  1. He won it on a $0.25c spin! He sounds like a worthy winner however. A former soldier who served on tour in Afghanistan, and was just recently dealing with the death of his grandfather. On top of this his own father is currently very ill and on the waiting list for a heart and lung transplant I think it was. He said he'll use the money to get his father the best medical care possible, and he's always wanted a yellow Bentley, lol. Hopefully he'll also think about donating some to the wounded vets charities, and other charities that work to help people like his father. Congrats to him, and I hope it's a huge help to his father. Not a bad return for a $0.25c investment right? We can all dream.
  2. Thanks Cocopop, and I'm impressed you took the time to read it . I know some people hate long posts and won't read them, lol. Regarding your comments on Erik, I think you got the two of us mixed up. It was I that left that forum, not Erik. Erik is still the active rep at that forum as far as I'm aware. Regardless of this though, I contacted Erik and some other reps I had formed good relationships with and notified them I was leaving the forum and thanked them for their support and service. To my delight, every rep I said goodbye to, including Erik, offered me their private email so we could keep in touch outside of the forum. I still to this day have friendly regular contact with all of those reps via email. All but one, Erik. It's very strange that he stopped responding and let my issue go unresolved, but only he knows why I guess. Regarding Kaboo, I know new sites have teething issues so I'm not that worried or upset about it. I just found it funny that my run of bad luck with this group just seems to be continuing, lol. My experience at Kaboo just made me think of the other issues again, and then I saw this thread and felt the urge to share my experiences. I have no hard feelings towards Kaboo, and may try their site again sometime soon, but I'm in no real rush at the moment. Funnily enough, I don't hold any hard feelings towards Erik or Thrills either, and would have still been playing there all this time, even if my account couldn't be changed from USD. That's why I'm more confused and uneasy by the whole series of events, as I don't even know if I did something wrong to not be welcomed back there.
  3. I had a poor first experience at Kaboo. Before I speak about that, I think it's important to explain my relationship with this group. This may be a little long, but if I think something important should be shared, then I feel inclined to do so. Before Kaboo popped up, I was a happy customer at both Thrills and Superlenny and originally opened both accounts in USD, as at this time they did not have my native currency AUD as an option. I then met a rep of theirs named Erik through another forum, and he seemed very helpful anytime I needed assistance, so in return I happily helped him in regards to providing him with some advice and information on the Australian market and it's potential, and we had some great long conversations via pm which I enjoyed. As a customer I would tell Erik things in the best interest of all players, and he would actually listen and seem to really want the feedback. As I became increasingly impressed with both Erik and the casinos, I of course also started to praise and support both him and the casinos on the forum, and defend them if others posted with complaints. I should add I did this honestly and legitimately as I truly was impressed and wanted others to know, and at no time was I asked to do so or paid for comment. I simply would do the same thing for any casino or rep that deserved it. I was still a relatively new customer at both Thrills and Superlenny, however I was slowly starting to play at both more regularly as my respect for Erik grew, and I believe in being loyal and supportive in return to those casinos and reps that are good to you. The important thing to note here is, I was still playing in USD, so my blind loyalty was automatically losing me about 30% of my deposit before I even had my first spin, lol. Despite this I continued to support them, and did so happily even though I never made a withdrawal at either site, and generally had continued poor luck and quick sessions at both sites, lol. But I didn't care too much, as both Erik and their CS agents would give me comps from time to time, so I was still a happy customer. Then things turned bad. The first issue was just by chance, I found out that both Thrills and Superlenny had introduced AUD as a currency option a fair time prior to me finding this out. I was of course extremely disappointed that when this new option was introduced, neither Erik or the casinos themselves notified me or their other Australian players. Hence I and I'm assuming others were left in the dark whilst we continued to have our loyalty cost us money by still having to deposit in USD when it turns out we could have been depositing in AUD and getting full value and extra play for our money. I was disappointed, but still not mad, and maybe stupidly, I still wanted to play at these casinos and remain loyal despite the fact they just cost me money unnecessarily. The bright side was I could now make Thrills in particular (my favorite of the two) my number one site and give them most if not all my weekly business as they now had AUD. So I contacted Erik and asked if I could have my currency option changed from USD to AUD, and told him if he could do so, I would be happy to give Thrills my exclusive business, and he would see a huge increase in my contributions. So basically instead of giving 4 or 5 sites a share of my business as I was doing, I would instead give Thrills 95-100% of that business. Now I may be wrong, but I didn't think the currency change would be such a difficult task, however I thought wrong. First I was told by both the casinos support team and Erik that it wasn't possible to do and I had no choice but for my account to remain in USD. Not happy to accept this decision, I did some research and discovered that other player have done the exact same thing on multiple occasions at numerous other casinos, and have done so simply and without difficulty. So I contacted Erik again and advised him of this, and after checking again for me, he got back to me and said it should be possible if they delete my current accounts completely, and then allow me to re-register and select AUD during the registration process. Great I said! So Erik proceeded to delete my Thrills account first, then asked me to register again as a 'new' customer. So I filled in my details again, and hit the submit button, yet all I got was a notification that popped up saying my details were already registered in the system. So epic fail! We tried a number of times yet the same error was encountered each time, so now I can't register a new account, and can't use my old account as it was deleted! Worst of all, and personally speaking really disappointingly, Erik, a man I respected and a big reason why I remained so loyal, suddenly went missing and stopped responding to my emails. I don't even know why he stopped responding, as our interactions were always friendly and pleasant, however I could only assume my issue was placed in the too hard basket, and my loyalty and business wasn't as appreciated as I thought. I'd like to think this isn't the case, but it's also a fairly big coincidence that during this time I decided to close my account and leave the forum Erik and I were involved at, so of course I would no longer be there to praise Erik and his casinos on the forum, therefore maybe I was no longer any use to Erik or his brands, and no longer worth the effort to help out. I'd like to think Erik was a better man than that, but it's hard not to notice or think about this coincidence given Erik's very sudden and unexpected vanishing act when previously he would bend over backwards to help me out. It all makes little sense to me, as I've never heard of a casino or rep just all of a sudden ignoring and dismissing a completely loyal customer, who just finished pledging that loyalty by declaring he would soon be sending all his business to their one casino and ignore the competition. I'm not the only one that thinks this is crazy and confusing right? I then decided to close my Superlenny account, and I'd be lying if I didn't say the whole ordeal left me very upset and now extra weary in my dealings with others, as I also feel like I was used a little. I'm just really disappointed mostly, as I went from the highs of thinking I had found my perfect casino and one stop shop, to being left in the dark with no accounts at either site and never hearing from their rep again, lol. It's so sad it's a little funny. So if you've read this far, then you're probably now wondering why on Earth after all that would I want to play at Kaboo? Well Thrills was still my favorite site to play at, and maybe a part of me thought I could relive that good experience at Kaboo, but this time in AUD! Yay!! Right?!! Wrong again. So I register at Kaboo looking forward to a fun session, and hopefully allowing this group a second chance at impressing me and winning my loyalty once again. I go straight to deposit, enter the details and hit submit. Up comes the warning that the transaction is being processed and not to refresh or close the screen. 5 minutes pass, nothing. 7 minutes pass, nothing. New site, I few little glitches can be expected I think to myself, so I politely contact their chat and explain the issue. We're now at approximately 12 minutes and the transaction is still 'processing' mind you. I wait for the agent to 'investigate', and now after waiting even longer for that, I finally see the agent starts typing a response. "Please clear the cache and try another browser", he says. So I politely listened and took his advice, and tried again in a different browser. They say stupidity is doing the same thing and expecting a different result. So not only did I not end up playing at Kaboo, but they kindly also pointed out that I must be the stupidest person on Earth. Same issue in the other browser, so I again I contact their chat, and the response I received? "Please clear the cache and try another browser". Lol!!!!!!! Needless to say I thanked him for his help, closed the site down, opened Guts, and deposited and played there instead. You'll be happy to know, that experience played out without any issues, unless you count losing as an issue, lol. So the moral of the story is, there comes a time in one's life, when you just have to succumb to defeat, and accept some casinos JUST DON'T WANT YOUR BUSINESS! Lol!! Sorry for the really long story, but I've been holding that all in for some time now and just needed to let it all out. Lastly, Kaboo, and this is a minor issue as I'm the type of idiot who deposits anyway, but just a word of advice. If you ask customers to pre-register and promise a special exclusive offer if they do, then it's probably a good idea to actually 1. Notify those players once the casino actually opens, and 2. Actually give those players whatever special exclusive offer you promised them. Besides the automated email I received after registering telling me I'd be notified when the site's launched, I never heard from Kaboo again. Come to think of it, given the similarities, I wonder if Erik is now the man running Kaboo? Lol. If you did actually read all that, then thanks for being that empathetic ear that listened.
  4. Thanks Coco, but there's really no need to follow up with anything. I was just sharing my experience because I noticed this thread, and don't expect Nina to do anything.
  5. I deposited and played at Redstar for the first time last week. I actually really enjoyed the site and was impressed with how smooth all the slots ran, but I didn't have much luck and my session was over very quickly, but that can happen. I only had one complaint. I emailed there customer support to see if I was eligible for the cash back offer, as my session was so short I thought I might be eligible to get a small amount back for a little more play time, however I never heard back from them which was a bit disappointing. As I was a new customer and was initially impressed with the site, I would have gladly deposited there regularly, however customer service is very important to me, so even though it wasn't a major issue, the fact I got no response concerned me and stopped me from depositing again. Unfortunately for them I ended up depositing at Betat instead. I lost a total of $600 at Betat after that, but didn't mind because their customer support emailed me with a comp shortly after. Redstar, I think you have a great site and great potential but my advice would be to try and respond to all email queries no matter how insignificant they may seem, as you never know how good the customer might be that's sending it. That $600 could have gone to you instead of Betat, not to mention this week's deposits. Maybe I'll try you guys out again in the future when things improve hopefully. I wish you all the best.
  6. Hi cocopop, thanks for reading as I think it's important for all players to be informed about this. I don't know exactly how much this player won as they just said a few hundred, but could you imagine if he hit 5 scatters followed by multiple wild lines? Even at minimum bet this would be a huge win, and due to this bogus rule he wouldn't get paid a cent! It's simply ridiculous and can only be described as dishonest and stealing legitimate wins. I'll keep an eye on what happens in that thread, but to be honest it seems from how it ended that nothing is going to be done about it by Lloyd of casino cruise or casinomeister, which I find unbelievable and very sad for that poor player. It doesn't surprise me, but it also seems like the other members there aren't putting much pressure on casino cruise or casinomeister either, considering it could have happened to anyone. If I was still a member there I can assure you I'd be trying to help that player and wouldn't let it go so easily. That's why I posted here in the hope that it can somehow help that player and protect any future potential players.
  7. I thought it was important to provide an update here regarding Casino Cruise's ridiculous bonus term regarding what they call "Late Wins". For the record I no longer play at this site because of this term, and despite the reps claims that the problem would be fixed, it never was completely. I have decided to update this thread because as I had mentioned previously, it was only a matter of time before this term would rob another player of a large win. Well guess what? It happen, and the casino is currently ignoring the poor players case. Although I'm no longer a member at Casinomeister, I still often read the articles there. There have been numerous complaint threads lately regarding casino cruise, however the one that stood out was a poor player who fell foul of the exact same issue I had. The player was playing the Dead Or Alive slot, and just about to bust with their balance at 0.45c, when on their last spin, they hit the free spin feature. As anyone who's familiar with DOA would know, even at minimum bet this slot has massive potential, so during free spins this customer claimed they were lucky enough to win a few hundred dollars. However, like what happen to me in this thread, once the free spins were finished and the player returned to normal play, the winnings were nowhere to be seen, and his balance was $0.00. The player was of course confused and contacted chat, only to be told that he wouldn't be credited his free spin winnings due to the 'late winnings' term they unfairly enforce when playing with a bonus. The rep Lloyd was confronted about this at Casinomeister, however he said these were the terms used by all EM casinos, and as a result the player would not be paid the winnings and basically too bad. Having been a long term and loyal player at many other EM sites including Guts, Casino Luck & Next, and Thrills and Superlenny, I can confirm that Lloyd is being completely dishonest, as non of these other EM sites have this ridiculous 'late wins' term, and you can happily play your balance down to zero on penny slots without ever being denied any late wins. Lloyd has maintained that EM is to blame, and his casino is unable to fix this issue and allow customers to play their balance down to zero. This is unfortunately another lie. From what I've read, I can only form the opinion that Lloyd and casino cruise are adopting unfair practices to strip their customers of legitimate wins. It was only a matter of time before a poor unsuspecting players was robbed of hundreds of dollars, and now it has happened. It's also very concerning that casinomeister has chosen to ignore this issue given they were happy to give them accredited status and the seal of trustworthiness. In my opinion, casino cruise need to pay this poor player, and immediately fix this bonus issue with EM. Despite their claims, it can be done yet they are so far choosing not to. I'm just warning players again not to play at this site and risk losing legitimate winnings until we see some major changes being made and the lies stop. I will provide the link to the casinomeister thread. The very first quoted post on the page I linked explains the players situation. Read on for the casinos ridiculous response. http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/showthread.php?t=69173&page=3 Funnily enough Lloyd even accuses one member there of being me by the sounds of it. Sorry Lloyd but I'm no longer a member there and closed my account with you straight after I realized you never fixed this issue. If you remember I had to contact you numerous times as my account wasn't closed when I requested it to be. Another no-no for a supposedly responsible casino. Do the right thing Casino Cruise, as your online reputation is slowly evaporating. Players beware.
  8. Here you go I haven't hit many, but I've had plenty near misses such as in the last pic.
  9. Nice wins, congratulations! Do you know if this casino and the others you mentioned are also related to 10Bet casino? Does anyone know? Can you also let us know if you made a withdrawal and received it safely in a timely manner? I like to know these things from players when discussing new casinos so hope you don't mind. Thanks.
  10. Ps. I won $5,000 from Betat last month and received the full amount within 2 days to my CC. Awesome site!
  11. Sorry I was wrong, lol. Some detective I am, sigh. I'm really happy to hear it was at Betat ValDes. This means no waiting for your winnings! They pay lump sum immediately so you can go on a shopping spree! Enjoy!
  12. Helena, judging by the background it looks like casino adrenaline again. I wouldn't play there myself due to the withdrawal limits, but that's just me. I totally understand why ValDes continues to play there given his winning streak though, and would probably do the same and return if I was him too! As long as you don't mind waiting for your winnings then it looks like the casino does eventually pay, however in this day and age there is absolutely no reason why a casino shouldn't pay all your winnings immediately, unless they have minimal cash flow. For me, minimal cash flow means things can turn bad at any time if multiple players hit big at once, and there's always the chance a casino with cash flow issues could get sent broke if this happened, meaning at some point no one could get any winnings paid. This is just my opinion and some friendly advice, but of course everyone can play when and where they choose. I just offer my advice to you friends as I've had alot of experience and always do my own little risk assessment before playing at some sites. Im very glad ValDes has got his winnings up to this point.
  13. Congrats on the awesome win ValDes! I just read the whole thread and can't believe your earlier wins either. Looks like you are the DOA master, lol. Not bad for a rigged slot huh, lol. I might have to give this beast they call DOA another go myself. Your win also proves this slot is totally random. Two different big winners within 24 hours at two different sites. Now we can finally discount all the rigged accusations and rumors, lol. Congrats again, and I wish you many more!
  14. Congrats on the win! Can't say I'm surprised, and this pretty much confirms my first statement. A happy and funny ending to a hilarious thread. I recommend the op should take a long break now.
  15. Please listen to ValDes' advice and stop harassing me now. Thanks.
  16. I agree ValDes, hence my first post in this thread was cheery and meant to be fun, hence the lol's and smiley faces. I'm still upset and am struggling to see what part of my first post warranted the ugly and abusive response I received. I'm sorry for retaliating after this and if I upset others. I shouldn't have bit back and lowered myself to those levels.
  17. You are right and I'm sorry if I upset you or any other members, but I think I have the right to defend myself against senseless bullies and attacks for simply sharing my thoughts to a discussion. I think I deserve an apology for the way I was attacked by luckyloser, but I won't take it up any further here in respect to the other members.
  18. I agree Afi, and for the record I very rarely play DOA because it is super high variance and a little boring, and I prefer lower variance slots that make my balance last a little longer. In other words, I'm rational and a realist, so you won't see me blame 'rigged' casinos or 'illegal' rtp changes when I lose a lot of money quickly on a super high variance slot. I prefer to be accountable for my own actions rather than blame others or attack innocent people that may share a simple opinion on any unreasonable views. Something the op obviously can't do.
  19. More lies, but I expect that from someone like you. Judging by this response you are sick and delusional, lol. You have a problem with my response after you attacked me for absolutely no reason and called me multiple ***blanks***? Ok crazy person, lol. And you may want to check your facts because it seems you have no idea who I was at CM, as I was never 'kicked' from there. I simply left and temporarily closed my account voluntarily. But keep spinning your lies if it makes you feel better. And should I provide the link to the thread in the CM 'quite gambling' section that proves you're lying about that also? As I said, you are way out of line and attacked me for no reason. My first comments were not offensive or abusive towards you, yet you felt as though you could abuse me for no reason? I don't take ***** from bullies like you anymore, so if you think you can attack someone like this, expect to get it straight back you crazy fool. Quit gambling and get your life in order instead of blaming and attacking other people you psycho.
  20. Luckyloser you are way out of line! How dare you speak to me like that? Who do you think you are? I was not abusive or offensive to you and only gave my opinion based on the comments I read. If you can't handle your losses or refrain from attacking other people, maybe you shouldn't be discussing your issues in a public forum. And just like casinomeister I don't need sick people like you trying to intimidate and bully me. Maybe you should follow in your casinomeister footsteps and quit gambling because you are obviously out of control. Yes that's correct, the real reason you came to this forum is because you were put in the quite gambling section at CM due to similar outbursts after losing. Blame everyone and everything for your losses but don't take responsibility for yourself. Isn't that right Whodatrec? Since joining this forum you have done nothing to contribute to this forum and it's members besides constant rants about your bad sessions and poor losses. You need help, and behavioral training in how to speak to people without the need for swearing and abusing them. You're sick and need to man up. Maybe putting another $1000 in your 'rigged' slot my help you recover you degenerate, lol.
  21. Sorry helena, I don't play at Thrills so had no idea. I just saw the riddle you posted and thought I'd help answer . Sorry it was too late for you to get them.
  22. This thread is hilarious and confusing at the same time This is my thoughts on this thread: Player has bad run after some phenomenal wins Player doesn't understand why he can't continue winning Player starts to question legitimacy of slot, casino and stated rtp Player thinks something illegal may be going on Player states he will deposit another 200 and continue playing, lol. Awesome thread Thanks for the good chuckle, I needed that today.
  23. I am also glad they updated their terms for other players, but as for me, I haven't heard from the rep since my last post, so I doubt they were really that interested in keeping me as a player. It's a little disappointing, but I see it as their loss as I have just decided to play at my other regular sites instead, and as I am a great customer to have, that is thousands of dollars they have missed out on since my last post here. I have also since discovered that all GoWild free spins have a max cashout of $100 which I think is absolutely ridiculous if you have deposited to claim them. My regular sites like Guts and Betat would never have such a crazy max limit on free spins, but I guess that's why they're the best.
  24. Hi and thanks for responding to my thread here. I appreciate your efforts, however this was some time ago, and to be honest I had moved on since I first started this thread. Since then, by memory, your cs agent credited me the bonuses I should have received on my 2nd and 3rd deposits which was great, however this was only after I complained again about missing the weekly free spins for the second time, as apparently this time I deposited enough to qualify, however deposited on the same day of the promotion, which meant I did not qualify again. As I had a similar issue at Wild Jackpots, I just got tired of complaining to your CS and moved on, as I honestly just have never had such back and forth issues at any of my other regular sites. In fairness, even after this initial problem in this thread, I did give you guys the benefit of the doubt and a second chance with further deposits, but after being denied the weekly free spins for a second time, unfortunately it left a bit of a bad taste in my mouth, so I returned to my regular sites Guts and Betat. I'm happy to give you another try if you want me as a customer, but to be honest, I would only do so if you are happy to at least credit the free spins at one of the two sites. If that is something you would consider, then I'll be happy to reciprocate the goodwill and give you some of my future business again. Feel free to PM me, otherwise if I don't hear from you, I thank you for your time, and will be happy at my regular sites either way. Kind regards, DJ SPIN
