50, and various wagering bonuses starting from $3,000. Whilst these bonuses still weren't great compared to many other sites, it was still a nice way to reward their loyal customers, and I enjoyed using the monthly 100% bonus, and often getting the free spins from my weekly deposits. Well, not even a full 6 months into the year, and it seems Betat's great bonus campaign has now ended for a select group of us loyal players. I went to make a deposit yesterday, and as usual checked the promos to see what was available. To my surprise all that was available was a monthly wagering bonus where you receive a bonus chip if you wager a certain amount during the month. There was no monthly deposit match and no weekly free spins offer, and to my horror the monthly wagering bonus was set at $10,000!!!! When I asked their CS why all the bonus offers were gone, the only response my loyalty was worthy of, was sorry but those offers are only available to some players and I wasn't eligible. Needless to say, I returned the sentiment and decided to deposit elsewhere, and will do so from now on. I have never been a bonus abuser and the majority of my deposits are straight deposits, so I can't understand why I am now all of a sudden obviously bonus banned. Worse than this is the lack of communication, which being a loyal player, it would have been nice to be advised by someone of these changes and why. For me it seems like Betat no longer care about loyalty, and that's a huge shame. In reality, the only real attainable bonuses they offered each month was the single 100% bonus match and the weekly free spins. Given what some sites offer these days, I honestly can't work out why they would ban a loyal player from claiming these when their overall bonuses are so few. Another once great site gone down hill, and another who loses my business. Anyone else had the same experience? How's this make you feel?
  22. Sorry ValDes. I can't edit my comments from my phone, so please feel free to edit and delete the offending word yourself if possible. Sorry if I offended anyone by using that word.
  23. FYI - site is back up and running on pc. $10 NDB for existing customers with 35x wagering and no max cash out besides standard withdrawal limits ($2,500 per week). Slots were still running with a few errors every now and then, so hopefully they are just some early teething problems.
  24. Just a heads up, hello casino is now back up and running, however the mobile site is still having technical issues, but the pc site is fine. I received the $10 bonus chip and confirmed with cs that it comes with 35x wagering and no max cash out if you have previously made a deposit at their site. I didn't have much luck, but hopefully you all do Good luck!
