      Hello JayC and welcome to Askgamblers. Mega Casino is one of the not-so-many SkillOnNet casinos...not so reliable nor that reputable...but there are some fairly good casinos no doubt. If that doesn't work, then you have to take the matter up further directly with the casino's Licensing Authority. Whichever it is, you have to be very patient, because time will not be on your side...it usually is a long and winded road...

      That's the thing with Game Tech casinos...a few of them are simply bad apples in the basket! I have already closed my accounts at several of their casinos since some years ago, all requested via email, and successfully closed eventually - a few casinos got it done very quickly, but a few others simply dragged their feet for over 1 week, prompting me to request it again, before they finally got it closed. I guess this Africasino is one of such bad apples, so you need to persist Mr S. Show them you mean BUSINESS! ?

      From what I know mate, if bonus is taken, the withdrawal amount will always take away a portion of the bonus share, meaning, each spin plays with a portion of real money + bonus money, even though if the bonus money has not been used as yet.
