I have not ever come across any of such mistakes with my registered details...except for the missing country bit, due to my country not in the countries list, but not restricted from registering either. Anyhow, I always check to see that all my details are correct.

  5. A Mr instead of Mrs...oh geees! I had a few similar 'mistakes' too...marked as female...but that was done by the stupid system itself...I merely missed ticking the button. Anyhow, I find it very very strange how anyone can wrongly key in his/her own date of birth! It's not like "damn...on what date was I born???" But this isn't a serious mistake - can be easily verified by ID documents, so no worries there.

  8. That is one good example of 'one man's meat is another man's poison' isn't it? In fact, it is the only Playtech Casino that I can really enjoy playing now, after Omni and Fly casinos became out-of-bounds for me, and I just cannot imagine why others are having so many problems with the casino. Anyhow, perhaps most of the cases were for table games issues, which I don't play at all, but as far as customer service has been, they have always been online for me and they have always answered back my emails too. But what I liked best, up to last year (not this year though), were their regular weekly quizzes, which I had won on numerous occasions! Pity that such quizzes have been dropped.

I have even closed my account at African Palace Casino quite recently...but I'm still quite reluctant to close my Grand Reef account! The only issues I ever had at Grand Reef Casino were slow payments - no denials, no rejections, no confiscations - so I'm guessing that maybe those players were at fault, or had broken some unforeseen rules? Who knows! Ah well, blacklisted or not...I'll still play there once in a while!

  19. Yep! All their casinos are still dedicated MG casinos, and I don't think they'll ever change either - not anywhere in the near future perhaps. Yes, they did enticed me, many times (!!!), to make a reversal and get a lousy 20%/25% deposit bonus for it, but of course, I simply ignored all of it! Hehehe. That happened when I made my first small win and withdrawal at Nostalgia Casino some months back, but it took well over 2 weeks to get my account verified and to get my money! Sheesh!
