Unfortunately it’s NOT the gamelog that matters as this is a screenshot contest. You MUST ALWAYS screenshot your wins unless this is not possible because of the way the game works.

Are they not normal slot games, displaying the same kind of wins? If not can you show me a screenshot please for both games.

If your total win from a single bet is split in two you should be posting the gamelog to show this if no winning screenshot is available for the part win! Okay I’m with you, so you can’t see the base game win but then once free spins is finished it shows you the win but it only shows the free spins win - got it. This does make it difficult for the contest using our current rules.

So no winning screenshot is shown for this win on desktop?

Wait so two seperate win screens are displayed? If they are then everyone should be taking a screenshot! I was under the impression two seperate winning amounts were not being displayed and that’s why people had submitted one and a game log? IF this is the case then we should be seeing two separate winnings screenshots plus the game log to tie everything together. Can you confirm this please? I can’t confirm it all with the provider tomorrow but would be helpful to confirm it all here tonight if possible.

Can someone please confirm this is the screenshot causing an issue. I have read every post since the first page however since I’ve not played these games it’s hard to understand how the games work with the seperate free spins issue.

I’ve not created any confusion, nor have I said these wins wouldn’t count. However there does need to be a winning screenshot.
