      Hi Leo I'm really sorry to be the bearer of bad news here but we won't be able to accept the screenshots in the thread. Our devs are aware of the situation with this game but we are still awaiting a reply from them. Dragon Born will remain your double entry game though until the issue has been fixed. So when the time comes you can use it you'll still get the double entries I promised this month.

      So you never did get a reply as to why they weren't going to accept the bank statement as proof of address? I actually think casinos are a little dated now when it comes to 'utility' bills! We're on smart meters here now and don't ever have a utility bill, luckily I do have a catalogue which I still take paper statements on so I'll always have an up to date bill to provide. But if like all my other bills I went paperless on I'd never have a utility bill to present.

      If this is a new 'trend', help to registered members only I guess I won't be playing anywhere new any more How can I register without knowing crucial answers and if casinos don't want to help members until they're registered then they need to make sure they clean up their terms and conditions a bit more and add more info on their home pages. It's the first time I've ever been refused help like that, I sincerely hope it's the last too.

      Well I really have seen it all now!! My experience if you can actually call it that today really has made me think that anything is possible now. I won't be naming the casino but I loaded up live chat today to find out restricted countries as I couldn't see it in their terms anywhere. Actually my first of 3 questions I asked was is their live chat 24/7. I had to explain what I meant by 24/7 but I got the answer I required so moved on to question 2. Can you tell if you accept UK players. I was asked to give my username. I told them I don't have an account yet. Their reply - priceless! "Sorry we only offer assistance to registered members" My response - Okay thank you for your help. I never asked my third question (which is always: do you have a mobile casino) Anyone ever been told this before?
