@Jouz666 I understand that it was a mistake and you didn’t realise, but I can’t make an exception for this because everyone could just say the same thing to me and then we may as well just not have the rule in the first place. You’re not the first person to play a casino not listed on here by mistake and I doubt you’ll be the last, but I hope you understand that we have to stay consistent with the rules. If you’re struggling to find casinos at AG that you can play in because of country restrictions, please reach time VIA PM ONLY and we’ll see what we can come up with for you.

Well for starters, he did NOT ask permission before he used this casino. Which you can also see in black and white there Flatzem. And this is referring to extreme exceptions, not someone who just didn’t check if the casino was on AG. Exceptions will not be made to people who have not read the rules. This kind of exception I have listed would be if someone could not play in any casino that was listed at AG but still wanted to enter. Which this is not the case. So when I said no exceptions what I mean is for people who have not understood the rules and asked, or people who have not read the rules. Hope it clears that up for you. Please remember to remain polite in your future posts to me.

Hi guys, I am aware that another PP is running over at CM. Please remember that we do not allow the same screenshots to be used in both contests I understand that CM do not have this rule but I’m afraid that we do so the please just be mindful when submitting your screenshots that you use the right one for each contest.

Yes we are aware they are still displaying it on their site and have requested it to be removed (already removed in our site). We are still waiting for this to be removed

We had not been made aware of the allegations prior as they were not posted on our forum. However, once someone contact me regarding what was posted on CM we worked with them to investigate the issues, evidently removing the trusted badge from our site. Apologies in advance, I made sure we acted as quickly as we possibly could have regarding this.

We were satisfied with evidence we received both on here and CM which is we the COT was removed.

We have never questioned their withdrawal procedures. It’s much deeper than that.
