  1. I’ve just read just Videoslots have been hit with a huge £650,000 fine and a formal warning over safer gambling failures! The Gambling Commission (UKGC) investigation found what the regulator described as significant anti-money laundering (AML) and social responsibility failings. The investigation found that they failed to identify harmful or high-risk customer behaviour. Specific player failures were mentioned, including a customer who lost £5,000 in a month despite a nominal £3,000 internal limit, another lost £5,000 in less than 24 hours, and a third lost £7,500 over 18 days. And another player who lost £6,550 over three active days across a two-month period, despite what it described as clear indications of potential gambling harm. Videoslots have taken steps to address the shortcomings identified but what do we all feel about this? Has the Videoslots that we all know and loved in the past gone forever?
  2. Yeah I think we’ll see different rules for high street bookies - be interesting to see how these will be governed moving forward!
  3. Oh really?! I’ve not heard this before - thinks that’s going to be a huge loss for social casinos!
  4. I think you’ve misunderstood my post! Of course you can play I was just reminding you of the rules to make sure you don’t miss out on your place. But you’ve already fulfilled the rule now perfectly so don’t worry, keep playing and good luck. Also it wasn’t just aimed at you - it’s a rule for everyone
  5. Social Caino have grown this year and is becoming more and more popular! Are you new to sweepstakes casinos? We know that it can be overwhelming cto hoose a social casino due to different platforms and promotions, so we are here to help. Finding a fair and trustworthy casino is easier than you think. You can use our link above to get started, and here are some of our expert tips to help find the right casino: 1. Check for No-Purchase Requirements Social casinos usually always let you play without making a purchase, so make sure you're choosing one that supports this. You can look for casinos that offer daily login rewards, welcome bonuses with no purchase needed, and clear ways to earn additional rewards just by logging in or playing. 2. Look for Transparent Bonus Terms Pay attention to the minimum redemption limits, check to see if rewards/coins expire (they usually do) and check if there are any playthrough requirements for your coins. Clear terms usually signal that the casino operates with integrity. 3. Scrutinise the Redemption Terms Most social casinos will operate with Sweeps Coins and/or Gold Coins - familiarise yourself with how these redemptions work. You should be looking for reasonable thresholds, straightforward verification, and clear limits on daily or per-spin redemptions. 4. Check Customer Service Options Not all social casinos have live chat features - so check this! If you're new to social casinos, you may need more support, so make sure the casino has easy ways to contact them. Live chat is always a bonus, as is an organised help centre which usually signals a fair place to play. 5. Consider Responsible Gambling Tools You may think you don't need this at a social casino - but you do. Social casinos allow you to purchase coin packages, so look for tools that are available to help you manage your purchases. A fair social casino will support player protection tools. We hope you can follow our top tips to help find a fair social casino.
  6. Hi and welcome to the forum! Thanks for your insights
  7. A deposit bonus was capped at 5x your deposit? That's low! Did you see this before you deposited?

  11. @ales200 Your post MUST be somehwere else not in any contest section and needs to be engaging, and before the contest close. So we are not looking for one word posts for example, they must be engaging.
  12. That's a shame! While its great to have welcome offers, it's a shame they don't extend these more to active members too.
  13. Please don’t panic I’m now calling out anyone for doing anything wrong, no one has done anything wrong.
  14. I think you are missing the point here as you are basically asking me to impose a minimum bet here which I have stated that we will not be doing moving forward, but thanks for your feedback.
  15. I am creating a spreadsheet for every member who now enters our contest (during the last few months) and which currencies have been used, including what their local currency is. This will be reviewed by me and the team. Any members who are found to be using MULTIPLE currencies during the same month for different contests which I have detected for November will be contacted. You haven't done anything wrong but we just want to see why different currencies are being used to help us create more fair rules and it's proven that we cannot discuss this in the forum without arguments Please note that we still have the same rules that you can use any currencies but as we move into 2026 I will be looking at which members may be using tactics to gain advantages. This will help me come up with a new set of rules to make our net years contests even better. I do not have any plans to impose a minimum bet at the moment but it's quite alarming that we have multiple contests this month where same users are choosing different currencies each time. Rules I am considering - 1. Currency Lock - this means you will be required to use the same currency ALL MONTH 2. No Currency Rule Abuse - Players may not intentionally choose a currency to gain an unfair advantage, and suspicious entries can be disqualified at my discretion. 3. Converting both the stake and the win to EUR before calculating the multiplier These are the most likely things I will be implementing, which may even be as close as our December contests. Please also remember that our contests are a PRIVILEGE and I hope to see you all continue taking part fairly. You are welcome to reply to this post but you MUST NOT mention any members or what currencies they use to avoid arguments.
  16. REMINDER - You must engage on at least one topic for every contest you enter. So your valid post must be within the contest dates.
