      Hi Arron and thanks for bringing this to my attention because I can't even find the casino you've mentioned so the email didn't come from us and this will be reported for investigation straight away. I have had a quick look and see a Curacao license but I've never heard of the casino personally. What do you mean they have taken the bonus amount off you and said to withdraw £2000 to get your deposit back? I assume they mean they're telling you to wager? But if you don't have the bonus, if they've removed I mean they you shouldn't have to wager through that just through your deposit. Can you also confirm before I report the email that you haven't seen this casino on AG I've searched for it but can't find it but sometimes that happens.

      Urggh...this is the thing with depositing with Paysafe. When I first started gambling this was my initial payment method until I felt safe using my card and in my experience withdrawals have to go through bank transfer because as you say there is no option to withdraw to Paysafe. So...You've now verified for the second time with the bank you need them to withdraw have you tried putting the withdrawal through again? If not put it through for a second time and see what happens. If they refuse again get the reason why and come back to us. I can't see what reason they can have now if they've already told you they are willing to do bank transfer and if it's verified too. Try not to stress out for now, patience may just be the key here. The good news is for now the casino is communicating with you and that is always the first step. Keep us posted please.
