  1. Little quiz for you to answer in today's blog guys - I have to admit even I was new to some of the terms used How well do you know casino terms?
  2. You hope you lose your winnings before they do it That is not the right way to think! First of all give us a bit more information so we can offer some help. When did you send the documents in and what kind of response have you had off them so far please?
  3. So the withdrawal has been processed and sent by the casino yes? Is so then here in the UK and in my experience my withdrawals usually take anything from 24 hours - 3 days to my bank account/card.
  4. Hmmm...apart from bingo casinos I can't actually think of any however there a few I believe I just don't recall the names. The one I used to chat in whilst playing slots and bingo was Jackpot Joy Casino / Heart Casino / StarSpins but I haven't played in them for years now.
  5. You are? *****....please refresh my memory because I have to brutally honest here I've completely forgotten
  6. I'm the opposite at the moment, I don't spend enough to have to worry I just deposit now when I have time so I really don't need to worry about keeping track. Although I would love to know which casinos are better for me to deposit at
  7. Still plenty of time I'm sure we'll get some more
  8. Why Auditing Your Gameplay at Online Casinos Is Crucial Slap on the hand for me
  9. If anyone is looking for inspiration for the themed slots this month here are a few I could think of today: 1. Halloween 2. Lost Vegas 3. Beautiful Bones 4. Lucky Witch 5. Frankenstein 6. Halloween Fortune /II 7. Happy Halloween 8. Bloodsuckers And we only need one more person to enter this month (providing all screenshots so far are correct) to have the $100 prize pot. Come on guys let's start as we mean to go on here.
  10. Hi Gambledor, sorry I am late replying on this one. Just watched the video and I'm not a blackjack player so would be great if you could clarify some things. 1. The wrong score - Is it just showing the wrong score but actually calculates the right score at the end? 2. Missing buttons - As in you can decide whether to deal or stick? What I can't get my head around is if this was something that is happening all the time, surely, surely the casino (William Hill) and both Evolution Gaming would be flooded with complaints? Like I said I'm not a BJ player so apologies if anything I have written is correct but would be great if you could jump in with further clarification. And I know er have BJ players here, so if anyone else is able to offer their opinions on this one please feel free to jump in.
  11. Hi Olle and thanks for jumping in here. My first reply did suggest that maybe the player had mistaken the request for online banking details for something else but the OP did insist it was definitely those details the site asked for. @Micasjas - It would be great if you could just repeat the same steps so it takes you to the page where it asks you for the said details and take a screenshot and PM it as requested, just so we could clear this up. Let me know if you need any help with those steps.
  12. So can I assume we won't be having any winning screenshots then
  13. Well, you can certainly rest assured your details are safe here, this is a certain. But I have to be honest if I wasn't redirected to my banking site I wouldn't haven entered them but that's just me. I'm sure you have nothing to worry about.
  14. Hi and welcome to the forum. So can we assume the withdrawal is still in pending? And you already completed verification on the first deposit?
  15. Hi and welcome to the forum Are you sure it was asking for your banking password and not the casino password? I would never give out my banking password and I'd be very surprised if the casino was asking you for this dear. Support would be more than happy to help you at the casino, have you asked them? I can't play at BitStarz so I can't answer from personal experience sorry. n
  16. I would imagine if they're portfolio is going to be that bug surely MG has to be included in that! Keep us posted Leo and remind me ... do they accept UK players?
  17. Wow!! I wondered how it actually worked and now I know it's even crazier! Thanks for filling me in with the info Val, appreciated as always.
  18. I guess it is yeah it's just the idea of the phone bill acting as a credit account and then the player risking winnings if the phone bill hasn't been paid. Just asking for trouble if you ask me.
  19. I think a lot of our blogs are aimed at the newer player since it's very hard to teach experienced players (like yourself) new things
  20. The UK too! No it's definitely not a new way of depositing it's been around for some time now I actually think I've bought it up in the forum before. My attention was mainly focusing on that particular term in my first post.
  21. It's just like using a credit card isn't it. You're just depositing with money you don't have yet and for some people that money never comes I just think in this day and age casinos and all those associated with the legalities should be looking more at protecting the player!
  22. It's a silly way of depositing in all aspects and I'm wondering if it is just a UK thing? I'm even surprised the Gambling Commission would approve such a method because they really are on the ball when it comes to problem gambling. I'm not even sure how it work - how the casino operator would be able to add the deposit on to phone bill
  23. Before I write my question below I just want to say that I have never used this form of depositing (by adding the amount on to your mobile bill) nor do I agree with this method of depositing, In fact I think it is ridiculous that casinos even allow it for those who are vulnerable this method of depositing can just send them spiralling into debt.. But that's my rant over and this is what I wanted to say: So, I was scrolling through some terms and conditions of a casino last night when I came across this particular one: I have no idea if this is a standard terms for this deposit method since I've never used it however there could be other reasons a bill isn't paid, right? Innocent reasons I mean, not just that the person hasn't paid it? So then that person could risk have winnings forfeited I assume. It's just such a risky way to deposit don't you all think?
