You are not obliged to do this as I should have been more clearer in my initial post as to how long you can hold these screenshots back. For that reason I cannot disqualify them, I can only impose the new rule.

Could you please send me the unlicensed casino as this needs to be dealt with by us immediately. If the casino is actively listed on AG then yes it will be accepted on this occasion. And yes I agree I should include a rule regarding licensed casinos, thanks for bringing this up.

No no. Screenshots posted in the last 6 days can be posted within those 6 days but you cannot post a screenshot that is older than one week old. But if it goes into a new month that is fine as long as it is less than 7 days old. This is a rolling contest so the months don’t really matter, but you must not hold screenshots back for more than 7 days.

I did not say the last day of the month did I? I said at the end of the month. The rule wasn’t clear, but it was meant to come across as screenshots shouldn’t be held back “towards” the end of the month and yes I do class 6 days before “towards” the end of the month. You held your screenshot back for 3 weeks but it has been accepted and the rule has been changed.

Yes correct, yours was technically held back as we are a few days from the end of the month and was acquired 1st March. But since it’s a screenshot that was already used I have accepted and now clarified the rule to one week so we don’t have any confusion

How often do you have instances Afi where the casino refuse to close your account? And what reasons have they given you in the past? I know we have spoken about this before but you know o have a terrible memory

Hey guys! I've been thinking today since we get a lot of people coming here with issues surrounding self-exclusion and being able to deposit when they shouldn't, how many of us here are using responsible gambling tools regularly? Do any of you set yourselves deposit/loss/wager/time limits? And if so, which casinos, in your experience, are some of the better ones in terms of handling these RG tools? Or vice versa, are there any casinos that you play in that you think could improve their RG tools features?
