      Hello Christopher! Have you opened an actual complaint on Ask Gamblers so this can be dealt with on your behalf? If the winnings are from a deposit then there is no way that there should be a £200 maximum withdrawal limit. You mentioned that you first accepted a no deposit bonus...did you definitely have a zero balance from that bonus before depositing?
