      Honestly speaking, I too am prepared to close my account at any casino which insists on getting a SoW verification done, without giving my depositing history any consideration at all. With the use of a little bit of discretion and intelligence, casinos can actually avoid such exodus of players or closures of accounts, simply by applying the ruling only on the right category of depositors, which I feel, is already being done by some casino operators. Take Direx N.V casinos, for example - I have yet to be asked for a SoW verification so far, and I hope it will stay this way. (Added) Okay, so Direx N.V casinos do not come under MGA or UKGC ruling, but to me, that doesn't bother me at all, and it doesn't mean that these casinos are unreliable either. I'd rather play at these casinos than at casinos that have MGA and UKGC licenses but needing SoW verifications.

      There are still many casinos out there that offer deposit bonuses which are not withdrawable at all. Why even provide such bonuses when they are to be deducted away when making a withdrawal? Well, that is purely due to individualistic preferences - to each its own (casino wise). The bigger bonuses are usually not withdrawable, with some exceptions of course, whilst the smaller bonuses tend to be otherwise, but again, with exceptions. Basically, it all depends on which casino is offering them. RTG and Rival casinos usually have non-withdrawable bonuses. Similarly, this is also true for some dedicated casinos of Microgaming, Playtech, BetSoft, Novomatic, etc. A large number of my withdrawals have had bonuses deducted from the winning amount, so this is nothing new at all, although not always acceptable. If you don't like it, then it is best that you don't play at such casinos - simple as that. For me, it doesn't matter at all - I still take those non-withdrawable bonuses. Payment timeframes - now this depends a lot on the type of casino! Only certain casinos from a very few owners/operators can ever pay within 24 hours, and these casinos are usually of the multi-platformed kind, not the single-platformed or dedicated kind. RTG and Rival casinos are well known for their long payment timeframes, even stretching up to several months, and Ruby Slots Casino certainly fit into this group!

Honestly speaking, Caddell group of casinos are not that popular with many players, including myself, and players always seem to get stuck with some kind of problems or issues at one of these White Hat Gaming casinos! Yeah, I had my share of it too, but that was about 2 years ago. Recently, I got into some tech issues with a few of their casinos, but have now been resolved. Your situation can be tricky to answer, especially without knowing more background info. Is this your first Caddell casino you played at, or there are others? Have you self-excluded yourself at any one of their other sister casinos? Have you been taking all of their free promotions without making any deposits at any of their casinos... which would definitely cause this bonus abuse situation? And not only that...you may find yourself waiting for several days just to get your documents verified...if not rejected!

      I have so much of space around me that I have completely forgotten about Space Casino!       As much as I agree with you mate...but such 'offenders' are a minority group, and they do deserve whatever they sow! But what about the majority of other players who sincerely want to close their individual account at any one casino, without affecting any of their other accounts? Shouldn't this be an even bigger consideration factor? That exceptional clauses should and must be included within that self-exclusion ruling?

      No offense taken mate. Casumo was the first to ask me for SoW verification, but I got that done and approved after some hassles. But, that will be the first and the last! Casumo no longer exists for me...and one more casino that had required SoW verification also got closed off the same day after registration! The isn't the kind of 'reap what you have sow' thing...this is 'rip my clothes off, like it or not' thing! I wouldn't want to do it, ever, unless it's for my girlfriend or spouse, whichever...or simply because I got drunk and did it...hahaha.
