  3. Okay so you breached the terms with multiple accounts, it’s quite generous of them to offer to refund the deposits actually. As it’s standard practise you’re not allowed multiple accounts. Do you have a screenshot of where it tells you you can have two? Can you post any communication you have regarding the medical documents though? That would be the most helpful thing right now. And also any communication regarding the current state of verification - can you ask live chat and screenshot it for us

We seemed to have lost track of why these contests were originally made! Anyone who converts currency in the forum will have their posts removed, NO EXCPETIONS, NOEXCUSES! This means if your post has a winning screenshot in it, it will also be REMOVED & DISQUALIFIED. If someone wins with a low bet then that's just the luck of the draw!
  5. @deret32 please can you also post an update of where you at with the casino. What was your last interaction with them? And can you show us any emails or live chat conversations you have and the reason why they’ve still refused payment. Please make sure to post a proper timeline of events since you made the withdrawal in here.

  7. Our complaints team do not “piss people about”, unfortunately there are lots of complaints that don’t get accepted and there will be a reason why. Unfortunately I have not read the complaint nor do I know the reason why. However no casino is bound to pay winnings if they investigate and find a breach of terms. I’m not saying this is the case but there is probably more to this case than we know.

  14. Paying in instalments when you win a big amount isn't that unusual, but I'm not sure why they would wait a few months for the first instalment. Maybe stalling tactics?

  18. If its a bank transfer it wont arrive yet, payments were issued today, so you may have a day or two until it clears.
