The decision was already given to the OP regarding why the complaint was rejected and unfortunately we cannot proceed any further in the forum. I will leave the topic live so members can be aware of the situation at the casino and make their own minds up as to where or not they wish to play there.
  17. I have addressed the fact that the casino was probably stalling your verification MULTIPLE TIMES! And told you that I agree that they were. I’ve also explained that we cannot issue the consequences you want to the casino as we are a mere mediator, you should contact the governing body to take those matters further. As far as this topic goes, I’m now going to conclude it and wish you the best of luck in the future.

I have tried my best to explain why your complaint was rejected and why we cannot help you. I’ve also read every reply in here from other members and have seen no signs of bullying? @Blackjax has done nothing but try to help you so far.
