      Hmmm..which casino are you having this problem in? I haven't had the problem with Dazzle Me, I've been able to play it in auto spin in the background whilst I carry on with other tasks? I can't speak for Neon Staxx or Invisible Man as I don't play these games. However I don't recall experiencing any problems so far.

      Hello everyone In case you didn't know we've been talking certain games RTP's in this topic Highest paying slots around 98% and it's actually got me thinking! If you haven't read the other topic yet you wont know that I never, have never, and probably never will check a games RTP before I play them. So I'm wondering how many of you actually do check the RTP of games before you play them?

      Okay, so you're probably all going to shoot me now when I tell you this - but in the years that I have been playing slots I have NEVER once checked a games RTP!!!! I know @Valdes wont be surprised with that, he knows me too well and knows I am a lazy gambler! Great topic tychob...it's actually give me an idea to ask another question in another thread!

      Hello Nuclearbomb and welcome to the AskGamblers forum! I've edited your title I hope you don't mind! We'd love to help you with some advice on your withdrawal however we will need some more details first. Could you tell us exactly what's happened since your withdrawal and: 1. Have you heard anything from the casino? 2. Is this your first withdrawal? If so, have you sent your documents and have they been verified? I've just checked our complaints history for Ball2Win and it's actually impeccable with the casino, with one 1 being raised and resolved. Which makes me think you'll have no problems in receiving your money providing you have stuck by the casinos terms and conditions. However you can of course submit a complaint too.

      No deposits at all over the weekend. I've been playing with 96p I had in my VideoSlots account all weekend. Maximum I got it to was £25, up and down all the time then I blew it all on GOT without even one free spins feature and my biggest win £1.85 If I hadn't see so many great screenshots from this game at minimum bet I'd say it was one of the worst slots I've played!

      This is exactly my point Zeus, it's just bad practise isn't it. There is a lot of great live chat out there don't get me wrong. My point of this post wasn't to say that all live chat was bad, in fact from it. I just wanted to say that for me good live chat is one that is able to answer the questions I asked without having to be told to find the answers myself! And if they don't know the answer, then I am sure each and every live chat agent has the resources available to get the answer. It's then down to how good each individual agent is at their job!
