      I'm quite surprised that you haven't actually come across much of such non-withdrawable bonuses. I would think about 90% of casino bonuses are of the non-withdrawable kind, with only a very few that do allow it to be withdrawn. My two favourite Playtech casinos do allow bonuses to be withdrawn, and that is why those 2 have become my current favourites. Most other Playtech casinos, even Omni and Fly Casinos, would remove them upon a withdrawal claim, and I don't like that at all. Who would right? And as far as all my other casinos go, all bonuses would be removed upon withdrawal!

      I was hoping more members would participate too, but I just cannot figure out why, Hajnrih, Sorenjo and some others have got many winning screenshots posted in the winning screenshots thread, which they could have used for their monthly game submission, but they didn't. Maybe they aren't interested at all. Maybe the prize isn't attractive enough. Maybe...maybe...maybe...so many maybes... Some players have very limited winning screenshots, or have winning screenshots from 1 or 2 games only. So they don't have any other screenshots to submit. Geees...without them telling the whys...we would never know the reasons. Maybe we should allow the same game to be used again and again, and not for just one submission by any member?

      Hi mate, and a Happy New Year to you and your family too. BetSoft games can be very tricky to win on. I used to love Fruit Zen, but my numerous plays on this game over the past several months have seen only negative results! So much so, I think it may have been updated and modified! It has become so difficult to get those 2 Wild Reels. Getting 3 Wild Reels have become as difficult and rare as playing Starburst. And the fruits seem to be coming in repetitive formations, if you know what I mean. At the Copa could be a better game to try on. It hasn't got big potentials but at least there's 3 Jackpot prizes which you can aim for by playing with the maximum bets as required, or simply try getting good wins with that 5x multiplier on reel 3. I have found that the other BetSoft games tend to have very low paytables, so I wouldn't recommend any of those, but then again, no individual are the same. My luck on them may not be the same as yours, so perhaps you can try them out. I cannot think of any other 'good' BetSoft game to recommend mate. Perhaps you may like Rook's Revenge, which is similar to Gonzo's Quest?

      Hi there Future155 and welcome to Askgamblers. Firstly, most casinos have the same rule that bonus money cannot be withdrawn and shall be removed upon making a withdrawal claim. In your case, 2250 was the bonus amount you had received, so that amount is not withdrawable. Any amount above 2250 becomes your cash money and can be withdrawn. Secondly, upon making your withdrawal claim, the casino management may need you to submit your identification documents for verification purposes. This process may take only minutes to approve, or even up to several days, depending on which casino it is. Thirdly, after your documents have been approved, the casino management will scrutinise your game play for any break of the rules, such as betting above the allowed maximum bet size, which is usually 7.50 and below bet per spin for slot games. If everything is in order, only then will your withdrawal claim be processed, which again may take a few minutes to several week or months, depending on which casino it is. Since you have 2000 balance now, you have to carry on playing and try to reach your withdrawal target above that 2250 amount. To break even, you need to reach 2750, to get your 500 back. I can't even remember when I last posted a winning screenshot here... but on this first day of the new year, my top favourite casino, Casumo, gave me a wonderful opportunity... started with 5 Super Spins on Twin Spin...but only 1 spin paid me 4EUR... so I switched over to my old favourite game, Fruit Warp...which gave me a nice 137x win... then I moved on to Holiday Season...I'm loving this game much more than DOA now... it gave me some nice over 100x wins...so I next moved on to Pimped...hehehe... and pimped made my day by giving me my first ever 279x win at 0.10 bet...but who cares!
