      Kate make sure you have a balance of over £1 for the free spins otherwise you will not be able to play the free spins. This is what my complaint was with them.       Okay...number 3 I am not sure about...you are the queen of finding codes although you have never mentioned being paid for finding them (I'm assuming this is what you mean) Number 2 and 1 are hard for me because I'm not geographical at all so either of these two places could be anywhere on the map and I'd never know the difference. Based on that I will go for number 3

      Yes, obviously that's what is to be done, but I have to agree with Kate its pathetic to want such a useless photo. Just prolonging the verification process when there really is NO NEED at all!!

      Wow!...if this women had just deposited using her own card and had her own neteller account as opposed to her nephews it would have been much easier But I understanding it must be frustrating when you have so much to cash out and then it's refused.       They are an absolute nightmare. I had a problem with them, can't remember whether it was my account or valleys but I had to open a complaint here. The issue was kind of resolved but they are an absolute nightmare. They want the back of your passport lol? What heavens for!!

      They are all optimised for MOBILE casinos, they can be played as standard in the safari browser. But they do not come optimised for Flash casinos, the ones that do not have a mobile casino.
