      A bonus game is usually played separately from the main game, as for free spins game, a separate set of reels are usually used for it. Only the game coders and the game designers would know for sure...and they would never leak out such confidential information to the public - they are not ever allowed to for as long as they are employees of the company, and maybe not ever either. No one knows what is stipulated in their employment contracts...that's company's confidential secrets.

      You're most welcome mate! Well, as far as I have read and know, those big progressive jackpots, like Mega Moolah, for example, depends 100% on the casino's RNG and overall algorithms! The randomness is really random, so the chances of hitting a jackpot is really really small...not like the controlled randomness for wins in normal non-jackpot games. If you think about this, it would be like waiting for your 7-digits number, or higher, to appear into the RNG's result of just one number out of the millions!!!
