      Hi betwoman and welcome to the forum From what I can gather (without actually playing there myself) the casino seems legit to me. I've just check our complaints history also and the two complaints registered have been resolved. You can submit a complaint at any time, I think waiting 11 days is long enough so please feel free to do that and make sure you include as much information as possible to help the complaint progress quicker. Just out of interest though - I assume you have sent in your verification documents? And I guess you're still waiting for these to be approved?

      Guys just a polite reminder - Can you and remember to tell me how many screenshots you've uploaded please. It's fine when games don't have many screenshots but when games have loads it really helps me to know how many I'm looking at.       Absolutely! And wouldn't this world be a boring place if we all believed the same thing. For starters we wouldn't have this interesting topic! (we also wouldn't have it if I kept it locked but that's another story ) Nah on a more serious note though, even though I don't believe Evolution rig their games or have these magnetic fields I've always said I don't know enough about the game to pass any real judgement and I still find it interesting to read other peoples views about it too. And like you said the truth does always come out in the end one way or another.

      Hi and welcome to the forum. I've never played at this casino but if I'm right they're licensed in Curacao, right? I've also never withdrew in bitcoin so I can't really help with that. It's pretty standard to have to make a deposit to withdraw if the winnings are from a free bonus which and if you've never deposited there. Is your account verified yet? Have you sent in your documents? If this was me and this is just my opinion I'd ask to verify my account first it reduces the problems you could face (not that I'm saying there will be just IF) when withdrawing, But hopefully someone who has played there can come along before you make a decision on what to do.
