      Well mate, finally...welcome to the Club of Online Gamblers! Longtime gamblers have gone through the same thing as what you have, myself included. I'd be damn embarrassed to talk about my losses in land based casinos, but I've done a lot better with online ones. There can be no comparisons, and no optional choices too. Online is here to stay for me! Land base ones are a thing of my past.

      Gambling is unpredictable mate! One day you may win, another day you may lose. No one can be certain of anything. Same goes for the games too. If you can control your need to play, then play only when the going is good, quit when it is bad. You just cannot win on any bad day.

      That's a common ailment for pcs and laptops. I can't remember how many times I've already changed the hard drive. The one I'm using now was replaced with a faster and bigger one, all free of charge under the 2 years warranty.

      Looks like yet another case of an innocent player getting caught by the 'self-exclusion' clause. Guess there will be plenty more of such cases coming in the future. Don't really know how to put a stop to this...but I can try one thing here though... To all players that have made a self-exclusion at any casinos... please undo that quickly and request for account closure instead! Alternatively, undo the self-exclusion but leave the account dormant... without having any balance in the account, to avoid services charges!

      When it comes to using Bitcoins, or recommending casinos that uses Bitcoins, I'm afraid I'm out of the picture, mate! I do have accounts at a few casinos that uses Bitcoins and other currencies as well, but I'm not in a position to make any recommendations to you yet. Individual players have different favourite casinos. Video Slots is one of them. My personal favourite is Casumo, but I don't think they deal with Bitcoins. Ratings and complaints are not really related mate. A casino rating and ranking is based on many other things as well, not just on Customer Support, games and speed of withdrawals. A top rated casino may still get complaints from their customers, for one reason or another. No casino can be 100% perfect! With all the numerous casinos that I have accounts at, currently and before, each one of them had at least one complaint from me. Mostly are minor silly mistakes, a number are of technical errors, but a large number of casinos have also been dumped into my 'deep freezer' for ever! Those are the useless hopeless ones, for me at least. There are a few members here who plays using Bitcoins, so maybe they can give you better advices.
