  1. Hi and welcome to the forum - can you cut the video so we can see exactly goal it is please. I know you said the 59th minute but the video shows a lot of goals.
  2. You can!!! https://www.askgamblers.com/casino-bonuses/deposit
  3. Did you know that one of the most common reasons a withdrawal is declined is because of multiple accounts? Whilst it may seem harmless, most casinos will clearly state in their terms and conditions that you are not allowed to open more than one account. Our guide will explain why this is banned, how the casino can detect multiple accounts and what you should do if you have violated the rules. Understanding these rules can save you money & stress! What Are Multiple Accounts If you register more than one account at the same casino, this is recognised as multiple accounts. Most casinos have a strict rule that allows only one account per IP address. This includes registering different accounts with different email addresses and name variations. If two people who live in the same house want to register at the same casino, this could also mean you are violating the rules. You should always get prior permission from the casino before creating two accounts in different names, using the same IP address. Why are Multiple Accounts Banned? Casinos are always on the lookout for fraudulent activity, and unfortunately, multiple accounts are one way fraud could happen! Players could move funds between accounts and exploit payment systems. Deleting duplicate accounts is a legal requirement for casinos, so chances are, if you’ve done this, it won’t be undetected forever. Multiple accounts can give players unfair advantages, and casinos want to maintain fair play. So, even if a multiple account isn’t instantly detected, it will be. How are Multiple Accounts Detected? Good question! Casinos have technology and automated systems designed to detect multiple accounts. Even if you use a VPN, their innovative technology can see through these. Casinos will look for name and address matching, and payment method matching is very popular. This is why when you request a withdrawal, multiple accounts are often detected. Your gaming behaviours are also reviewed when you withdraw, which is another factor that can help the casino detect multiple accounts. If you have used the same behaviours across your accounts, the casino can track them. Casinos also have software to detect multiple IP addresses. Got Caught with Multiple Accounts? Unfortunately, we see this happen time and time again at AskGamblers. And whilst we would love for this guide to stop breaking the rules, unfortunately, it will continue to happen, and there is very little we can do to help once it has. More often than not, the casino will close your account, and any winnings will be forfeited, including any bonuses. You will not be able to have a refund of your deposits. In very extreme cases, this could be at the casino's discretion, but in our experience in the forum, this doesn’t happen very often. You may also receive a complete ban at the casino. Again, in some rare cases, the casinos may allow you to keep one account open, but it would be at their discretion. I Accidentally Created Multiple Accounts - What Now? If you accidentally create two accounts, you must contact the casino immediately. The faster you act, the more likely you are to keep one account. However, this would need to be recognised before you hit the withdrawal stage - usually, once it’s gone this far, there is no going back. If you contact the casino early enough and explain that you accidentally created two accounts, they may allow you to complete the verification process and keep one account open. How to Avoid Multiple Accounts Always familiarise yourself with the casino's terms and conditions and keep a note of which casinos you have made an account at! Only use one email address for all casino accounts - this way, if you try to create a second account by mistake, it can tell you the email address is already registered Try to avoid same household accounts for multiple people, or get prior permission from the casino Do not share accounts with family and friends Summary Multiple accounts are simply not worth it! It is a clear breach of any casino's terms and conditions, and once it’s done, the damage is usually irreversible. However, if you’ve found yourself in a situation where you need help, please submit a topic here - Need Help With a Complaint? Ready to choose your next casino? Browse our catalogue - Online Casinos
  4. I too thought the £150 threshold is low and quite harsh!
  5. Well I’m thinking a new topic like this ago as this is old now and includes members who don’t unfortunately participate any more.
  6. Surely he has to doesn’t he?
  7. I don’t think Jake will chicken out - these YouTubers are in it for the money!
  8. Good luck, and let us know how it goes! How much is the minimum deposit for that, and what's the wagering?
  9. I’ve had to re-read your first post - can you please just confirm which casino you are wanting a refund of the deposits from out of these two? Sorry for all the questions but it’s vital we have all the information to offer some advice here
  10. This is a great insight into a few casinos - thanks so much for the recommendations

  12. Well it’s a tricky one because they couldn’t find an account to activate the self-exclusion by the looks. Can you paste the full email here from both parties rather than a quote? Or screenshot (but don’t include personal information please?)

  14. Funny you should bring this up - I have just touched on this subject in our contests topic and this is something I am looking more at in 2026. I still think we could have a new fresh topic around this so I can pin for new members. Are you up for it?
  15. Great new topic, thank you Honestly, in my 12 years of gambling, I think I only ever found two casinos that paid instantly, Mr Green & BetVictor. but as Afi said above this is most certainly a thing of the past now. However, lots of casinos are paying within a few hours, lets wait for some members to come here with their fastest withdrawals to make some recommendations for you.
  16. IMPORTANT - We have seen a decline in our contest members participating in the rest of the forum over the last few months. For our 2026 contests, I will be considering new rules to implement regarding forum engagement. And as of now, for AG contests - we expect ALL members to be participating in other topics within our forum. Right now, I don't have an X amount of posts I am expecting to see, but we do expect you to be engaging in at least 1 other topic while actively taking part in our 250 and 750 EUR contests. Here is our new Casino Q&A Hub, which I suggest you save. Every week I will be adding new topics in here so you will always have something to get involved with. You can also save this section, which will always have topics that you can get involved with - Industry Gossip: News, Rumours & Real Talk From 2026, members who do not participate anywhere else may be contacted by me regarding future contests . This also applies to premium members Thanks
  17. Unfortunately, we have had no luck with Hacksaw at the moment.
  18. Okay so did you reply in response to this to make sure they could track your account? Which casino is this please?
  19. Hey guys! We often only get to hear about bad experiences in the forum, but let's kick off our new Q&A hub with something positive! Which online casino have you been impressed with this month? And Why? Was it their bonuses, games or even fast withdrawals that stood out? Please feel free to share the: 1. Casino Name & any tips for other players
  20. Hi, and welcome to all new and existing members! We already have lots of places where you can post your questions! But our new Q&A Hub is where I get to ask our community questions, and you get to share the answers! We can learn about other people's experiences, talk and get to know each other even more I'll keep this topic updated with my questions as regularly as possible
  21. The UK Gambling Commission are once again cracking down with strict rules and here are some of the things that will affect UK players: 1. Mandatory Deposit Limits From 31st October 2025, all operators must ask players to set a deposit limit from their first deposit. However, this can be adjusted later, but they are aiming to tackle problem gambling from the get-go. 2. Vulnerability Checks Operators must now run affordability checks. If you spend over £500 a month, you're likely to be flagged for a check, but the plan is for this to drop to £150 a month in the future. 3. Adjusting Game Speed This has been in the pipeline for a long time, but there will be no autoplay or ultra-fast spins, net spend must be shown in real-time and operators must show how long you have been playing. 4. Safer Bonuses! Wagering requirements are now being capped, and operators must make it easier to understand what you need to do before you can withdraw winnings. Operators who break these rules will now face harsher fines! What do we think about these changes? Will mandatory deposit limits and slower gameplay actually make gambling safer, or will it take away our fun?
  22. Do we all, think round 3 will happen in April?
  23. Well, the news is out! Jake Paul will fight Anthony Joshua on the 19th December! What's your thoughts? Surely Jake is the massive underdog here and Joshua has to win this! Maybe even KO?
