  1. That’s fine Afi, it wouldn’t replace any contests but just considering an extra one, one month for members interested.
  2. Nope I don’t think so. I mean maybe we could have a one off bonus buy mini contest one month if enough people expressed interest. I would make it a 3rd contest that specific month and the budget would need to be adjusted across the three contests. I’ll do you a deal, if you, or someone, creates a topic to see who would be interested, I’ll then make a decision from there for later on in the year.

  7. The original poster has not come forward on our forum, but I was already made aware of the situation and have spoke to CM. Since the casino is a Certified one of ours and AG was mentioned in the original topic as a source of finding the casino to be a trusted one, then we obviously have to do some investigations into this and take any necessary steps on current review pages. I’m not sure what @Damien7780 has, I have read his review already but waiting on a reply from him.

  14. Please let us know if the casino does not respond. And, if you open the complaint please make sure to upload all your communication emails that you sent and received at the time of the exclusion and any other supporting evidence that you have.
  15. @atsalmanat I have checked and it is because you have not provided any evidence of your communication with the casino. You must upload all your supporting evidence with your complaint.

  17. Hello and welcome to the forum. Sorry to hear that this has been a difficult time for you latelty, and well done for taking the steps you need. Yes, this does seem like a clear violation. Was the initial self-exclusion defiitely an indefinite one? And not set for like 6 or or 12 months? Seems odd that they would just reopen your account. But, if if you have proof that you permanently self-excluded then yes I do see this as a violation on their behalf and I would definitely open a complaint if the casino is not willing to co-operate with you on it.
