      Wow from me too! I still remember you posting this topic can't believe it was all those years ago and so much has happened and indeed changed since then. I've never been a huge fan of fun play but now more than ever I just don't have the time to try fun play. And, since I often have gaps in my play now, with some months only seeing my making a single deposit, by the next time I make my deposit a few new games have come out and I'm jumping straight in in real mode. But tbh I've been guilty of this since I started playing @Afi4wins Do you still carry out such testing on new games?

      Yeah I know this point has already been addressed but you definitely cannot withdraw to a pre-paid Mastercard, well to my knowledge anyway, It's like the Skrill MasterCard you can't withdraw to that I assume all other pre-paid ones are the same. They should instead be offering you a bank transfer.

      Massive kudos to our complaints team on this complaint which has just seen the player get his huge withdrawal of 330 BTC! If you read the complaint from the start you'll see how much this money meant to the player and his family, luckILy our team were able to step in and help and voila! Well done guys, you can also read more about it here. I actually thought this was a very interesting complaint and imho his so-called "friend" was the one that really made this turn on it's head "claiming the account was his." I'm just glad the player seen sense, went alont and got the resolution he was hoping for.

      I guess you can speculate all day long but if support has stopped communicating with you I highly suggest you take my advice considering how much is at stake here.

      Yep agree and myself worry about this term whenever I mangage to make a withdrawal. I am lucky though that to date I've never had this term imposed and a pathetic excuse given to refuse a withdrawal.

      @Boro Hey Hey! I forgot to ask when I read your post if one of your fixes includes posts in 'Unread Content' going straight to the last page and most recent post as opposed to the first page like it is at the moment? When browsing in 'All Activity' it does automatically go to the last post, but not in Unread Content.

      I think you've already been given your answer. Out of curiosty have you now discussed this with the casino? If so, what was the outcome?

      Nope, it's because I very rarely play this game when I have a balance over £5. When I deposit I never go straight to this game, DOA has always been a game for me when I've played to help bring my balance back up. There have been times where I have played it over this amount but like I said to Valdes many moons ago, I never sit and spend hours on just this game which is probabbly the reason I've never got either of the two wins I mentioned. I do get bored of the game, what can I say ? I'll never give up trying though, one day I'll shock ya all with the screenshot!
