      Well if it's the same site I'm thinking of I've played there and deposited there! Many years ago - it's based on the reality TV series Big Brother. Is this the site you mean? I wasn't aware they had changed their name though. But anyway, I'm not entirely surely where you stand with this one. Do you still have a copy of your Sent Email in your mailbox?

      I have to agree both of these casinos are great, although I've never had huge success at 32Red. Do you base how good a casino is just on how much you win there though?

      Hi dnandrs Never heard of it so just looked it up! By invitation only??? So you've received an invitation then I guess? Never seen this before. First warning sign though - the link for their terms and conditions doesn't work and there's no licensing information either! At least I can't get to it from the UK, can't get passed the initial first screen!

      I'll third that! I take no notice whatsoever as to how much I win when I try a game in free play. I use free play for new games when I can purely to see how the game works. Get to know the bonus rounds/free spins etc etc. But actually its one of my biggest flaws! I don't do this often enough I will jump straight in on a new game in real money and lose and I just never learn by my mistakes. What you've suggested isn't something I would personally ever do, however if this is what you're going to I'd love to read your findings at the end of it.

      Wait a minute they took 2215au off you when you withdrew? Doesn't make sense but there must be some other terms attached to this. Did you ask them why they have taken so much?

      3 unresolved withdrawal complaints and with the exact same problems I don't hold out much hope if I'm honest. Why don't you give it a few more days then you could try opening a complaint, not sure if it will get you anywhere.

      Nope, even though I've had my differences with Skrill they are the only main ones out there! Definitely a gap in the market though!

      Don't worry Afi I've gone from literally being the queen of mobile gaming to hardly ever playing on mobile anymore since the little one now has the iPad 24/7 !! However, now DOA is here I may have to lay down some ground rules! Mama needs her iPad back!

      I agree actually, I didn't think this would happen! I'm surprised it hasn't been promoted more though Maybe casinos are dreading their player trying it on mobile so decided to keep it quiet

      That's just ridiculous, but do you know what raver it really doesn't surprise me. Both Skrill and Neteller and the presence in the industry to be something really rather special but just like their awful support they lack in other really important areas. Going forward 'Apps' are the future IMO and what use is a statement app. They've probably spent a very tiny fraction of their profits developing the app, probably as much money as their put into training their support agents. Disappointing to say the least.

      Hi Louie and welcome to the forum From what I've read there definitely seems to be confusion and my best advice to you would be to ask support what the heck is going on, Did you or didn't you have the bonus? If it says you can't get the bonus with Skrill and deposits and you deposited with Skrill then you should not have received the bonus and would have only been playing in real money. However if the bonus was awarded this does confuse matters - but if this was my scenario I would asking support whether or not I am able to withdraw my winnings on £1800. It's only them that can really answer this question as it's unclear as to what exactly happened in regards to the bonus being awarded or not being awarded. I'm interested to know how this pans out though, do keep us updated. I also moved your topic to a better location.

      The best trick of all is to just PLAY! Ignore so called 'tips' that can help you win. As a new player the most important thing is that you learn from your own experience. In time your own experience will teach you which games work for you and which games don't! Good luck.

      I've never used the Neteller app but you;d think it would have some functionality apart from the very minimum you have mentioned, maybe they are experiencing issues with it?

      This is definitely not a dream! It's 100% at Thrills - haven't checked anywhere else yet since I haven't been at home. As soon as the kids go to bed I am on the hunt. I'll report back with my findings! This is huge though!
