The point is...as in the case of that City Tower and City Club Casinos...how the heck did the Licensing Authority (Curacao, I think) allow such a blardy 'breaching a player's rights' term in the first place! Any player has the right to accept or to refuse any bonus offers from a casino. If necessary the casino must remove the bonus if the player so request for it, and not forced it down the player's throat! At least PKR allowed the bonus to be removed if so requested. Both City Tower and City Club would not! Don't know if this term is still in their T&C though. Nonetheless, don't put the blame on Askgamblers for such things. Askgamblers have nothing to do with any casino's T&C. It is all up to the player to check them out themselves. If the casino is being unfair, then get Askgamblers to assist. Hehehe.

PKR reminds me of another casino, but using Playtech's platform... City Tower Casino, if I'm not mistaken... I had problems with this particular casino about 2 or 3 years ago. Every time I made a deposit, the bonus got credited in automatically, just as at PKR. When I requested for the bonus to be removed, the Live Chat host told me that he couldn't do it. All bonuses cannot be manually removed! I then wrote in to the casino Support Team, asking for clarification. I was then informed that they only allow one of two options to play at their casino...to play with bonuses...or to play without any bonuses...and each player was required to make one choice only. I argued that this requirement was never brought forward to any player before depositing, and not before registering either. As far as I can remember, there was no such clause in their T&C either when I signed up. I think it was a later addition. On that note, I told them "go fly kite!" The choice should always be mine...to play with or without bonuses...and not stipulated by any casino as either one option only. That was a breach of players rights! I then closed my account permanently! The very same reason why I had earlier closed my account at their sister casino, City Club Casino, also a Playtech casino. I have never found another casino that has this ridiculous term in their T&C!
