  12. You are advised to go to the licensing body as they have reviews your case and decided we car offer the further help you need here. However, as advised the casino has a high score because it has good standing - you can check yourself. Please see the player reviews on our site they are mostly good & the casino handles complaints quite well too and these are major things that impact the scores.

  15. @bp54 Both I and the team have been looking at Deloro Casino closely today and even though we are taking your situation with them seriously, we are not able to currently lower their CasinoRank due to the fact they currently have a good standing at AG. We have looked at complaints which have a good history of being resolved, and there are more than 300 player reviews that are rating them 9.5 + . However, I strongly now encourage you to wirte a review for this casino so I can get it published ASAP. Negative reviews will impact their score - I will also be checking the backlog to see if this casino has any outstanding reviews. I'm sorry we can't accept the complaint, that one is out of my hands I'm afriad.
  16. Thanks, it wasn't showing in my search bar. On first look I don't see a license seal, but for some VPNs it won't show - I am checking with the team and will confirm asap.

  19. @bp54 I have spoken with our complaints team, and unfortunately, as previously advised, they do suggest that you contact the regulator on this case. AskGamblers is aware of a lot of the issues this casino is experiencing, and I have just requested an URGENT review of our current Casino Rating. I will let you know once I have more feedback.
  20. I can confirm that our Certificate of Trust has been removed for this casino - just to confirm.
  21. However, on my initial first inspections I can see that the casino does have a valid license and it is also clearly displayed.. If you are browsing from a certain VPN this may mean you don't see the license seal - and that is perfectly normal.

It seems some flaws have been identified with self-exclusion during a recent audit. This was triggered due to complaints that self-exclusion requests are not been activated. Out of interest - has anyone ever had a casino fail to activate a self-exclusion request?
