Hmm..in that case for now I'd probably just take the advice from support and sit tight as the withdrawal is still pending.There isn't much really you can do until you know happens with it. Either way, come back to us once it's processed and if you need further help we can do that then. Just one question when did you request the withdrawal?

Yep pretty much what Afi says I'm afraid. Both my and my partner usually play at some of the same casinos and now we always check at live chat before creating an account. We've never really had any problems we've been quite lucky as far as I remember only NextCasino blocked one of our accounts out of all the ones we've played in so we now share an account there. In my personal experience of having to go through explaining 2 addresses at the same IP you should again speak to support and explan that it is your brother who owns the second account and offer to send in his identification documents too. Once they can confirm there is actually a second person and it's not you, you may just stand a chance of getting the withdrawal. But please note, you have probably broken their terms so it's not 100% you'll get it even after what I have advised. I haven't played at this casino so I don't know what they are like. Keep us posted though.

But why don't you take the issue up with your Visa company and ask why they cant accept the withdrawal since the casino can pay by this, right? Hi docvet and welcome to the forum Hmmm..I have to honest I would have read those terms in the exact same way. The way I read that you can play any of those and if you hit the same number 3 times in a row you win. But you're saying is you have to hit the same number 3 times in a row on every game? On saying that...I've just read that again and I suppose it could come across that you have to get it on all games considering the jackpot was pretty big. However I strongly believe that they should state clearly that you need to get it on every game stated as it is misleading. I'm assuming their not willing to budge on their decision?

Hi Vicho94 and welcome to the forum. Have you spoken to live chat to see if your documents have been verified yet? And also did you play with a bonus? Your first withdrawal will always take longer and since its a big they will undertake some checks on your gameplay before processing your withdrawal. However, there is still an acceptable timeframe for this. First find out if your documents have been approved yet.
