      Hi Gav and welcome to AskGamblers! I too am from the United Kingdom Yippee!!! I have to say though I'm slightly confused with your question there! What do you mean your card isn't linked to your bank anymore? Is it a MasterCard? Do you mean you chose to withdraw to a card you no longer have?

For sure it was going to be a huge win, I've had for harps before and won over £500, I guess this time they just didn't want me to win it! I really don't see the point in me going to live chat, having to go through the hassle of first explaining it all, then sending the screenshot only to tell me there's nothing they can do! Okay, so I will start off by setting a challenge for someone to complete. For example: - The first person to get free spins on Gonzo's Quest - Win an amount over £50 - Get the bonus game on Bloodsuckers You can pick ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING The first pesrson to acheive it must take a screenshot and post it underneath. They then get to set the next challenge. You can use screenshots you have already saved AND if you really want to win the challenge you can even play our free games to get the screenshot. It doesn't matter how you win the challenege as long as you can prove it with a screenshot. If the challenge is not met in 7 days I will reset it to another one. Remember if you are the first person to post a screenshot matching the challenge set you have automatically won and have to set the new challenge. For example someone could post a challenge on a game you've never played, you can try it for free here to win the challenge and who knows you may even like it and win when you play for real!       Okay, so I'm spinning as normal on Jack and the Beanstalk at Leo Vegas Casino when I get free spins! I manage to unlock the Harps with 3 spins left too. Two harps come in on the reels 1 and 3 and one spin goes by when my all of a sudden my heart races as I see another two harps come in on reels 2 and 4. Then all of a sudden I get a message saying GAME NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE. When I knock the game back on my free spins are there waiting for me but it shows different symbols on reels 2 and 4 NO HARPS! I captured a screenshot of the error page and the harps landing on the reels but didn't take it when I went back on the game. The thing is I dont know if the reels had stopped when the error message came on. I thought they had but the second I seen the other harps come in the error message appeared straight away it all happened in a split second. But I expected the harps to be there when I went back into the game! I don't know, do you think I should have a word with live chat or just let it go? If the harps had come in I know I was guaranteed a few hundred quid especially with the the purple symbol appearing there on reel 5! Here is the screenshot, let me know what you think!

      Thanks for replying Faz. I did actually try this, I asked if it was possible to have live chat in English. They replied in Czech Then they gave me an email address. So I asked again and got the same reply in Czech If I can get English live chat I'll reconsider but im already seriously put off this casino so their live chat would have to be exceptional for me now to deposit there!

      Okay so i've just gone to sign up to MaxxxCasino and have a word with live chat as I usually do before signing up to any casino now. Haven't gone off to a great start if I'm honest! There's no English live chat only Czech! Well there might be but not available today anyways. When I asked the Czech live chat if I could have english they just keep giving me an email address!!!
