      Hello there fellow countryman Bennyumbol! Welcome to Askgamblers forum. Usually I would be amongst the first person to reply...but tonight, I was too busy elsewhere... Q1: Nope! Casinos can only offer the games to their customers and are not allowed to meddle with the games. Only the game provider / game developer have that kind of capabilities. All games have a predetermined RTP, approved and regulated by the relevant Licensing Authority. Once a game has been released to the public for playing, the RTP cannot be changed without prior approval. 'Upgrading' of games need to be approved too. However, a casino can restrict any player from winning too much at their casino, either by banning all bonuses to the player, or banning the player! Hehehe. Q2: Yes, there are fake games around, but these are only found at rogue casinos! Q3: Friends who opened their accounts using your IP address would be considered as 'family' or being in the same house as you. Opening accounts may not pose any problems to your friend, but if you and your friend make a withdrawal at the same casino, the casino would detect the duplicated accounts (same IP address) and your winnings could be confiscated and your accounts be closed! Hope that answers all your questions my friend.
