  1. Aaaah...the fun of seeing a 40K win on a 100 quid bet... and the pain of losing 40K on 100 quid bets...
  2. Welcome aboard Patric. Andersson reminds me of 'Mr Anderson' of the Matrix movies...aka Neo...still one of my most favourite trilogies! Will you be as hot as Neo?
  3. 118 screenshots uploaded to Finn And The Swirly Spin game https://www.askgamblers.com/video-slots/finn-and-the-swirly-spin-netent-game-review/
  4. Over the months, I have already collected well over 200 screenshots on Finn...minus a lot more which I purposely didn't want to take, simply because there's already way too many! Hehehe. Anyway, for June's contest, I've decided to post screenshots of 70x and above wins only, to reduce the total number. I'm going to start uploading now...will see how many that comes to...
  5. The biggest problem with AI is the wrong usage of it! Game providers would use it to make more profit for themselves...if it isn't already inserted into their games algorithms! I have had so so many instances during my current plays that when I changed my bet to the minimum, a small win would instantly come, when all the while it was avoiding all my bigger bets! NetEnt games, Microgaming games, you name it...I have experienced it! So this blardy thing known as AI may not actually work for us gamblers...but against us!
  6. Yes, the only way to safeguard citizens and netizens from gambling addiction would be a total ban on online casinos. Nonetheless, this can never be 100% complete either, because existing land casinos may be almost impossible to get rid of! And some countries would never ban online casinos, or close down existing land casinos either - their country economy depends on it! The fact of life...where there is money, there will be gambling!
  7. I tried logging in just now, using my old login details, and as expected, I couldn't log in, simply because I had already closed my account. So it looks like it's still the SAME old CasinoPlex casino but with a new management, still struggling with numerous teething problems, all within expectations of course. Once they get their things sorted out, they should be a reliable Playtech casino to play at. Better than GGN (Global Gaming Network) casinos, as far as I am concerned.
  8. In short...where casino business is concerned...money comes first...all other matters come second and behind! If players cannot control their own behaviours, desires and temptations, and expects casinos to do their nanny bit for them...that's asking for big trouble in due time! Despite what those rulings are supposed to do and regulate, this will never be successful...simply because money matters would override those rulings!
  9. At Casumo? Aaaah...I'm not surprised then...because I had 2 times of 5 scatters at Casumo about 2 years ago...then 1 more time on the HTML5 version some months ago...nothing more after that...then I closed my account. Yep, got 1 or 2 of those Wildlines too.
  10. May I ask how many thousand spins it took you to get those 3 Wildlines mate? All I'm getting are useless free spins!
  11. Considering the amount of time and money I've already wasted at William Hill Casino, I have no regrets over such free wins...I'd probably lose it all anyway!
  12. Well...as far as I am concerned, all my top favourite casinos have Curacao licenses!!!
  13. Maybe it's all part of a devious marketing ploy... "hey look here everybody...we've got both MGA aaaaand UKGC Licenses...so we are absolutely trustworthy for all your gambling needs...so come play with us!"
  14. Well Piper mate, if that issue had not been resolved by Rick, then I would next get a confirmation from the live chat host that I would get a full refund upon closing my account. Some casinos would not do any refund at all if an account closure was requested by the player, as I have recently found out at 24 Bettle Casino, but I'm not sure what Champagne Spins would do, hence I need to be certain first. If no refund is possible upon closing my account, then I would wager my deposit 1x and make a withdrawal of whatever balance is left. THEN I will close my account! Whenever I have any issue that cannot be amicably resolved by a casino, I would close my account - no hesitation whatsoever!
  15. Aren't you going to pretend to having an issue and chat Rick up too my dear?
  16. Yep, it sure is, especially lately. The only thing about this Finn game is...NEVER expect it to pay big...and quickly withdraw any small wins (100% or more)! Hehehe. After all the spins that I've done on this game, I can now play it with a peace of mind...knowing when to play small and when to increase my bets...the secrets to riding out those bad runs and making an elusive win!
  17. Finn is currently my top favourite game, beating Supe It Up into 2nd place! Within this 7 days alone, I have made about 4 or 5 small wins and withdrawals...all from Finn alone! What a good leprechaun he has been for me all week long! Hehehe.
  18. Yes, I got back my $40 deposit AND that $1 deposit fee...all in lightning speed! Now I'm just waiting for Rick to confirm that Finn can be played with cash money...then it'll be up, up and another deposit from me!
  19. What you didn't know about Champagne Spins Casino...sounds like something out of Youtube doesn't it? Hehehe. Well, there are a couple of things that I have found out about this casino, which you won't find at any other casino, which are either 'not-preferable' or 'non-standard', depending on how you look at it. Firstly, when I signed up and made my first deposit at the casino, I claimed the welcome bonus and its accompanying free spins. As usual, play began using my real cash first, with the bonus money coming in only after exhausting that real cash money - nothing strange in that at all. With a bit of good luck, I managed to make a small win, still playing with my real cash money, and tried to make a withdrawal, only to be informed on screen that a withdrawal cannot be made whilst there's an active bonus - once again, nothing strange in that. Okaaay, so the logical thing for anyone to do would be to cancel that active bonus, right? Yep, that's what I did - I cancelled the unfinished remaining wagering requirement on that bonus amount, but in doing so, a message popped up indicating that the free spins would be cancelled off too! What the argh! Now, this is NOT the standard practice! Usually, you can cancel any unfinished wagering, without losing out any unused or unactivated free spins! And so it was that I made my withdrawal, lost the free spins offer, but got the payment from the casino in quick time. Ah...at least that's one good thing! Secondly, some months after that first incident, which was yesterday, I made my second deposit of $40, paid $1 extra as a deposit fee, but took no bonus with my deposit, simply because I didn't want to be tied down again to that ridiculous and absurd bonus term. My intention was very clear - I wanted to play on my favourite Finn And The Swirly Spin game, which I haven't played at this casino as yet, without any restrictions whatsoever. So I clicked on the game...but nothing happened...tried a few more times...still nothing! Other games were working fine. So I checked up with the casino's live chat host and he informed me that the game can ONLY be played in DEMO mode! What the argh! Champagne Spins is yet another one of Direx NV casinos, but this is the ONLY casino that doesn't allow real money play on Finn's game! Very very strange indeed! Needless to say, I was very very disappointed! Thirdly, I requested for a full refund of my deposit because I made that deposit purely to play on that Finn game and nothing else. The host couldn't help me out in this instance, so he suggested doing a request via email to the Support team instead. Okay, fair enough...and my request got sent soon after. Rick Valentine, a real valentine guy I would say, hehehe, answered my query a few minutes later. He asked me what the problem was, so I explained to him, in great detail, on why I made that deposit, paid a $1 fee, only to find that I cannot play that Finn game. I explained to him why I wanted a full refund of my money, without having to do the required 1x wagering on the deposited amount before a withdrawal can be made. I also explained to him why I didn't want to play on any other game, because that wasn't my intention. So I told him, I can accept only 2 options - either refund my full $41 money (including that $1 deposit fee), or close my account so that I can get back my money. There can be no two ways about it, I told Rick. Fourthly, a few minutes later, good ole Rick replied back, thanked me for the great details, hahaha, and he also informed me that I can now make my withdrawal of the full $41 amount! Whoopie! Rick understood my situation, he saw the logics behind my request, so he approved a full refund, and he even said that he would be writing to the casino's management about that Finn game - to make it available for play with real money! Now that is one superb customer service!!! Fifthly, now this is really getting to be a long story, isn't it, hahaha...but not to worry, I'll make it very short for you, hehehe. I made my withdrawal and got paid within a few minutes...maybe like 5 minutes, 10 at the most!!! Now that is one blazing lightning fast withdrawal speed! Sixthly, I know that some readers may not read everything that I have written here...you know...skip the details...just read the conclusion...hehehe...but the final point is...Champagne Spins Casino is one good casino...even with its limited game providers! (PS...Piper mate...is that way too many pixels for you mate? Hahaha )
  20. I'm reading this issue as the OP did not play Blackjack, as opposed to what has been said by the casino...but not providing any proof of him/her playing Blackjack either. Anyway, I would avoid taking up any bonus if bonus money can only be played on BetSoft, Fugaso and GS games. There are quite a number of such casinos around, which to me personally, are of not much good even when playing without any bonus taken!
  21. Ok...I just checked...but there is no login or signup button to be seen anywhere on the website...so I'm guessing that only UK players can do login and play at this casino...maybe for the time being, maybe not.
  22. Sorry for the late reply guys...we had our Eid festivities over the weekend...so that kept me busy and occupied. As far as I can say, and know, the old CasinoPlex was owned and operated by E-Play 24, which has closed shop since some months ago. I did a look-through at the 'new' casino, which is now owned and operated by Betpoint group (UK company), has a UKGC license and is still operating from its Malta premises. All I can deduce from this, is that Betpoint UK may have taken/bought over the casino from E-Play 24 and is running the show now, albeit with very limited games available to choose from. My 2 top favourites, Dolphin Reef and Safari Heat are not available, but Great Blue is. I have not tried to do a login using my previous details, not interested to do that now, but maybe I'll give it a try later on, just to confirm if it's the same old CasinoPlex but with a new management.
  23. Well mate, I'm one who is never afraid of excess pixels...only excess fat! Hahaha.
  24. True...but I'd still give it a pass...reason? Because I've already closed my William Hill account!
