Does removing the autospin feature makes it ANY SAFER for gamblers??? The way I see it, it only MAKES THINGS WORSE FOR PLAYERS! Thank god I'm not in the UK...or my middle finger would be pointing to the UKGC each and every time!
-
All games that don't have autospin feature anymore have completely taken the interest out of me by now...I simply don't want to play those games anymore...avoid, avoid avoid!

Your opinion about potential outcome in this case

Well, you can't really point a finger at Valdes either mate, cos he's just saying what he thinks is right, or should be right. Here's what I would do. If I want to close my account at any casino, my first method would be to use their online Contact Form, as this would be the fastest way they would get my message. If they reply back telling me to make a formal request via email, then I would follow up that way. However, some casinos do it this way, some don't. I had several of my accounts closed a few days ago simply by using that Contact Form, and those casinos happened to be Curacao licensed ones! So who says Curacao licensed casinos cannot be trusted??? In your case, your main intention was to permanently close your account at the casino as quickly as possible, simply due to your gambling addiction. This is a serious matter and should have been dealt with by the casino as soon as possible. That self-exclusion tool may work or may not work, or may even take a day or two to become activated, or may not work effectively at all even. If I were you, I would definitely have used their Contact Form first, then immediately followed up with a request via email. There's is no provision in their self-exclusion tool for closing your account for an 'indefinite' (permanent) period of time, which some other casinos do have, so your best choice was still requesting it via email! Anyone can argue otherwise and start pointing fingers, but only the right lawful people can say what is right and what is wrong, so let them decide for you. -
You're not a toddler are you???
-
Maybe they're doing a sequel on Jammin Jars because you tend to win big too many times on the original game!

Firstly, perhaps you already know and also realise that some casinos (regardless of being Curacao, MGA or UKGC licensed) are damn blardy slow in their responses to customers queries. This is even worse in cases like yours, whereby even a day's delay in their response could result in disastrous circumstances for an addicted gambler. Secondly, no one here can safely say that the casino is at fault, for their no-action-taken, or even say that you are in the wrong, simply because you didn't use the self-exclusion tool first. The way I see it, you did the right thing by requesting for closure of your account by email, as I myself very recently have been told to do it that way in order to close my account. I had used their online Contact Form earlier on but that didn't do the trick, then they asked me to request it by email instead. Not really related to your case, but just to highlight how some casinos 'view' things and how they feel things should be done. For all I know, you may well have used that self-exclusion tool but yet it may not have worked for you, as per your intentions, as per what has happened before in a few other cases as well. Anyway, if AGCCS cannot help you, then I would suggest that you make an official complaint to the casino's ADR representative for further adjudication. -
Mega slot wins - oh yes, it's possible!

3 Mega Wins of 500x each? Hmmm...that reminds me of my Playtech games too...and one more evidence of a big win being spliced into 3 smaller wins...by you-know-what.- 3565 replies

Let's have some chit chat :)
Afi4wins replied to ValDes's topic in Trivia, Quiz Games & Non-Gambling Talk
Oh yes it is. My regular Asian online casino offers 20%-30% deposit bonuses with only 5x wagering, although I don't take them that often, but at least I can always play my favourite Playtech games with however many or lesser lines that I want. This is very important to me nowadays in view of my very restricted gambling budget, hehehe. European casinos that do have my favourite Playtech games are spared from closure...for now at least, hahaha. -

Remember what I had said earlier about closing some of my casino accounts some time back? Well, since the last few days, I have already requested for a permanent closure of my accounts at 12 casinos so far, and about half of them have already been closed. A few casinos are still taking their blardy sweet time in replying back, so it isn't just Greenspin.bet that is suffering from customer support deficiency! All casinos that don't have Skrill or Neteller as a deposit option are the first to go, next are casinos that charge a deposit fee (that included BitStarz unfortunately), then followed by casinos that restrict me from getting no-deposit bonuses. A few more would be getting the boot from me soon enough, but there's no rush on my side. Perhaps this is the most MYSTERIOUS CASE for me, as Kayenne23 have been asking...my boots are made for KICKING CASINOS!!! -
If Greenspin.bet keep dishing out NO WAGER bonuses, I'll be taking them as frequently as they can come!

What organisation doesn't ever get into any financial problem??? At one time or another, they will, as Murphy's Law has always said. In spite of that, your money in the bank is always guaranteed, not if it's with some guy in an apartment or in a high street shop. Any business venture faces risks, simply because the market environment is never stable.
-
You don't trust banks??? Does that mean you trust the guy in the apartment more??? It is NOT the banks that cause problems...it is the DAMN BLARDY HACKERS who steal money from people!

It's pretty obvious why sports bettors would choose licensed bookmakers...they are more reliable and trustworthy than unlicensed ones. Payments of their winnings are more assured, they feel more secured in the sense that these bookmakers would not cheat them for no reasons, but if any problems should be encountered, as it always does, they have the Licensing Authority to turn to for help, arbitration and so on. It's for the same reasons why gamblers would prefer licensed casinos over rogue ones. Not only that, the convenience of making bets with online bookmakers is far greater than having to go to any high street bookmakers, especially in this pandemic situations when everyone are forced to be at home most of the time.

I hope you are referring to the NO WAGER bonus at Greenspin.bet and not the one at Casino-Z.

All the email stated was to grab the offer whilst it lasts, perhaps meaning whilst the stock exists, but no mention of a time frame to take it up. It's a good offer but having a poor definition of time frame.

Has anyone taken up this NO WAGER deposit bonus yet? It's a TIME LIMITED offer and may disappear at any time. I wish I could take it up but I'm already very low on funds. Even though it still carries that undesirable 5x bonus withdrawal limit, that's still a reasonable 500 USD/EUR max withdrawal.

To be fair to Greenspin.bet, I have just received another NEW promotion last night...a 100% NO WAGER DEPOSIT BONUS! Now, if this type of deposit bonuses become a standard feature at the casino, then items #2 and #3 from the above list may no longer come into play. However, #4 remains (5x bonus amount withdrawal limit), but I'm not sure about #5 (restricted games). The bonus is STICKY, and the bonus amount would be removed once a withdrawal is made. Perhaps one of you can spare 30 USD/EUR (max 100), use the code NOWAGER, play it, then report back here for all of us to know.

Just in case there are readers here who are wondering what is not right at Greenspin.bet, let me list them out. #1 To get the maximum 125% first deposit bonus + 100 free spins, the minimum deposit required is 70 USD/EUR. #2 You only have 24 hours to complete the entire 50x bonus wagering, otherwise all remaining bonus balance would disappear. Since real money is always used first, that may result in a zero balance left. (This is absolutely unfriendly to high rollers, and to players who are having a good extended play, due to the very limited time allowed). #3 There is no wagering indicator whatsoever to see how much wagering you have done, or how much is left, to complete the wagering requirement. Whatever balance you may still be having is shown in the 'Locked by bonus' amount. How much farther to go to wagering completion, only god knows, but god doesn't give a hoot about this. #4 The maximum winning amount that can be withdrawn from any bonus is only 5x the maximum bonus amount. (If you always withdraw a big amount, don't ever take any bonuses). #5 There is an awful lot of listed games that are restricted from playing with bonus money. Incredibly enough, a few Pragmatic Play games are also in this list. #6 This may not be always true, but expect the casino's support team to take their sweet time to reply or respond to your queries, but excluding their Live Chat service, which seems to be working fine. If you're okay with all the above shortcomings, then go ahead and play at Greenspin.bet. If not, better stay away!

Yes, that bonus offer is correct, but I took this other one which is a better offer (further down in the 'see all' bonus offers), but turned out to be a misleading one. CODE: OPTIMUM1 GreenSpin.bet Casino: 125% up to €100 + 100... Welcome Bonus
