  16. Hi Justin, first and foremost sorry to hear about the problems your facing especially as you say your a new player. It seems like you've had a whirlwind of problems, admittedly ones that may have been avoided for a more experienced player. The 2nd account issue would always cause a problem and then the fact that you used a 3rd party card too another issue as you said. And yes it is easy for the casino to say read the terms and conditions, I know what it was like when I was a new player just starting out, there's so much to learn and I for one was guilty of not reading the small print. And gullible enough to believe that support would tell me the facts I needed to know. So where exactly are you at? Are you trying to get your deposits back?
  17. I know this is frustrating but why not give them one more chance, give them the letter they require and see if they reinstate your winnings. If they don't you can then use our complaint system.

  21. To be honest I have never seen a case end well where a player has used a third party card to make the deposit, it always causes a problem. So what document exactly are they asking for now? I haven't checked their terms but is it a breach using a third party card to deposit?
  22. I'm not quite sure what the issue is here to be honest. It seems they're updating their site and as they said they haven't been able to add NetEnt games 'Yet' So I assume this is something they're looking into?
